Great website! I found exactly what I was looking for, along with plenty of details so I could be certain.
Alibris came up as one of the sellers offering the art book I was looking for. The book was new, the price reasonable, and the seller highly rated (5 stars). Honestly, I could have bought this same catalog at Lenbachhaus Munich a few months ago, but their charge for shipping to the U.S. was $50 — as much as the book itself. Thank you for bringing the book closer to me, so shipping was only $5. I guess it cost you a bit to get these books over here.

The shipping costs were listed at $7 until I completed my checkout, then they jumped to $16. You should list the actual shipping during checkout.

You had a book that I couldn't find on other sites, but the book and postage were each 2x as much. Which is why I usually shop elsewhere.
I was looking for a book that was unavailable elsewhere. This is never my first choice.
And another factor that puts you further down the list: DEMANDING publication rights for feedback submitted. But - I don't care if you publish this.

My main problem using Alibris is that I am never sure where the ship to address is. I have sent books to the wrong address more than once. Its an important issue when ordering. Why not include that in the immediate order feedback?
