I've been ordering custom t-shirt prints from Allied Shirts for the past 3 years now. They are a team of awesome professionals that provide excellent service. Each representative has been phenomenal to deal with, resolving issues & exceeding expectations in trying to make things right. Quality has always been on point! I have produced many complicated visuals & they did a great job in printing it on the 60+ shirts so far. There will be more to come, just a heads up One thing I worry about as an artist, is sharing my unique designs with a printer & having them profit off my hard work, not Allied Shirts! & I respect them more for their ethical integrity. This company does not deserve any negative reviews. I've received incorrect orders in the past (I am a professional) & have reached out via email in trying to resolve the matter & in all 3 cases, it was resolved. Tip: communicate with them 1st before posting a negative review

“Terrible print quality and misleading”

Buying T-shirts from this company is the worst business decision I've ever made for my small business. The mock-up process looked promising on their website, but when I received the shirts you could still see the off black background on the black T-shirt. There is no proofing team that reviews your design before they print which is unbelievably stupid and misleading for the customer. Allied shirts is just trying to make a quick buck and provides no level of quality or care in their product. Do NOT waste your money, or your time!

I've been ordering custom t-shirt prints from Allied Shirts for the past 3 years now. They are a team of awesome professionals that provide excellent service.
Each representative has been phenomenal to deal with, resolving issues & exceeding expectations in trying to make things right.

Quality has always been on point! I have produced many complicated visuals & they did a great job in printing it on the 60+ shirts so far. There will be more to come, just a heads up

One thing I worry about as an artist, is sharing my unique designs with a printer & having them profit off my hard work, not Allied Shirts! & I respect them more for their ethical integrity.

This company does not deserve any negative reviews.

Even thought the service and shipping was done well and t-shirts were here on time, I was so disappointed by the quality of the shirts. I ordered them for an event that means a lot to me... the colors were faded and the way the logo was placed looked nothing like what was shown online. Just feels like a waste of money...

So frustrating trying to work with this company! They messed up my order and suck to work with to fix it. Made me jump through so many hoops to get the order fixed and then the 2nd order was not right either! I am so irritated... and they are not easy to communicate with at all! Do not waste your money

They gave us wrong shirts didn't care who's shirts I had and then couldn't/wouldn't get our shirts to us before event which also took away our ability to order from a reputable company. Apathetic customer service with timely refunding and zero compensation offered! Should've bought local!

I ordered some shirts for an event on August 25th. The total came out to $66.85 ($13.99 of that is shipping). A few days later, I receive an email stating some of the items cannot be fulfilled and I'd receive a partial refund. A few days after that, I receive a refund of $57.85. That's a $9 difference--less than the cost of shipping.

I called them, they weren't in. I tried contacting them via form on their website. Their captcha is broken. I clearly checked the "I am not a robot" box, and I get a red message telling me I didn't complete the captcha field.

It's pretty clear most of my stock isn't coming in. It set me back 11 days, and now I'll have to pay for a rush order elsewhere. I have no idea what--if anything--is still shipping to me, or they're $9 short on my refund.

This is my first time trying them out. Never again.

Tip for consumers:
just don't use them, they can't fulfill your order, then won't give a full refund, it's just a hassle

I tried to order a few shirts and everytime I tried to put my card in it gave mi an error message. I checked my bank account and I had 4 charges on hold from them. It was 5 am when I was trying to place the order so I called them at 9 am and they said they did not have an order from me and did not see where any money was being deducted from my account. I have contacted my bank. I am considering contacting a lawyer.

Tip for consumers:
Don't put your card in the system they will charge you several times.

Allied Shirts will price match any competitors price for their customized printed t-shirts! They alredy have incredibly low prices so they are tough to beat but it's still nice to know that they would price match if a lower price was found.

I was disappointed in the front lettering on my shirts. You could see the color of the shirt through the printing. Plus tiny specs of the color was splashed across the shirt. The back side was much better. Not very happy with the outcome. May think twice about a reorder!

I ordered a men's T-shirt (dark brown) and a women's T-$#*! (light blue). When I received, I was so disappointed. The color of women's t-shirt was actually darker than what I saw online and it was printed on men's t-shirt. Because of the color was darker, the color of text I used for design didn't show well on that t-shirt. I made these for my friends' present but now I don't know what to do.

When they were out of shirts they refunded my money but did not contact me so now i have 2/3 of my team's shirts as ordered but I have kids without shirts. They did offer to print the rest in a different color but then the team won't match. I wish they would have contacted me before printing so we could have chosen a different color for the whole group.

I'm soo disappointed with the services and the delivery from this company, first they missed 1 shirt of my 12 that I order and now I received the package and they are ALL Medium that looks more like a S! Really! This has completely ruined my event and I will like a refund back, what you promise is not what is deliver! The customer services team is very poor and for all the money you charge me for a express delivery this is not worthed!

I will never purchase anything from you guys and I will make sure all my partners and associates never used this poor services company.

I spent a good amount of time uploading my logo and designing the shirts. After designing the shirts the order receipt showed proofs of what I designed. The proofs looked beautiful. What I received from Allied has garbage. The shirts seem to be good quality but the artwork/printing was very low quality. The print was dingy and old looking. The print that was supposed to be red was dingy pink. The print that was supposed to be black was dingy grayish. I emailed the company to ask them to remake the shirts. I didn't want a refund. They asked that I send pictures of the shirts, I did immediately. A few days later they asked for more pictures in natural light. I said I see where this is going and I'm not about to play this game. I will take it as a loss. Nothing is natural with the phone pictures today. Heck the pictures actually did the shirts justice as the phone auto corrects the colors. Just run people!

Don't, just. Don't. It was absolute TRASH. Such low quality should not even exist. Not to mention they butchered my order and now I have not one but TWO hideous hoodies. And of course nobody wants to respond to my emails.

They never tell the truth about shipping. I ordered shirts June 30. The shirts never arrived by July 12 which they confirmed. They told me it was a shipping issue. We have to reprint the shirts. Then it takes another two weeks. I called back and they say it was returned again because of the address. I thought they were joking. They weren't. They said they have to reprint and send them again. I called back for the 3rd time on July 31 and guess what they said, it was returned; shipping issue. They have to reprint them... WHAT? Never ever ever order from this company if it really is one. A baby was crying while I was talking to the customer representative in the background. UNPROFESSIONAL at best.

Tip for consumers:
They are the most unprofessional company of people I have ever dealt with in my 30 year career.

Products used:
I never received the shirts. They said they were shipping 3 times... Lied.

I purchased shirts to sell as Merch at a live show we performed at this past week. I received my box of shirts from Allied and thought my complete order was included because I never received notification that my different sizes would be shipping separately. I actually paid extra to have the order express delivered in order to receive them in time for the show. Allied only shipped half of my order (XL and S) and in the sizes that I needed the least ( Did not send the 2XL and 3XL which are our biggest sellers). Needless to say we had a number of unfilled orders and missed opportunities to sell our merchandise. I have had a good experience with Allied in the past but you dropped the ball this time. I expect some sort of compensation or refund and I still have not received my complete order.

The quality of the product is great but the shirt color is darker than expected so the font color is invisible on it. It did not seem invisible on your site. I don't know if there is a remedy for this.

Extremely disappointing experience with this Company.

I ordered a week ago some T-Shirts for a School Reunion with my old buddies from High School, ordered and paid online (guaranteed delivery day 08/16/2018), called them last Thursday to make sure everything was in place and we would be good for delivery on the agreed date, and today (08/13/2016) I get an email from someone in the art department, stating that my order was on hold, and it needed approval... I had already talked to them on Thursday... Long story short, they now tell me that there is no way I will get my shirts on time for our reunion, the person I talked to, had no sense or urgency or even a sincere concern about what now has turned in to a very frustrating experience.

Ordered shirts and then 3 days later after talking to a rep 2 days previous and receiving another email saying the shirts were processing and would be delivered 12/14, they sent an email saying all shirts were out of stock and they were not going to be do the shirts. Got an advertisement email and decided to look just for fun and neither the shirt or hoodie says out of stock. Do not like inorganization and also now wasted a week of me getting shirts.

Pro:

1) Excellent Customer Support: early this month(Sept. 2018), Shortly after I submitted my design, the customer rep sent me three emails reminding the lower quality of my design and gave me some wonderful suggestions. After I emailed back the revised design, the rep sent two emails to acknowledge my new design and update the production process. On the day of shipping, the rep sent three emails to me updating the shipping information. Less than one week, I got my beautiful special T-shirts. Believe it or not, their customer service has been the best in my twenty year online shopping experience. They treat you like a family, not just a customer!
2)Excellent product quality: their T-shirts feel soft and great and surely 100% cotton. They offer options for both women and men. That is very important when you select!
3)Fairest price on line: I search four websites and their price is the lowest. Please go online and verify by yourself before your order.

Con: None

Recommendation: if you want to spend less and get better quality products, this is the place!

It has been a struggle with this company. Our ink print was supposed to be black, we received gray, even though the representative made the change on the phone prior to production. The picture was not even centered. I received three of eight tee shirts and hope when the other tee shirts arrive, they are correct. I originally placed the order on line with various sizes. I received an email that the color tee I ordered was not available in all sizes and a portion of my order was cancelled. Okay, what sizes? And how many tee shirts am I not getting? Poor communication and poor email message. Instead they could have called or been more specific in their email. Now I had go back on line and re-order. I am now being told that they need pictures of the three tee shirts that arrived so they can see what went wrong. I've wasted more time with these people both on the phone and in email to rectify THEIR mistake! Never again will my company order from Allied. After speaking to a few other non-for-profit groups who ordered from Allied, their experiences were nightmares as well! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Those shirts arrived way too small showed a men's medium therefore I would need a large in women's still really small and the picture is so faded I can barely make out what is on it other than the fact I know what the picture was it's just too faded for my customers to enjoy the beauty of the colors of the soap I'm not happy with the results

Sizes are a bit off run smaller fyi!

We have talked to a customer service representative, but nothing happened. We are unhappy with the service and printing we have received. Here is a list of complaints.

1. No one has talked to me about my previous email asking for tracking information when the two packages didn't arrive on the day I was told.

2. I've now been told that part of my order was just cancelled without my knowledge. Supposedly an email was sent to us but we can not find it in my inbox, spam or trash. And I guess I'm just supposed to be okay with not getting what I ordered. I probably would have picked a different shirt or canceled the whole order. I definitely would NOT have gotten 2/3 of my order and just told the kids sorry you don't get one this year.

3. When calling customer service we were told that they have to review all of our complaints before they can fix anything if there is anything to fix. That's some crappy customer service.

4. When looking at the shirts we did receive the Red color is faded and stripy. Looks like my ink cartridge is running out of ink. Quality control didn't do great.

5. Paid extra for shipping and expedited service. It was late by two days and we only got one of two packages.

You would think one horrible experience would be enough but I was stupid enough to order twice from them and both experiences were horrible. The images were so poor that the blacks were greys and you would not even make it out. They ignored my emails. First time they guaranteed x-mas delivery and did not get here until January. BUYER BEWARE, STAY AWARE FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I ordered from this company on 10/18 with a guaranteed delivery for 11/2/18. I received an email stating that one shirt was out of stock and the amount for the shirt had been refunded to card. I called to ask why i wasn't given the option to change the shirt size instead of them just canceling. They stated it was out of there control, I said fine still ship the other 10 shirts they said okay will do. Today is November 2nd. I call them to ask why my shirts hadn't been delivered or no shipping information received, they stated another shirt was out of stock in medium. NO ONE CALLED ME OR EMAILED ME. Customer Service was horrible the manager JT had an absurd attitude with me as if it was my fault that no one contacted me. Don't use this company. Cheaper prices are not worth the headache of the service.
