Not only are their product superior to the competition, but their customer service is second to none. When I ordered a product, I had accidentally not be selected a few items and they stood behind their product with no questions asked. Anyone can sell your banner, but not everyone is willing to stand behind what they do. I live over 1200 miles away and I was treated as if I was a customer living right down the street.

As usual, all state banners did a wonderful job in sending me the proof very quickly, completing the order, and shipping it to me in a very short time. The product is beautiful, and it is exactly what I needed. There is no reason to shop anywhere else for this product/service. I will be a return customer many more times.

I think the price is fare - but everyone is looking for that special deal - especially when it comes to schools and there budgets! I was in a pinch and needed a banner for our team tent at the ADA Tour de Cure turned around and delivered in less than 2 days. The quality and speed that this was printed and delivered is what amounts to great customer service and product. I sent the file by 10 am and it was ready for pick and delivery by 3 pm the same day.

Really hard to know how much I'm being charged for two 2x4 vinyl banners. I ordered just two of them and had to used my credit card twice and I'm wondering if they will be sent to me for the same shipping charges or separate? Very confusing.

The banner was delivered quickly and the colors and design are very clear. The only problem I had is when we went to hang it, some of the color rubbed off in a spot and created a distinct spot. I just hope that it doesn't continue with more use.

Love the product and pricing. Easy to create, as well. After payment I did not receive it. I called and rep. Told me I never completed my order? Apparently I was supposed to give final approval? This should take place upon payment to to save confusion.

First time customer having banners printed for a sports team. My regular lab wanted $45 each so I started shopping around and came across AllstateBanners.com. Had a great chat with a customer service rep on pricing and shipping.

Everything was great except for the tape you used to adhere the posters. The tape was not very easy to remove and while removing the tape it actually took some of the paper off with it, so now when we hang them up in our store window you can see the tear marks.

Was quickly approved, and then I was notified when it shipped. UPS Tracking, and it came when promised. Banner arrived rolled in a very heavy cardboard cylinder...no chance of being damaged in shipping! Pleased with the quality and colors!

I was surprised at the significant per-banner unit price I paid compared to multiple banner orders of similar size within the last 18 months. I like the service you provide and the product you provide, but, the price increase was significant enough that I am planning to look at other providers as well for my next banner order. I decided to call when I realized the large price increase and the person on your end that answered the phone said "it is due to increases in ink prices" and then was silent. That was not a very helpful response to my query.
