Allstate Banners

Design your own feature was difficult to use and took awhile to figure out. It just took too long to create. If this had been easier, my rating would have been higher. An online tutorial or user instructions would have been helpful.

Only issue I had was never I never got updates from anyone about my ordered being shipped. I expedited because we needed a quick turnaround and that was the recommendation, but I got worried when I didn't hear anything back and when trying to call/chat I wasn't getting a response. They did arrive on time so that was good! Just would have liked to not been worrying about it!

The banner was printed well, but it may have been rolled up and shipped before the ink was completely dry, because it stuck to itself in a few places. What happens in shipping is not necessarily your fault, unless there could have been more protection in the wrap - the box was somewhat crushed and the banner was very wrinkled.

Your editing after having "Saved" is very confusing! Why does it show up as 2X2 when retrieving it from "Saved" and have to be re-edited each time? There should also be borders on the banner while designing so the designer knows when the printing/photo is too large.

My shopping experience was easy and the end result was exactly what I wanted. It took me about 10 minutes in total and I received my banner in just a week. I would use this company again for any other banners I might need in the future.

We ordered a parade banner which was perfect and followed with another order for a custom tablecloth for our outreaches. Allstate Banners was so easy to work with and their delivery time is exceptional. The table cloth arrived and we were very happy with it even though there were a few minor pulls around the logo area... most likely from the machine used. We don't think they will be noticeable when the table cloth is on the table.

We will absolutely work with Allstate Banners again!

I am very pleased with my banner. The print quality was top-notch. I got so many compliments for it at my party. Very high resolution and I was shocked to see how strong the vinyl material actually is.

Kind of confused with the new site and my login info, but glad I could get to the old site and place my order. I'm always in need of banners at the last minute. The price and the fact that I know the banner will arrive when it's promised and many times before, I love using Allstate Banners.

I was disappointed that the site did not hold my cart contents the first time and I had to start all over again. It would also be nice if there was an easy way to reorder a banner in multiple sizes rather than re-upload the artwork over and over.

I received the banner almost instantly. Turnaround time was excellent. But the image is blurrier than I had expected from the high resolution PDF I had supplied. Also, the dimensions are 1/2 inch shorter than I had specified and been promised by the Chat representative. She said I did not need to allow for bleed. But the hemming reduces the final size much like a bleed would. So the final product is a different dimension than promised. The site does not offer good technical advice, but I probably could have avoided these problems by asking more questions to the Chat representative, as she was very good.

My second order in 30 days. Great service, quality product and super fast shipping. My only negative is that I asked for grommets on the side of the banner as a special request, and received the product without the side grommets. Other than that, very good.

They had problems recreating the message and didn't follow up with me in a timely manner. The designer didn't do what I had asked them to do so we went back and forth for over a week trying to get the correct font and color...very frustrating!

The chat feature was extremely helpful for me to understand the process. Our organization has ordered from this company before, but it's a different volunteer parent each year, and the specifics of the process aren't always handed down. The person on the chat was able to look up past orders and tell me which product I should order and how the artwork should be submitted. Overall it was a great process.

Seems quite simple, but I'd like to see a wider range of fonts. Also, the design should be checked just after upload. At this point I'm only guessing as to how the image will fit on the banner, based on my proportions. This is my first order. We'll see! Thanks!

I had trouble with navigation of the new website and sent two messages for online support with no response. I have used this website for 5 years now and was frustrated this time. The nite I included with my order was not followed and therefore some of the banners were not uniform with each other... despite approving each proof, it is extremely hard to see in an email versus a 3x2 foot size and production/design team should be able to accommodate this like they used to with a note in the order. I was definitely disappointed this time

I have ordered more than 70 banners from you over the last few years with my job and personally. I have always been pleased with the quality and turnaround time. I have been meaning to e-mail you. We ordered a vinyl banner that is 5' x 15' and is on the side of a brick building. It faces the west and receives the harsh afternoon sun. That banner is a full color banner. In 5 years, the banner looks as good as it did when we purchased it. We just ordered the regular vinyl banner, not the outdoor. It has survived a flood, several ice storms and the hot SC summer weather. Excellent quality.

Looked locally and the prices were too high and the turn-around time wasn't what our church needed. Looked at several banner companies but Allstate Banners gave us the best price for what we wanted to advertise (gospel concert). Time from submission to receipt of the banner was very short (5 days)...Perfect!

Website is not user friendly. Would have rather placed my order over the phone to someone, but VM was full and your phone system kicked me out after telling me that. Like your product, but do not appreciate the process I have to go through to order it!

AllstateBanners was great! I used the Live Chat on their site because the coupon code I received wasn't working, and the rep was helpful, friendly and quick to respond. I used same day printing and was able to get my banners next day, even with free shipping because I'm in NYC. My one gripe is that the proof review page doesn't appear to be mobile friendly. The proofs looked good on my phone for 2 of my banners and I approved them. However, when I checked later on my computer, there was a comment saying the image file submitted wasn't great and the image on the banner would be of low quality. As I already approved and requested same day printing, it was too late to correct. Lesson learned, but I will definitely be back for future purchases. The step and repeat banner I purchased was perfect!
