Unfortunately you were not able to access our old design so we designed our own artwork but that is ok...

The final color was a little off from what we expected (the way it looked on the proof) but we can live with it.

The bad part was it was pretty beat up by UPS when delivered...we will keep it and won't make any shipping claim but unfortunately it has areas where the color is rubbed off where crushed.

I'm "not" trying to give your company a bad name, but take this as constructive criticism, to improve your quality of work.

You need to use heavier packaging to keep it from getting crushed by UPS.

Awesome signs. The design team is amazing. I have used this company several times and have been beyond pleased with their creativity, quality, feedback and shipping. I highly recommend AllstateBanners for all your signage needs.

Your site is easy to use, prices are great, and the customer service is diamonds. Sample banner looked great. I had quite a bit of trouble with the sign design platform. If you can sort that out, you guys will be hard to beat!

Overall it was good. My only complaint would be that your newer design software is far more difficult to navigate than the old interface and seems to have a few bugs in it. Beyond that I have been very pleased with my orders.

I usually have great service and things are processed timely. However, this particular time the phone disconnected be three times before anyone picked up (and rang several times). I had to contact Terry through the website chat option.

Great quality.
Excellent service. They understood my deadline, and expedited my order so from start to finish of process I would receive banner in time for event.
I am a returning customer, and will continue to use Allstate.

In general very pleased with the finished product.
One issue is that there was no one we could speak directly with. The phone number for the voice mail box was full and the Live Chat was frustrating because we were ordering 23 different banners and I do not enjoy lengthy texts.
One item that was overlooked with all the texting is that the Knights of Columbus Council ******* is a not for profit organization but we were charge sales tax.
All said and done we will be doing business with Allstate Banners in the future,

I'm using Allstate Banners for almost 10 years. Never disappointed, Top notch printing quality, excellent customer service, FAST FAST FAST Turnaround, and cheap prices. Highly Recommended!

The posters look great. Except that they were a little crinkled. I would suggest rolling posters and mailing in tubes like you do your banners to prevent them getting damaged. The packaging I received them in (rectangular cardboard taped together) was ridiculously difficult to open.

I'm very happy with All State Banners website, speed, and my banner. The banner is so nice, I'm mad at myself that I didn't order two banners instead of one. No if I want another one, just like te one I bought, I have to pay a whole new shipping charge. Oh well. Thanks for the good banner.

Quick, easy, high quality, and half the price of the competitor (who also tried to mark me up even more for fitting my image to the poster size, which allstatebanners just did without even mentioning it). Love it. Would use again.

The online design, ordering, proofing process, and delivery were all seamless. The design team handling the proofs made all requested changes and the end result looks amazing. My only criticism is the shipping cost, but perhaps I have been spoiled by Amazon Prime for so long. Would highly recommend using ASB for all future projects.

AllState Banners gave us fantastic service from start to finish. They were able to create a custom banner for us using a stand we already had and delivered delivered our item very quickly! They walked us through every step of the ordering process and even made sure it was delivered to the correct address when we made an error on our end with providing the wrong shipping address. Five stars!

I ordered early afternoon and somehow the printed banner showed up at my door the next day! I've been using their service for several years. I'm always amazed with their quality, customer service and turn around.

Shipped fast and came out better than I expected. Good material too. Online design tool was clumsy and had to be restarted a few times. But I needed a 1 foot wide banner and this was the only site that does that.

I am so very pleased with my banner! It is EXACTLY as I pictured. Perfect size, great craftsmanship. Great value for price. I especially appreciate receiving product proof prior to production. I had a couple of "minor" issues/adjustments that customer service handled expediently, courteously and professionally. I highly recommend Allstate Banners and will definitely use again. Thank you!

Despite some website troubles, Allstate Banners provided absolutely fantastic service and top quality product! AllstateBanners beat the price of every competitor I talked with locally in Chicago, and had way better delivery. Other companies quoted fees twice as high for 3 day production and higher shipping charges even when local, AllstateBanners printed at higher resolution, processed a 7.5Gb file same day and had product in my hands the next morning for less money including shipping. Everything I could want in a vendor!

For the price, pleased. However, I did experience problems with the design your own process. It did not save my designs properly and I had to re-enter several times. Chat was responsive, but unable to help. Received proof quickly, but did not receive any acknowledgement after I approved proof. Next correspondence I rec'd was that order had shipped.
