SENDS WRONG BOOK, RETURN LABEL DOESN'T PRINT. CUSTOMER SERVICE DID NOT RESPOND TO EARLIER MESSAGES. NO WAY TO GET A LIVE PERSON. CRAPPY WAY TO COMMUNICATE
BECAUSE I ALREADY ORDERED A BOOK AND YOU SENT THE WRONG ONE. I JUST ORDERED THE RIGHT ONE. THIS WILL MOST LIKELY BE THE LAST ORDER WITH YOU GUYS AS YOUR BUSINESS PROCESS / CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THE ONLY REASON I ORDERED HERE IS YOU HAVE TITLES OTHERS DON'T THAT I NEED FOR SCHOOL.

The shipping cost came as a bit of a surprise, but the books, themselves, were cheap enough that it still evened out to a good deal.
I'd had a hard time finding a couple specific titles elsewhere, and they were readily available here.

I was amazed to find the items in my cart from a couple weeks ago, and with the coupon code, I saved a little bit, so overall a happy experience.
Because I got an email about the savings codes, and when I clicked on the link I saw that my previously carted items were still there so I completed the purchase with the code.

Poor interface. Too many buttons. Not clear. Had to spend too much time reviewing the order form to make sure I was getting what I ordered.

The items in my shopping cart disappeared when I signed in. I had to go back and reconstruct. That was a pain. Otherwise, it was fine.
I searched for best books on WWII, and an Alibris book came up in the search results. Then it started suggesting things and I bought more.

Can by a a book retail for $28.00. You don't have yet, but I assume it will be less expensive here. So I got 2 by the same author for a little less. I'm not the samebuyer I used to be.
