I had no problem ordering a banner with just text, but when I tried to add a photo it didn't work. Still I was very pleased with the banner, it came on time, and I would definitely use the service again. Thanks!

When I received the product I was so impressed by the quality of product and work of the banner. This is my fourth banner and my best experience. I started with an online chat, the supervisor who handled the chat answered all of my questions and immediately placed me in contact with a designer. The designer completed my project and my banner was on it's way the same day. Three days later I received the banner, it was perfect.

I couldn't remember the name of where I got a banner a couple of years ago... but I DID remember their speed and the quality of their product. So I looked them up in my records and didn't even search for another company. AllState Banners - yes, that was it! I will definitely order from them again. I've been pleased with their approval process (letting me know what will work or not work and giving me a chance to change it). And then I received the banner in record time. Thank you!

I love the chat. Any questions I had I had a person right there to help. Awesome experience so far. This was by far the easiest thing we had to do in my son's senior year. I kept thinking this is too easy, something will go wrong and it never did. I have and will continue to share Allstate with all my friends and family.

I had trouble loading my document file and found out that I could e-mail my file and all went good from there. I'll be sending in another order or two within the next 4 weeks.

I would prefer to see the design on the page before ordering. After receiving the order, there are a few spots on the banner where the color looks like it rubbed off, but overall I am very happy with the banner.

My banner looks great and arrived quickly. I was a bit caught off guard by the shipping/handling charges included at the end but still got a great looking banner at what I think is a good price in very good time.

In the past, I have had great experience with Allstate Banners. This time there was an issue with receiving the banners before I had approved the proof. I had sent the proof out to our committee and was awaiting their response when I received the email saying my order was on it's way. I contacted customer service and they responded promptly and offered to redo the banners if they were not acceptable as is. The changes would have been very minor, so we are using them as is. I just would prefer to have been able to approve the proof prior to them being processed and shipped.

Excellent service! Quick turn around with proofs and very flexible with changes. We've been using AllstateBanners for over 5 years now and they are still the lowest price and quickest delivery schedule. We are very happy with the service and will continue for future purchases.

Overall great experience. Shipping would be improved if banners were wrapped around a cardboard tube to support them. One end was scrunched because one end of the shipping carton that was a separate piece got pushed into the main carton in shipping and scrunched one end of the banners. Not terribly bad, but still a disappointment.

The only negative is that it was hard to figure out how to get started with uploading the picture and adding text to a custom banner. I had to fool around until I got to the right product/options. Once there I was able to create the banner very quickly.

I loved being able to fully customize my order, and loved the way it turned out. I appreciate the fact that I was emailed to double check my satisfaction with my design because I did find an error that they were quick to correct. Loved the final product and how quickly it was completed and delivered.

I needed a quick banner to commemorate my Father's 60th H.S. Reunion. The website was very user friendly and the turn around time of a proof was very quick. I had a couple rounds of minor edits and they were changed very fast. The shipment was sent right away and the quality of the banner exceeded my expectations. Will definitely order again. The site was easy to use. I like that I can start with template to give me a base to work off of, then modify to my liking. I am hopeful that the photo I selected will print clearly, and if not someone will reach out to me.

Update: the photo I submitted when first placing the order was damaged. A representative reached out to have me review the banner before printing and had me submit a new image. The banner arrived quickly and is perfect! The quality is fantastic! Thank you!

I accidentally uploaded the wrong art file the first time, but it was super easy to fix and the banner was delivered so fast! Always happy with the product and will definitely continue ordering from here.

The design module was a bit tricky, but I chose ultimately to design it myself in Photoshop and upload it which was extremely easy. The specifications were clear to choose from, and the price for what we needed was under our budget. Speedy delivery and quick answers to any questions I had made the experience enjoyable and exciting.

I like your site because you have a great banner design program. It could use an update in functionality and maybe a little more editing tools. Your prices are good and the quality is awesome. Your banner prices are better than most i could find. Some of your other products are a little more pricey. But i will consider the quality of previous orders in future orders.

Great experience! The quality was top notch and the colors matched 90-95%, which is great in my opinion. I might just brighten my picture a little in the future as it was a tad darker than my original but it was all very minor in the end. Great work and I will use them again in the future!
