I had some issues that were TOTALLY self created - forgot to change the "ship to" address - it might be nice to have a DEFAULT address that it goes to first? Then you have to change it to go somewhere else - may help others too - sorry for any inconvenience I have caused!

I attempted to contact the customer service department about a book sold to me advertising a specific ISBN. When I received the book, the ISBN was completely different, and I couldn't use the book. For anyone who doesn't know, the ISBN is like the book's "fingerprint."
