I ordered a table that is made to sit behind your couch as a bar and the 4 stools with it in JANUARY. Nearly 7 months later and I STILL dont have my table and chairs. I realize all of the things that have gone on this crazy year have had an effect but 7 MONTHS is a very long time after you've already been charged for the merchandise. Will be contacting them one more time for some answers and if they cant give me any real info, I will likely be cancelling the order and asking for my card to be refunded. Ive been extremely patient but its time to either get the merchandise here or refund my money.
I received my loveseat today from Alliance Furnishing. First of all I searched and searched for a rocker, recliner loveseat and had a hard time finding it. It was exactly what I wanted. Then Covid came along and the Franklin factory was shut down for awhile. All during my wait Alliance Furnishings customer service kept me informed on what was happening and where it was. Always quickly answered my emails. Then it was picked up for delivery. They kept me updated where it was. The men that brought it to my home was very pleasant and helpful and it had been put together and unboxed. Perfect! So happy with it. It's comfy, sturdy and looks good! Would definitely recommend them and will return next time I need some furniture!
I knew with COVID and everything that my furniture wouldn't arrive in a timely manner but Alliance kept me updated so I wasn't worried. My furniture arrived perfectly. I was a little skeptical since I had never used this company but I was so excited when my furniture came and there was nothing wrong with it. Will use Alliance Furnishing again
I was going to buy a peice over the weekend with the sale price. But I needed to ask a question so I put in my cart and called on Monday. Then I went to my cart and a new price was there. The sale had ended. Alyssa checked to see if the other price could be honored. It was and that is why I bought.
Alliance Furnishings truly deserve more than 5 stars! We ordered a reclining leather loveseat and sofa from Catnapper back in February 2020. Due to the pandemic, we didn't receive it until May 2020. We were totally understanding and remained patient throughout the entire process as we waited for our new furniture to arrive. However, when our set finally arrived, we were disappointed. Firstly, our loveseat came damaged by the delivery guy (we heard a loud boom inside his truck while we watched him unload the loveseat). As a result, the reclining mechanism didn't work properly and it grinded against another bar which created metal shavings. There were also rips on the back and front of the leather sofa as well. Understandably, it was only one guy unloading both large units during the pandemic but we were truly disappointed at the time. We wrote to Alliance Furnishings immediately about our experience and they went above and beyond to help us! Debra (the owner) immediately arranged for another sofa to be resent to us free of charge. Unfortunately, that sofa arrived with a rip as well so sadly, it was sent back. Debra then arranged for two separate technicians to repair the leather on the sofa and the reclining mechanism on the loveseat. We were finally able to enjoy our new furniture by December 2020. Although, the process was very long-winded due to these unprecedented times, we're so happy that Debra and the AF team remained on top of our issues and took great care. I was very hesitant on purchasing furniture online because we always want to see the pieces ourselves but as first-time online-furniture buyers, we would do it again and with AF! We highly recommend them to everyone who is looking to purchase new furniture. Thank you, Debra and the AF team!
We purchased 2 Parker House Granada Museum bookcases from Alliance in Feb 2021, which were beautiful and lowest price I could find online. Unfortunately one was significantly damaged when they arrived in late May (Covid related shipping delay). While the damage was in no way the fault of Alliance, they stood behind it and sent me a replacement bookshelf, which was in good shape when it arrived. They only asked that I donate the damaged bookcase which I considered a more than fair resolution. I would definitely recommend Alliance for online furniture purchase, but I would suggest a different carrier be used in future due to the challenges I had in getting timely communication in status of delayed shipment. I would have given Alliance a 5 if not for the delivery delays and challenges I had with the shipping company.
I ordered the kitchen island around the end of June or early July, A few days later I recieved an e-mail saying it would take 2 to 3 mo to fill my order (due to covid 19) and did I still want it. I emailed back that I did and authorized payment. I recieved it in Feb. 2021. Whenever I contacted them they got back to me so I waited. Came very well packed. Other than a couple small blemishes it was in great condition and fully assembled other than the wheels.
My item arrived about a month late, their logistics company is AWFUL, and my item was missing all hardware. The dining table I ordered requires specialty hardware to assemble it, so now I have a 200lb absolutely useless table taking up my dining area. I tried to buy the hardware myself, but since I'm completely guessing about what hardware is needed, the table is wobbly and poses an enormous safety hazard. I emailed Alliance yesterday and still haven't heard anything back from them. Just order through a major website that has better customer service.
Terrible customer service. Took over 2 months to get an item. Missed a half day waiting on a delivery that never happened. Then it took two weeks after they missed the delivery. The worst part is they are not responsive at all. Avoid at all costs!
Ordered a nightstand and it was broken when we received it. Takes forever to get a response. They finally had a furniture repair person come out to repair, but it looks absolutely terrible. I will never use this company again.
They strung my family along for a year and a half promising to ship a tv stand! It never got shipped, and I never got my tv stand! They will not cooperate and now will not answer my calls! DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR PRODUCT!
I ordered a dining room set in April 2019. I understood that there was a back order and it would not arrive until late May or early June. When I did not hear back from the company, I started calling. But they do not talk to you on the phone - email only. It took weeks and finally a threat to get someone to call me back.They were apologetic, but wanted me to take the incomplete order and claimed that they would work it out directly with me. The rep admitted that they are a small company with limited staff and they cannot get to everyone. Reps have in excess of 45 cases and that was reportedly causing issues and they cannot help customers quickly when they have issues. Here we are in August, and they claimed my order was complete, but it is not. The delivery company came today, and the order was still missing an item. What is worse is the delivery company will no longer be delivering after 10 or less day as they are severing ties. This is VERY concerning and I paid a significant amount of money for something that I still cannot get. Guess this is what you get for doing business with a fairly unknown company who has bad reviews. I do not recommend using this company unless you like to spend thousands of dollars to have nothing to show for it.
Ordered from them on 8/29/20. They immediately charged my credit card for $1638. 00 As of 11/3/20 I have not received my furniture, they will not answer the phone, they will not respond to emails. CROOKS! RUN, HIDE, DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE APPARENTLY A BASEMENT BUSINESS WITH NO PROFESSIONALISM.
I ordered a kitchen island and am reviewing it prior to getting the kitchen island so not real sure what the point of being directed here prior to actually receiving the end result?

After the purchase we were contacted by the shipping company which kept up apprised of the delivery date and contact information. We were kept in the loop with notifications right up to the date and time frame of delivery. When the truck arrived they were helpful and had no problem
