I hate the misleading "SAVE $20" in email. Even with the asterisk, it didn't tell what the minimums were. "Up to" should have been in the first line.

I love the choices of books that I cannot find other places and that I'm reusing a book that someone else no longer wants.
The variety of books available at reasonable prices. Even with shipping, they are often less expensive than other sources might have them -- if they have them at all!

I needed to send to a friend and in order to get the shipping address to change to hers I had to delete mine, there was no easy way to add an address to my address book and use it for a gift.
