Why should shipping for a 2nd book be almost as much as first book - they're the same title/style (paperback).

(1) When would right-click on a store to see what else they had available - well it wasn't working until the very end of by visit (started working when I was checking out) - frustrating.
(2) It's STUPID and AGGRAVATING that I have to agree to publish my feedback in order to submit feedback - NOT customer friendly!

My Sales tax rate is 8.1%. I understand that it is difficult figuring out all of these, but companies like Avalara help figure out sales taxes for companies like yours.

Found the book I want, but I'm just slightly dismayed that international shipping costs 10x the actual book price.
