I've been ordering custom t-shirt prints from Allied Shirts for the past 3 years now. They are a team of awesome professionals that provide excellent service. Each representative has been phenomenal to deal with, resolving issues & exceeding expectations in trying to make things right. Quality has always been on point! I have produced many complicated visuals & they did a great job in printing it on the 60+ shirts so far. There will be more to come, just a heads up One thing I worry about as an artist, is sharing my unique designs with a printer & having them profit off my hard work, not Allied Shirts! & I respect them more for their ethical integrity. This company does not deserve any negative reviews. I've received incorrect orders in the past (I am a professional) & have reached out via email in trying to resolve the matter & in all 3 cases, it was resolved. Tip: communicate with them 1st before posting a negative review
Buying T-shirts from this company is the worst business decision I've ever made for my small business. The mock-up process looked promising on their website, but when I received the shirts you could still see the off black background on the black T-shirt. There is no proofing team that reviews your design before they print which is unbelievably stupid and misleading for the customer. Allied shirts is just trying to make a quick buck and provides no level of quality or care in their product. Do NOT waste your money, or your time!
I ordered 20 custom t-shirts and paid for rush shipping to get them in time. I received an order shipped email and thought everything was going to workout just fine. The shipping day came and my order didn't arrive, but the FedEx tracking showed it would come the next day so I thought all would be ok. The next day it didn't arrive. I called Allied Shirts and they told me that since the shipment was in "label created" state, that means that FedEx lost the shipment. This didn't make sense to me since usually FedEx updates their status when the receive the package from the sender.
I called FedEx and they told me that this status means Allied Shirts created a shipping label but never delivered the package to them for shipment. Just as I thought, Allied Shirts lied to me and wouldn't admit it. I believe that they never even made my shirts and were trying to get out of it. Then I was $#*! out of luck and didn't have any t-shirts for my event since I could not get anyone else to make the shirts with a 1 day turnaround time. This company is the absolute worst and should never be used!

BEWARE - this is a VERY SHADY COMPANY! On the day I was supposed to receive my order I received an email that stated that they they fulfill my order! I called the day before and I was told by William that they were overnighting my order - then the next day cancelled my order?! Really. When I called and talked to a manager he couldn't give me an answer but only refund my money. They really don't care about their customers
First time ordering a SPECIAL T-SHIRT for a Family Matriarch and they fell to process my order... due to some kind of a 'CLITCH' if I didn't call to inquire about the holdup they would not know that they have a problem. Tyrone S DC

I have used this company twice now for T-shirt orders and both times had issues. The first time I placed an order it was a quality issue with the shirt itself and the images sticking and separating from the shirts. Allied could not get me new shirts in time for when I needed them so they refunded me the money and we used the defective items. The second go around I placed my order weeks in advance and the company held my order and my money for a whole week before the notified me they could not fulfill the order. Then when I called in (because they notified me via email and had already cancelled the order) I had a decent customer service rep that was able to get the shirts I needed in a different color, however now the order had to be expedited because the company delayed in notifying me. But the worst part was that they did not ship the order complete. So they shorted me shirts now they say they cannot provide me missing items and my event is in three days, so they refunded great! What do I do about the shirt I need in three days? NEVER AGAIN.
I ordered shirts from them on the 1st that advertises a 24 hour turnaround and paid $127 for overnight shipping. I finally get a shipping notification on the 5th that said they shipped (so not a 24 hour turnaround as advertised) that notification said I would receive my order by the 7th which is not overnight but still close to an overnight and still would arrive on time. I then checked UPS which was their mode of shipping and UPS stated late night on the 9th with no guarantee on that date. UPS stated that they did not ship this next day shipping and that it was shipped regular ground. Today is the 8th still no shirts... I called allied shirts customer service and got a man from another country who refused to check with UPS for any possible options for me to pick up faster, refuse to refund for overnight shipping instead of the regular ground that was used. He refused to acknowledge the dates that they sent me by email from them that stated I would have my shirts by the 7th. His only response was that they print shipping labels and the products can sit for days before actually shipped? WHAT? I paid for overnight shipping on t-shirts that were advertised as 24 hour turnaround. Horrible deceptive advertising and absolutely no help from customer service. I will not have my t-shirts on time for our event. Buy from a local store, do not purchase from this company.

Ordered about 30 shirts for a team event and paid for rushed shipping and was give a guaranteed delivery date of 11/26. Two days later, I received an email that some of my order could not be fufilled and that they would complete what they could and send it to me without allowing me the opportunity to cancel the order as this shipment was meant for an entire team to have matching shirts. I was then told by a customer service rep that one size of my shirts was out of stock at the time of my initial order, but they were now back in stock. I then was told, I'd needed to place a new order for the shirts that were omitted from the original order and was charged taxes again. I was again reassured that my order would be delivered by the guaranteed delivery date. The second order of 4 shirts arrived a couple of days later and do not look like the picture and look as if the design has been washed and faded. I called on 11/26 to get an ETA on my order and was told that I would receive it by 11/27 or 11/28 by the latest. Iam still waiting on the large order which should have gone out to my team today. Huge disappointment!

I submitted a front and back design for 40 t-shirts, various sizes and all of them came back tilted, small, and missing an important line. I have been contacting them almost daily since March 17 and they keep changing what they want in order to place a full refund.
- First it was wantng a front/back picture
- 2nd was a couple pictures side by side
- 3rd at least 1/2 the shirts
- Now they want all 40.
I am not risking standing on a ladder to take a front/back picture of 40 t-shirts. It is clear on their part that they DID indeed leave out an IMPORTANT LINE of the logo and that from the pictures I have uploaded to them are tilted... but that just isn't enough for them.
Sent wrong shirt and wouldn't fully refund me or fix the shirts. Spent probably 3-4 hours over 2 weeks trying to communicate with them with no luck.

I SPENT OVER AN HR STRUGGLING TO USE THEIR CRAPPY WEBSITE BECAUSE THEY PROMISED A $5 CUSTOM T SHIRT WHEN I FINALLY FINISHED THE DESIGN THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $25 PLUS $15 SHIPPING SHADY PRACTICES
I was about to check out with total of $43 and it switched to $63. I'll take my business elsewhere..
Our experience with Allied Shirts:
Allied Shirts' shirt printing is TOTALLY COMING OFF already and shedding white specks EVERYWHERE!
We have pictures to prove it but this site doesn't have pictures upload capability.
Those shirts were supposed to be our business' new uniform.
Now to get quality shirt printing we have to go through this process all over again with a different company.
We did NOT receive enough shirts for our whole team even though we ORDERED and PAID for them.
We had THREE events we wanted / needed to wear these at.
Your website promised FREE two week delivery but it took a MONTH!
NOWHERE in the design and order process did it say Allied Shirts was short on inventory.
This is something that customers--especially professional customers--MUST know up front!
One of our team showed up wearing the shirt representing our company at the event yesterday and the shirt looked HORRIBLE!
Tons of customers and peers saw it.
We had to procure one of the other new ones (which are in such LIMITED supply) and have him change!
How absolutely embarrassing this experience was and this reflects POORLY on our business and for certain on YOUR BUSINESS!

I ordered nearly 200 shirts from allied shirts 2 weeks ago and purchased expedited shipping that guaranteed delivery on or before a certain date. Imagine how surprised I was to get two emails from them 4 days before expected delivery telling me that part of my order had been cancelled and the other stating my order had "been unexpectedly delayed." After calling them to figure out what exactly was cancelled or delayed, I was furious to know that they didn't have an entire size and had cancelled that part of my order. After a week and half of it being placed... 4 days before my event... They told me that they had refunded me as if that made up for 20% of my team not having a team shirt!
I told them to just substitute the next bigger size and, of course, they can't do that. They have to place a whole new order. We went back and forth several times where they questioned their OWN policy that I read off of their website and said "yeah, marketing needs to change that. Some of our website is misleading." From the horse's mouth, everyone. To top it all off, when I placed the new order, they now didn't have the NEXT size so I have people who ordered L shirts who now have to choose between M and XXL. Strange they knew THAT right away when it took them 1.5 weeks to let me know they didn't have L. So they were too late for our event and the wrong sizes.
To top it off, the two deliveries (from the same order, I did not make any changes) have starkly different colors. The second batch actually had the right color, not the first. The 2nd shirt actually does look nice and the team liked them- they have no idea how hard I had to work or how every single shirt is actually wrong. Definitely will not be using this company again and would encourage you to think twice.

The customer service people will tell you they've had supply issues for years and that their website is misleading. It's not worth the headache for me.

Last week, I received the wrong order, their fault, so I thought I had everything they requested to get this accomplished for our Fund Raiser which I explained to them how important it was, since it's about Suicide awareness in our small town after we suffered a tragedy with a murder/suicide, wiping out a family here. I thought we were good to go, I answered the emails immediately. I just called back to confirm they would be here in time, the art team JUST got the new info an hour ago, I contacted them last Thursday, when I got the wrong shirts. That's 5 days, to day is Tuesday! They said, it will go to production and then won't be here in time, he's sorry! Then my mouth took over, and I was furious! I also mentioned I had just received shirts I ordered for my company from them, they are awful, the print quality is very substandard and I will have to sell them at 1/2 of what I bought them for, just to get rid of them. He hung on me up at this point! I WOULD NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN. And here's the other reason, I didn't ever receive a paper with order numbers, you are unable to look at the final draft before it goes into productions, so I called them about that when I did the first order, they said, well we fix it if something wrong, how can they possibly know what's wrong, we wouldn't have had this problem if I had seen they didn't print both companies logos on the shirts, and only one logo for one company. Very poor customer service obviously, when you tell someone they are not up to speed so they hang up on you? I did use a few choice words, just to get that straight on that, but I am not the one that messed up the order, and this was very important for our community. So Cavate' Emptor! "Let the buyer beware", they may be cheap, but not worth the poor work in so many ways! The photo shows, that all the shirts were printed with just one of the companies, logos, not the two like I had ordered. They had me send this to show them that it was their mistake.

Don't use them, unless it's for crappy shirts, and poor design help, or customer service that didn't seem to care that we needed them by the 30th and they should have jump through their asses to get that done since it was their mistake!

Shipping time wasn't discussed after they messed up the order, but I did try and tell him personally in the email and on the phone, how important is was to us. Guess it wasn't to them!
