Please, please check out the Better Business Bureau before ordering from All Things By Faith. So many people have had the same issues I have had - three times. Also read their Return & Exchange policy. They do not except order cancellations - even if it takes more than 3 months to get your orders. They do not respond in any way to communications. I tried email, text and phone calls - they never replied other than a canned replied that they would. I ordered shirts for July 4th six weeks prior and did not receive them until 8/21/23. I disputed my charges from them on my credit card when I did not receive my orders within 6 weeks because the company would not reply to my communications. After I received my orders (more than 3 months later), All Thing By Faith then provided the credit card company proof of order and delivery-more than 6 weeks after I disputed the charges. I received my last order today by USPS and I will be calling the credit card company tomorrow to see if they will honor the dispute if I refuse the order. I will NEVER order from All Things By Faith again nor would I ever recommend them.

Don't give this company your money! I placed an order then ended up with medical bills so I requested a refund. It took 4 tries to get a response but they finally agreed to a refund on 7/30 via an email which I still have. Two weeks later I followed up again when the refund had still not been received. Then today I received a notification that the order (which I had canceled & they had agreed to refund) had shipped. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company with no customer service. I'm refusing the delivery but I'm guessing they'll keep my money. Supposedly a Christian company but their lack of communication, deceit and shady business practices show otherwise. I'm sure you'll notice that they've only responded to the positive reviews on here and flat out ignored the negatives. Also notice that most of the negatives are the same form of complaint. What a bunch of crooks. If you want good Christian shirts with an actual Christian company, shop The Light Blonde instead. Way better company that actually practices what they preach.

After over a month, I received the cross I'd ordered. It is beautiful and worth the wait. It's not quite as large as I thought it would be but very well made and easy to wear.

Ordered on 3/3/21 for special event, got email on 3/9, tried to cancel because I was told it would take 6 weeks and I needed for my event, order not processed until 3/15/21 even though I called and tried to cancel on 3/9 (I was lied to), got snarky, preachy emails (Biblical passages out of context by the way). I t is sad that they profess to be a Christian and Veteran based buisness, which is why I chose them. I got a "Raise a Hallejulah" shirt on Amazon in 3 days (I try never to buy from Amazon). If you think I am being too tough, check out BBB reviews. There is a reason they will NOT let you post a review on their actual site. If they do not improve their buisness model they will soon be out of buisness.

I ordered the Star of David necklace on July 25 2023. I never got it. They keep telling me on emails it's still on production. It's been 3 months. My order # ATBF*******

The fabric is sheer and the thread is already coming out of the hems. The sizing is poor. Looks incredibly cheap. This will not be a long lasting wardrobe item.

I ordered shirts from them and never received my shirts. Contacted them and absolutely no help. Do not order from them!

I ordered my items on May 20th for an upcoming trip in mid July. When June hit, I sent a message due to there were no updates on my order.

I was told that there was a fire and they have been impacted by COVID so orders were taking longer. Mind you the fire apparently happened in May and it was to a neighboring suite according to their website and it stated it would only be a few days interruption. I tried to be patient and waited more time. Then in July, I was a week from my trip and it was clear they were not going to send it to me in time, I requested to cancel and refund.

They did not respond so a week later, I sent another request to which they said because the items were custom they could not refund my order. That i understand; however, how can you refuse to cancel an order that has not even been made yet? They never provided any type of expectation. Now we are in August and I still dont have anything that I ordered.

It is frustrating because as a Christian company, I expect more from them. They are holding my money hostage and will not give me my stuff! I told them that I would likely order later when they things calmed down for them in the future but not after this. As far as their refund policy there is no mention of that during the checkout process.

With all of their issues they continue to run sales. Why in the world would you run these sales when you can't even fill the orders that you currently have? Do not order from here.

I ordered my stuff 2 months ago and haven't gotten my stuff! And they said I can't get my money back! If that's not the biggest scam! Then the nerve of them to keep sending me text messages on discount code! I JUST WANT MY MONEY OR MY STUFF! They stole my money and next stop is the BBB

I been waiting for my order for over a month, email them, I keep getting the same email, order in process! I wished I had read these reviews first, I thought they where Christian?

I ordered 3 shirts from this company and still have not received them and I can't get any update or response from them. I ordered in August and it's the middle of October.

Ordered a ring in October. It still hasn't shipped. Tried emailing them. Got a generic response. Tried emailing requesting refund. Got same generic reaponse.

Having ordered and paid in February I posted the review entitled "Scam" I'm May. Well although I'd still never order from them again I've received the 3 t-shirts from All things by faith.

Don't revive item that was ordered in July and can't get a refund. I have messaged and called no response

They just got the most wonderful books ever and I'd really recommend this and encourage you to keep up

I ordered two shirts that were a different style. It took a while to receive the one and when it came it was too big. I called and asked if I could exchange it for a smaller one and they said they could send the second one in a small because it hadn't been sent out yet. It took a very long time to receive the second one and when I did receive it, I left them a message right away stating that they sent a medium instead of a small like we had discussed. I didn't even try the second one on because I know it is too big. They didn't respond and I did receive many emails wanting me to purchase other products and I did respond to one email but again they did not acknowledge it. I had the two shirts siting in my closet and even responded to a text (among the several texts they sent wanting me to purchase more products). I did call today and they said too much time had lapsed so they couldn't help me. Now I have 2 shirts that I cannot wear. When they first said they would send me the small in the second shirt so I could see if I like how it fit, they knew it would be more than 60 days and at the time they said it was OK. But it apparently was not. I have to say their product is good quality and I have ordered in the past. But because they did not keep their word I would not recommend this company. It was ok for them to take the time they needed because they didn't have my shirt in production.

Read the complaints and reviews on the BBB website! I wish I had!
This company took my money on 5/19/22 for a ring, and I haven't received it yet. I paid extra for shipping so I could track the shipping. They never sent me a shipping emailing. I've emailed and called. Emails are like the ones described by others (short of staff, due to COVID, fire in neighboring business, etc.) in other websites like the BBB. I checked on the fire. That's a lie. I also found the exact ring on Esty for $17. Their ring sales for $31.77. Wish I would have googled before I clicked on their ad. They said in the first email the ring was in production. Give me a break! They do not have to make the ring I ordered. Since I called their bluff in a reply email they are not responding (I sent them a screenshot of the exact ring for sale on Esty). They claim to be a christian and a veteran organization. I DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. They are scamming people. Oh, I called and left messages. They have not returned any calls. HORRIBLE Company - Scammers for sure!

I ordered three shirts March 31st it is now May15th and have not received my order. I would never order from this site again, so much for All Things By Faith, i have no faith in this company!

Never received order, emails stating they would respond. See BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU for complete report. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I've purchased several items from them, and love every one of them. Yes, it took a little longer to receive them, but it was worth the wait.
