Trying to check out tonight was a complete nightmare that took more than 2 hours. I had to reset my password 4 times because it wouldn't allow me to login to check out after I reset it. I finally was able to check out after switching browsers and resetting my password yet another time.

Unable to use a much more valuable coupon that expired yesterday because of malfunction with cart and listing of $25 item. Item disappeared even though it was still available. I ordered it today using a less valuable coupon.
