IT IS ALWAYS GLITCHY AT CHECKOUT. I HAVE TAKEN STEPS BEFORE INCLUDING TODAY TO UPDATE MY ADDRESS AND CREDIT CARD AND THE SYSTEM DOESNT SAVE CORRECTLY.

Not happy. $5 off is not a big deal on a $92 order. Shipping was proportionately a lot of the final cost.

I had a problem with the billing address. Your team seemed useless and completely unhelpful in handling the matter. As you can see, I have been doing exactly the same thing for years over many orders, including as recent as 2 weeks ago with no problem. Your team should have been able to fix this as per my history and instructions. It was not my cookies.
