Allstate Banners

It would be great if you would offer swatches (2 inch by 2 inch) of your materials for evaluation - for someone not in the printing business, it is difficult to understand the differences between 13 oz. Vinyl and 18 oz. Vinyl, for example. You could probably use scrap material to,provide the swatches.

You need to make it clear on your website artwork upload page that your system will only accept 17 files at a time. I was on a tight deadline and needed 27 banners. I uploaded all 27 art files (and the online system showed all of them being uploaded successfully), but I didn't find out until a couple of hours later, when my proofs were ready for approval, that only 17 of the files were actually uploaded. Your customer service was great in helping with my dilemma (!), but it would have prevented a lot of anxiety if I had known that I needed to upload my files in two batches.

The website was easy to navigate. It took me a little longer to create the banner because I am not computer saavy at all. So, if I can do it, anyone can! LOL! The banner came out beautifully and was delievered in a timely manner. Thank you for everything!

The only negative, which wasn't allstate banner's fault, was that the proof went into my spam folder and so it took 2 days longer for me to approve the proof than it should have. I got it so fast, and it's so pretty. I love it! So, my advice, is check your spam folder!

Just waiting on a credit for a banner that was scratched. They sent me two new banner instead of one. Please check to make sure I was on charged for one not 3. 'Wolfe' was the banner name

I do not know what the hold up was with this orders shipping once I approved the banner. However, I had to use the online chat apx 1 week after the banner was approved and it was then shipped. Was not told what the problem was.

They have always been great about shipping.

The banner was beautiful and met with our expectations. The creative department attempted many times to create a design and did finally met with our specifications. All customer service on the telephone was very helpful.

Your website is difficult to use and some things don't work. For example, I selected Outdoor Banner and it specifically says that they are 18oz. Vinyl, however, when you complete the form, it says 13oz. Vinyl and doesn't allow you to change it. The designer tool stinks - doesn't work at all.
I received the retractable banners and they look fantastic. I have NOT receive the custom banner yet.

The quality of the product was great. I didn't like the online feature to create the banner, it was a little hard to manipulate and create what I wanted. It was difficult to choose a font because you didn't know what it looked like. It was easier to create the design in another program and then upload the finished product.

I reordered a previous order. The last one was bright and bold. This recent COPY of the last order is pale and the bright fushia looks pale pink, and the background a pastel yellow not a dark vibrant one as on the previous order.

I had found your website after I was kegt disappointed with another company. I decided to give your company a chance on creating a banner need for my business. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality and how quickly you got the banner to me. I liked that I got a chance to see and approve the banner before it was printed. I like the look. I just wish the colors could be a little more vibrant, but I am happy the way it turned out.

There is pinkish ink on the larger banner. Not useable. Paid $78 for it. Contacted you guys, lady was very helpful but have not heard back about a replacement.
