I like the recipes on the Allrecipes.com site, but the space the ads take up on my computer is ridiculous. It makes it extremely difficult to see the actual recipe. Not to mention that the site is very slow, likely because of the ads. Time for some competition!

The new format & changes ruined this site. It takes 4ever for pages to load, then when you click on a recipe that takes forever to load. So many ads it'll drive you nuts. Shame because i used to use it for years. Some of you have asked this
To print, click the print button then you have to wait till the print page loads, either it will print or hit your print button
Also
To increase or decrease recipe servings click on the dumb little green circle & a box will open to type in the servings you need.

Great recipes there but its a shame what happened to this site, search the web for a recipe you are looking for cooks com is very good

You took a great website and made it worst. I don't like the new format. It's harder to read and find things and I can't even read the reviews anymore. I can't even login anymore to view my recipes because it can't find my account which I have had for over 8 years.
I will not be renewing my subscription.

Site has steadily gone downhill over the last 2-3 years. Can no longer use the app because categories for saved recipes have been removed, and all recipes are mixed together requiring you to scroll through hundreds of recipes to find what you want. But you can't use the website instead of the app, either, because ads slow it down to the point of unusability and the ability to change the number of servings is no longer available (the buttons for it are still there, but they no longer function). There is no useful "help" content, and trying to contact anyone from the site is a waste of time. There is really no point in using AllRecipes now, which is a shame, because it was once a very good site. You're definitely better off using Food.com.

Search Candy Cane Cookies and you will see everything useless and sad about this site.
It was great, I used it for years, often several times a week. Now I get 8000 results, can't figure out how to look at anything but the first page, and there is no way to sort the results.
This one search gave me one recipe named Candy Cane Cookies II(but it was a video only), and the rest(that I could even see) was everything from Candy Cane Hot Cocoa, to Zucchini Brownies. Unbelievable!

I hate hate hate that spinning spoon.

How is this useful to anyone?

I love this site. It is a free site and just as the name suggests, all the recipes you can imagine are there, old and new, fancy and simple. I have to say if you love to try new meals, and are not a seasoned cook, you can learn here at a minimum cost at the grocery store.

There are sooooo many ads that pages are slow to download and links etc are slow to react. I use to love this website but it has become so overloaded with advertising that it has significantly affected the website performance. Most of the time I just give up and go looking elsewhere for a recipe.

I am sorely disappointed with your new web site. I can no longer access my saved recipes, and can no longer read the reviews. This was my 'go to site', but no longer. I keep checking to see if things have changed, but I am sorry to say - nothing good.

How the heck are you supposed to watch a video on all recipes when the ad videos are playing at the same time... and no way to stop playing them without cutting the sound, which also cuts the sound on the website video. Goodbye!

I used this site all of the time to get recipes and save them in my collections. This feature will still allow me to save the recipe, but will not allow me to save to a specific collection. In addition, annoying recipe videos and ads play on top of the recipe that I am trying to view. I have yet to figure out how to stop the videos from playing so that I can view the actual recipe. They have really ruined the site and made it practically useless! What a shame! Oh well... on to the next one...

This is my go to site for recipes. Whenever I run out of ideas for meals I go to this site for fresh ideas. I knocked off one star because I think they are lacking on vegan/vegetarian/healthy recipes but I love everything else about this site. I always read the reviews before trying out the recipes.

Allrecipes is now a garbage site. Can no longer print recipes so smartphones and tablets stay out of the kitchen. Won't work with Echo Show properly either. You ask for pot roast recipes, it gives you one, plus 500 other recipes not even remotely resembling pot roast. So full of ads and other extraneous crap that it is difficult to distinguish what is important and what is not. Sad commentary on what is going on generally these days.

I like this site because it gives me lots of great starting ideas! I like to take the recipes and alter them a bit for the flavor I like. I enjoy the way they organize the site according to the meat and cuts. It makes it so much easier for meal ideas.

This site is great. I can browse different recipes by what meal it is, what food is in it, or my type of food. I can then save the recipes I like in my recipe box. I love to do that so I don't forget the recipes that turn out good or ones that look good from other users. I also love reading the reviews. Sometimes people change the recipes a bit for the better so I love hearing their input.

Everyone liked the conveince of the app! It's a hassle to go to the search bar when you could just open the app already logged into. Why the change. Who thought this was a bright idea. Not good, Not convenient, Not easy to use!

I have to admit I'm quite limited in the kitchen so this site is a real find for me. Great range of recipes with fantastic ideas and videos that even I could follow. This is one site I have bookmarked as it is great to surf ever few weeks to get new ideas and inspirations. I love this site.

Besides my own personal history gone I can't even find what I'm looking for. Chef John baked ziti. Gone! No, I can go to YouTube find the video scroll for the all recipes link and get sent back to AR to find the recipe. Dumb. Doable but dumb.

I saw a picture on the site under "summer recipes" that I wanted ingredients for. When I clicked on picture it took me to page full of recipes but not that one. I put in ingredients that I could see in pic but still couldn't find it. This site is frustrating. I've used it for several years but may move on now.

Since summer I can only get some of my collections. I get an error message not able to get all recipies try later. I have sent 4 emails to tech support to no avail. I even sent them a picture of the error message. I am extremely angry at this point

I have been registered on allrecipes.com almost since they started. It used to be super easy to use and find interesting recipes. Now it is terrible. If you are looking for something like a recipe for chicken casseroles, you get mostly links to a series of recipes that is nothing like they used to be. You used to be able to search by recipes that have ingredients that you'd like to include as well as ingredients that you don't want to include. That feature is completely gone. I could browse old allrecipes for hours finding recipes that I'd like to cook. I've recommended the site to many friends but I would never recommend it now. Why did you guys have to "fix" something that wasn't broke?!?!?

I've loved and trusted Allrecipes.com for years. But in the last few months, I can't visit the website on my phone without getting automatically forwarded to a scam "You've been selected for a free iPhone/amazon giftcard/whatever!" website. I downloaded the app, but as you know, it's worthless, so I deleted it.

Opting to use the website solely on my laptop, I've noticed some... strange things happening when I'm on the website. Like my MacBook pro reloads the page, and the fan kicks in. I'm going to repeat that: the Macbook's FAN KICKS IN. What is this website doing to my laptop?! I even got an error message that said the website was using "too much memory." Literally, this has never happened with any other website. I have SO much memory available on my laptop. What is going ON?!

The service allrecipes.com so helpful for the women as well as men also. They are having different categories and the recipes hang out there are so good and delicious. Their garnishing methods I loving so much. Most recipes are containing healthy ingredients.

Try 4 respices so far, family and I dislike 3 out of 4.1st was chicken dumettes but turn out very average joe. Then the general tso chicken but we are not a fan of the rice vinegar. Loved the hand pies. Tonight was Mexican stuffed chicken, see pic below. Wasted my money and time. Overseaned and very disappointing. Would NOT recommend Allrecipes.
