Great tech support! I reached out to their chat not just for real issues, but also to double-check if I was doing things right. Each time, I got a response within an hour. They never brushed me off—they always answered my questions directly and even reassured me. It's nice that the company continues to support customers even after they purchase their product packages.
I signed up with Alidropship on September 11,2024 after I saw a seemingly generous offer online of how they'll help you set up and even run a dropshipping website for next to nothing and that I could start for free. I tried free to see if what they were saying was true and was directed to a site called Sellvia. Sellvia in fact took over everything and created a free webpage for me after countless attempts to have me pay for a plan from beginning of form filling till the end. It was scary like when those fraudulent websites try to get you to pay in every window that opens up. Anyway, to put it mildly, Sellvia didn't deliver enough for me to want to upgrade my plan as the webpage I was given as my place of business was so poor looking and only sold things like car dog seats, socks and many not in hot demand items that were not I think more than fifteen to twenty in total. How was I to sell these kinds of things and hope to generate any reasonable income, I asked myself. My so called site was also offline and I was informed that in order for my webpage be allowed to go online, I'd need to have a zoom meeting with someone from the company etc. I had to schedule the meeting more than once due to the fact that no one showed up at the first meeting. After I rescheduled the meeting, an email popped up early next morning congratulating me that my store (which was never online) had made a sale. The purchase was an item that cost over six dollars and according to them I needed to fund my account with a hundred dollars to enable them fulfill the order. Expectedly, it was a surprise at first which almost immediately turned to discomfort. The product "I" sold made me a profit above four dollars in profit, I was told. Why not fulfill the order you have with the money paid (because you received the payment) for it if such a sale actually took place instead of asking me to fund my Sellvia account. You have the order and the money and want me to pay? Why? Before I knew it, my card started being billed in the amount of every single plan they have on Sellvia and on a daily basis but because I didn't have enough money on that card, my card company kept charging me for failed transactions. You see, I had to input card information to prove that I was a potential paying customer and nothing else but Sellvia started charging it. At that point I wrote Sellvia and asked them to shut down my account and why. They stopped charging my card after a few days and that's how I left. If they offer anything better in their paid plans I'm thinking they'd have to do it on a better looking website and stock up with what most people actually want to buy. Forget all the praises you read about on their site and online, it's all hype.
Yaros and the whole team of Alidropship made amazing job creating this plugin. I have stopped my trial of shopify and bought Alidropship. Still working on my site, hopefully i will make some sales. The best is i dont need to pay fee when i'm not making sales.

I have just started a dropship aliexpress site, and I don't know much about setting the site up,
I have found great help and support with the help desk tec team, they have always answered my emails promptly and professionally.
Nothing seems to be to much trouble for them, I would highly recommended they service and support.
I'm not sure if I can name the support team that has help me, so all I can say is every one of them have been fantastic

All services were great. I like the store they made for me, logo, and products they have picked. The plugin is very helpful. Only issue I had was that it took a little bit longer than expected to finish due to pick season. Anyway, all communication was great and I had all the information about the process. Will recommend it to my friends

I now come to the close of the year, I purchased Alidropship's most expensive package back in the mid summer and to this day it does NOT work. The owner of Alidropship refuses to respond to my complaints in fact he (the owner) has shut down my reviews on other sites, he is trying to silence the truth. I will not stop talking about it, I will keep updating people so they do not have to spend their hard earned money on a scam as I did. It is too late for me but not for you. You have not yet spent your hard earned money. I have nothing to gain from this unlike the owner who continues to try and block the truth. Beware of the flawless reviews. Things are not always what they appear to be...

I had experience with a custom store. Lucky me. It was good. What can I say... If you're new in drop shipping business (as was I) it'd be better to order a custom store. You'll chat with specialist, connect your wishes with reality and get a ready store. Actually, I didn't chat, I wrote the big list of questions and send it to my manager. He contacted me in 2 days with the detailed answers and counter questions. The process of approving my requirements took about 1,5 weeks, it was ok for me as I want a perfect made store. After discussing all requirements, my manager sent me some designs for approval and finally i got my store after 3-3,5 weeks. I can say it was good experience or may be and I had a good manager. However, do not afraid ask questions and give your requirements. Good luck with your business!

I had a problem with one of the theme and contacted the support. They are super fast and prompt in reply (considering the time zone I am in). They quickly send over the solution and have my problem fixed! While most companies can developed and sell themes but prompt and professional support is few companies can do that. Alidropship company does that pretty well!

The team will go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience with their software. Their plugin is second to none. I can't really comment on the relative merits of the software as I have never used any other. All I can say is that it works well and is easy to use.

I bought the Supreme Package and it was definitely worth it! Everything was setup and ready for me to promote my store the day it was finished. The website looks professional and I love it! I spent under an hour on the store and it looks amazing. I have a couple links and graphics still to change but nonetheless, a full functional store in less than an hour. Once upon a time, I started with a plugin, and a freelancer from Fiverr set up my online store. This was before the COVID era, and drop shipping was booming then. Life got complicated; my father fell ill, we welcomed a baby, I switched jobs and I lost focus on drop shipping. Highly reliable technical team! I have zero IT background and I always have difficulties working on these plugins. The team never disappoints me in supporting my technical issues and always doing their best in understanding my problem. At 1st I bought just the plug-in and install it myself. They have been with me every step of the time. However, I switch to Custom Stores as I need their professionalism in building my store. I had another technical difficulty recently, and I just elaborate on the issue and they efficiently resolved it. I'm really happy that it solved as the problem is making me feel annoyed with my incapabilities with IT.
