Great tech support! I reached out to their chat not just for real issues, but also to double-check if I was doing things right. Each time, I got a response within an hour. They never brushed me off—they always answered my questions directly and even reassured me. It's nice that the company continues to support customers even after they purchase their product packages.
I signed up with Alidropship on September 11,2024 after I saw a seemingly generous offer online of how they'll help you set up and even run a dropshipping website for next to nothing and that I could start for free. I tried free to see if what they were saying was true and was directed to a site called Sellvia. Sellvia in fact took over everything and created a free webpage for me after countless attempts to have me pay for a plan from beginning of form filling till the end. It was scary like when those fraudulent websites try to get you to pay in every window that opens up. Anyway, to put it mildly, Sellvia didn't deliver enough for me to want to upgrade my plan as the webpage I was given as my place of business was so poor looking and only sold things like car dog seats, socks and many not in hot demand items that were not I think more than fifteen to twenty in total. How was I to sell these kinds of things and hope to generate any reasonable income, I asked myself. My so called site was also offline and I was informed that in order for my webpage be allowed to go online, I'd need to have a zoom meeting with someone from the company etc. I had to schedule the meeting more than once due to the fact that no one showed up at the first meeting. After I rescheduled the meeting, an email popped up early next morning congratulating me that my store (which was never online) had made a sale. The purchase was an item that cost over six dollars and according to them I needed to fund my account with a hundred dollars to enable them fulfill the order. Expectedly, it was a surprise at first which almost immediately turned to discomfort. The product "I" sold made me a profit above four dollars in profit, I was told. Why not fulfill the order you have with the money paid (because you received the payment) for it if such a sale actually took place instead of asking me to fund my Sellvia account. You have the order and the money and want me to pay? Why? Before I knew it, my card started being billed in the amount of every single plan they have on Sellvia and on a daily basis but because I didn't have enough money on that card, my card company kept charging me for failed transactions. You see, I had to input card information to prove that I was a potential paying customer and nothing else but Sellvia started charging it. At that point I wrote Sellvia and asked them to shut down my account and why. They stopped charging my card after a few days and that's how I left. If they offer anything better in their paid plans I'm thinking they'd have to do it on a better looking website and stock up with what most people actually want to buy. Forget all the praises you read about on their site and online, it's all hype.
I love using alidropship their software is world leading. Loads of top quality features and a doddle to set up! Dali theme is so amazing! Definetily recommend

Absolutely amazing service from the word go till end! The whole team is brilliant! The whole journey of around under 10 days' from my very first phone call to enquire about the service they offer till now where my webstore is totally ready to be launched has been so pleasant and smooth. When you're new to the market you always hear why you shouldn't do something or use someone's services. Especially when they're well known. So many people told me don't do this or that. Well I am really glad I followed my heart and not other peoples opinions. The value I received was 1000 fold because I would never have been aware of the power of google analytics or traffic reports or pricing strategies or how many categories or how to select a good niche. All of that is covered and more. No stone is left unturned in the road to the completion of your site and you are never in the dark as to where the development is. It is super exciting to walk the road to completion with them as they are just as excited as you are. There is a wealth of information and knowledge to be gleaned from Alidropship and even through there may be room for improvement on delivery times with Chinese suppliers, I think you would be hard pressed to replace the value you receive in having a custom AliExpress dropship site. I would not hesitate to have another custom site designed nor recommend their services to anyone starting out or wanting a turnkey solution without the headache. Their customer support is superb. If you have any problem regarding plugin ask them they will solve it. If you have an idea about starting dropshipping business this is just the best.

I bought a Supreme store Launched ads I lost about $200 only on Facebook I followed all their strategies Beware they will not give you all the information Only shop with false strategies All comments here are 5 stars I don't know who they are and I don't want to know just beware You will not get rich with them You will buy a store and then contact them and say I didn't get one sales and then buy marketing services and it's not over until you're broke

I ordered the plugins and they keep giving me the running around. They refuses to send me a different download after I tried to build my shop and keep coming up with blockages because the licence key is not showing on wordpress. Com. I tried and tried with different hosting company and I am still having the same issue and I cannot build a store without activating the licence key I purchased which is what they told me to do. That Olga is just horrible. This is not as easy they are making it seems because it is not if you don't have the knowledge of wordpress. On top of that, you have to wait for days before you get someone to reply back. Sometimes you have to email multiple times before someone noticed the issue. Please think twice before you order this plugin. They are telling you to get the woo version but they didn't mentioned that you have to pay for that account as well. If that is the case, please just go to woo directly and cut out the middle man. I am so not satisfied with their quality of their services.

Although I have a degree in economy, I've never felt like business is my thing. I had an impression, that you have to be fully invested in it and the stakes are high. I understand the process behind business in general and e-commerce as well, but for me it just wasn't enough. Maybe a have ptsd - my father tried to run the coffee shop and he lost ton of money on it lmao. But my husband convinced me to try this platform. We had some savings and we decided to try ourselves in pet industry. We are happy parents of two beautiful Chihuahuas, so that's was kind of our thing. My favorite part is that you just pay money and alidropship does everything for you lol. You just have to relax and wait for your store to start make some money. I think we have chosen the right niche, because our online pet store, from my perspective, is pretty successful. I even buy cute stuff for my dogs from it as well. Of course, in terms of business, my success standards are pretty low - I just didn't want to lose all my savings on my business, like father like daughter haha. But everything went beyond my expectations! And I love that we have personal manager and we can contact him literally any time. I would totally recommend alidropship, just make sure you pick the right niche like we did.

I bought a custom Supreme package store with 500 products added. The good experience has begun here. I was met by Sergei, and very well attended!
This was on August 29,2019, and by the 30th I was already in contact with my manager Anastasiya Sergeeva.
We exchanged a hundred messages on Skype and the store was being modeled. All fast and correct.
After being added to Basecamp, I was able to relate to more people on the team (Diana, Yana - they had the most contact with me), but I know the team is huge and thank you all for your commitment and dedication.
Not everything they can do on their own, some things we have to do ourselves, and I recognize that some people will have more difficulties than others. As I understand a little digital marketing, for me it was easier to perform.
Today 25/09/2019 - 19 business days later, the store was delivered to me and fully functional.
Thank you very much to all the staff who worked on it and congratulations for the excellent work!
Now comes the fun part. Work with my own store. No boss and no schedules.
