My 5 year old MacBook Air would not connect to my new Canon printer. Mark spent 4-5 hours patiently finding a way to remotely access my computer and look for evidence of virus infection or other problems. He felt an overnight reset might be needed. Next day the problem was not resolved. Called again. This time I spoke to Steve T who also had extraordinary patience and kindness. Got the printer to work via wifi and told me not to try the cable again.

Worked great for 2 months till I forgot and used the cable (head slap!). Steve T answered the call this time and got that problem fixed in JUST A FEW MINUTES this time and installed the new Norton application for me quickly as well.

I give this company super-high ratings. Outstanding effort and patience. Worth every penny.

Allroundfix is a very reliable company to do business with. They have always been there when I needed help with my computers, day or night. I had a problem once that it took them all night to fix, but the tech told me he would get it fixed before he went off his shift. He came threw and sure enough he found my problem and had it fixed so I could use my machine the next morning. This company has been very good to me and my family for the last 2 years. I hope I will be able to keep their services for as long as I have computers.

I started using my computer and all of a sudden all these pop up ads kept coming up like "flash mall" and many more. I started getting all of these alerts that my computer and all my information was compromised. I felt so exposed and scared until I called Allroundfix. They are amazing! The technician was so calm, competent and thorough. In the past year I had several problems with my computer, and getting the excellent help from Allroundfix LLC was critical for my performance. To me, the most outstanding tool they have/use, is taking charge of your computer and do their work, while you can do something else, or just look in awe to your computer while they work.

It is nice to not have to take your computer to a shop to get it running well. Allroundfix is always willing to help. Sometimes the problem take quite awhile and they stay with it until the problem is solved. Overall I have been very happy for Allroundfix.

I got an issue with my Norton Antivirus and slow computer performance, which wasn't working properly. Spoke to Tech Luke in Allrounfix LLC and he was incredible -- patient, articulate, and knowledgable. He fixed the Antivirus and my laptop slow performance issue that's been persisting for a while, he also explained what it would take to correct and prevent it. He was efficient and worth the price. In June, I was having trouble with my Internet Connection. I had just switched from using the WiFi signal at my place of residence back to using COX as my provider. After Cox resolved that issue, I continued to have other issues with the computer so I called Allroundfix. Within a short time, the technician had isolated my problems and was able to restore my computer to working condition.
