Still havent received the frames. It has been over a month. Emailed to complain that the delay was too long. Response was only that we apologize. Nothing else.

I found a pair of Tiffany sunglasses on Allureaid for such a great price! Customer service so helpful and my experience was great! I will purchase from them again.

This company is a fraud. I ordered sunglasses a month ago and haven't received any word from them. I tried calling customer service and sent them an email - they do not respond.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! I placed an order for my glasses February 21st and did not receive any confirmation, no status update and it is now March 22nd. I have called the contact number at least 20 times and left several big emails with no reply. I also have emailed. The only response I got that they were finally going to ship my order in 48 hours was only after I threatened to contact the police for a scam company! I finally hit through to there number today and said I wanted a refund and the lady on the phone said well we were going to ship your glasses expedient for free! After all of this! Spend the extra money and get glasses from a reputable company! Even glasses USA were much quicker than this!

Just wanted to update: just now the "owner" of the company called me to argue with me about my review! So she had time to call me immediately after I posted this review but no time to call back after leaving several voicemails or even tried to call to make it better! This company needs to be shut down! Her number is *******022 for those who would like to speak with her!

Another update: this is an email the "owner" sent me after I hung up on her! She's crazy!

Found sunglasses we could not live without while in Fla at the Ritz C. Found them at Allureaid for 1/2 the $$$$$$ and ordered them last minute for Christmas. Got a call from Cust Serv that they were discontinued and that they found them in ITALY and even though they were even more $$$$ Allureaid gave them to me at the same price. Even though they came after the holiday it was CHRISTMAS IN JANUARY! Thank you for your great service.

Should have read these reviews first. Everybody is right. Its been over a month and havent received my item. Nobody answers the phone or returns emails.

When I ordered the Tiffany sunglasses the website indicated, shipping within 8 days its now over a month still wIting on pkg with no updates nothing! Not happy! Will not ever use this website again

I purchased prescription goggles for my daughter from them and the pain began there. They did not add prescription to the order, it then took over a month to get a person named "Janet" to speak with. I sent numerous emails and left countless voicemail and nothing. When I finally spoke with "Janet" a second time she said they would issue an RMA which they did and that they would apply the prescription once it was received. Well that took over 2 months to get an answer again after many more emails and voice mails. I finally spoke to "Janet" again third time, and she acted as if nothing was wrong and assured me it would be solved "TODAY". Which also never happened it is now two months later and not a single reply email or phone call from them as where is my order. I requested a cancellation but too has gone to the wind. I am at a lost literally ($80) for time and frustration and my child still does not have her goggles. This business needs to forced out and repay their customers for the stress they caused.

I love getting my glasses at allureaid!
I won't buy from anywhere else. I will go to a glass store to try glasses on then purchase them through allureaid.

Purchased the prada sunglasses from AllureAid.com the frames were great, and they arrived in less than one week. I would highly recommend the store to all my friends. And i will buy from them again.

The entire experience was easy and ther website was very helpful, was able to track them as they were being delivered and I love my rayban priscription.

I received my glasses exactly as ordered. However, shipping was a little slow and the inside of the box and outside of the glasses case was really dirty. Kind of disappointing.

Watch out Allureaid, your going down. You've messed with the wrong person. They answered my phone call one time and said 48 hours I'll get my Glasses (which I've waited 6 weeks for), then they NEVER PICKED UP AGAIN! ALLUREAID, trust me YOUR FAKE COMPANY IS GOING DOWN! YOU WILL NOT CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH GOOGLE or ONLINE. I am going to shut down your site. I work for the government and this is the LAST TIME YOU STEAL FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE! Your going to be prosecuted to the Fullest extent, so watch out!

This was my 5th pair I got from them, was always great quality and wonderful customer service. Was happy when I got them and exactly what I was hoping for.

Is sad that I was promise my order in few days and until today nothing I canceled my order today, all I got was e mails that my frame was coming from Italy not a legit excuse poor customer service and bad Bussines definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone bad experience.

This place is a joke if not a total scam. Do not buy anything from them. They sent me a damaged snow helmet three weeks after I placed the order.

Buyer beware! Placed an order for glasses -- took over 2 months to finally get a refund after multiple lies regarding the order status.

Was able to find the glasses I loved and much less expensive and fast service! Will definitely shop again.
