Allstate Banners

This is about the fifth time I've ordered a banner from Allstate and they are my go-to shop for banners. The quality is always excellent and the turn-around time prompt.

I love the banner but there is separation of material at the top of it and I needed it for a show so didn't have time to send it back and get a new one.

We had a few difficulties with transferring our final design. However customer service was excellent and we are very happy with the final product. The banner is high quality, and very sturdy.

I love how quick and easy the order process is!

The proofing process was quick and simple, the banners look great and I was happily surprised when they arrived the the next day! I will definitely be ordering from you again.

Easy and user friendly. We have ordered from AllstateBanners twice now and have been very satisfied with the product and the experience of shopping with them.

Ordered the mesh banner since we had an issue with the vinyl banner with wind slits. Hoping the mesh works better on construction site fencing in the wind.

The packaging was damaged in transit. The banner was damaged as a result. We used a blow dryer on the banner which did improve the look, but it was still noticeably damaged.

They did a wonderful job on my banners! Very helpful and fast service. Would highly recommend them!

I would like to be able to call and place an order without having to go through the website.

No where on the website did any banner offered have the exact measurements I needed. I had to call anyway to find out once I clicked on a banner I could modify it to the size I needed. The employee did a great job walking me through the steps to order what I needed. Well once I got off the phone with him I had to do something where I couldn't finish putting in my credit card info. Once I was back to my computer the order erased. Fortunately I remembered how to fill out my order. I was a little stressed and almost forgot to get the holes in the corner. I forgot what those are called, but had I just ordered over the phone I know I could actually ask the employee what these were.

It took several minutes longer to order online. The phone would have been quicker.

I know it took me longer to order because I had to restart. I also feel like I could have ordered over the phone and then been sent an invoice. That would have been faster too.

Other than that this was a great experience and the poster looks great. I got it in a timely manner and the price was better than I thought while researching other company's.

Delivery time was spot on even with the winter storm delays that affected UPS.
The banner was absolutely beautiful as it was the backdrop for our float in the King Day parade.

The banner looks great! Printing quality is definitely high as the print on the vinyl looks better than ones I have ordered from other companies

However I did have two small complaints, both are administrative related and not related to the quality of the banner it self...
First, their was an error in how much I was billed, and I had to try three different ways of contacting customer support before it was resolved. If you have an issue I recommend using the "live chat option" on their website instead of their "contact us" form. The live chat represented was very kind and professional and resolved the issue immediately whereas I never got a reply from the "contact us" form.
And I wasn't thrilled with the shipping. It was just a little bit more expensive then what I have paid elsewhere and the banner did not ship in a round tube, but in a triangular UPS tube with a tight rubber band around it. In the shipping process the rubber band melted to the vinyl on the back of the banner. I was able to peal the rubber band off but this left a seemingly permanent crease mark across the banner.

Banner was great. Colors were awesome. The only problem we had was it creased when we tried to record and some colorcame off. Overall very satisfied with the banner.

There was an ordering glitch in which files uploaded were not recieved by AllStatebanners. This caused some additional delays in the production of the banners. I know this is not a usual occurrence.

I mis understood the "approval" process site and hence it wasn't going to be shipped. Called them and they got it to me the next day! Just in time for the event.

We always have a great experience with Allstate Banners! Their service is professional, courteous, and timely, and there's always a REAL, knowledgeable person to answer our questions.

I like the service so far and I plan to order again. You were recommended by Mr. Ralph Bonmon of Insight Global, and I was completely satisfied!
