Love this website, it is very user friendly, and they have a wide variety of products. I use to buy pet snacks, and treats at stores, but no longer, I save so much more money and time to just click on Allvetmed.com, it’s my one stop shop for all my pet’s needs
I have filed formal complaints with the agency that certifies this company as a dispensary for veterinarian medicine and the Pharmacy review board. Their shoddy customer service resulted in medical distress for my dog. They are refusing to rectify the situation or refund our money.
My veterinarian took place holiday for a month and my pet dog acquired genuine unwell he suggested me to make use of Allvetmed to get the medicine that Toby needed, they contacted my vet and he authorized the order, the issue now is that I no longer intend to acquire it from my veterinarian yet from Allvetmed given that I saved over $20, and obtained it delivered to my home.
Ordered my dog's heart 3 medications through them on Nov 11. Received a confirmation via email that my order shipped Nov 12. Waited 2 weeks. Nothing. Called because I could not track order with the directions they emailed to me and was told my order was actually NOT shipped because they were OUT of STOCK. I told them I've made 2 visits to my pet's vet across town to pick up more medication "in the meantime" while I was waiting for my order to arrive and that they should've sent me some type of communication letting me know where my order is. I said I need them to overnight this shipment now because my dog needs her medication and will be out once again on Friday (it was Tues.) They said they I will have it "no later than Friday". Nothing again. Called, was on hold for more than 15 minutes before I was routed to a voice message machine to leave a message. Unbelievable. I checked online to find the order is estimated to come next Wednesday! It's now been over 3 weeks, out over $100, no medication, no response from Allvetmed.com to my voice message or email left. Still waiting... Had to go back to my vet across town again to pick up the 3rd medication. Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Unacceptable.
Their logo is original means love for pets, I start ordering from allvetmed for my Labrador 1 year ago, they always ask for my dog and send me treats for free…
I placed an order with this company after being warmed by my veterinarian that the company did not have a good reputation. I placed the order on April four and the money was immediately taken from my account. When I contacted the company four days later about the status of my order I was told my veterinarian had never approved the order. When I spoke to my vet she assured me it was approved on April five. Nevertheless she approved it again on April 8. During the next 5 days I was in contact with a company numerous times and each time I told something different. Finally I contacted the Attorney Generals office to report this company's fraudulent activities. My next correspondence to a vet meds was via a copy of the Attorney Generals response. Within 3 days my order was cancelled and the money deposited into my account. During my correspondence with the company the only way I could get through to them on the telephone was by selecting option 3 the veterinarian line. This morning I placed the same order with 1 800 pet meds and 4 hours later had an email from the company saying my order was shipped and a UPS tracking number. I encourage anyone having trouble with this fraudulent company contact there attorney generals office division off fraud. That seems to get some response.
My complaint is identical to all others who have posted here- they charged me and never sent the product. They also charged me for an order I cancelled, two weeks AFTER I cancelled it! I took the liberty to report this company to the Federal Trade Commission and the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL REGULATION who issues licenses to companies like this. I also reported their pharmacy to the pharmacy board in Florida. I disputed the charges on my credit card and put the complaints in the mail today. Companies like this need to be SHUT DOWN and punished to the extent the law allows! We are only trying to do right by our pets and they are trying to bilk us for money! I included this web site in my complaints so some of you may be contacted regarding your complaints as well.
The other reviews say it all; this place should not even be in business as they basically take your money and provide no service; it has been two weeks since I ordered a vet precribed antiibiotic for my dog; still no receipt; now I have to worry about getting a refund for a costly medicine; like othrs I wish I had read the reviews first; hopefully this place will not be in business long.
This company has the worst customer service ever. If your pet can wait almost three weeks to receive a refill for medication my all means use this company. None of the representatives new anything about my orders they put me on hold up to five times every time I called. They don't have certain things in stick when there website says otherwise. They have to first order you meds after you place your order from the manufacturer which takes three to four days. Then they send it to to you which takes another three to four days. Does anyone else see something wrong with this? I recently order from them after a week they called me to tell me they order I placed didnt have actually the same brand of meds as my previous orders so they offered a alternative which I agreed and they TOLD me they would send it out immediately. Well five days later my dog is unwell and sickly waiting for her meds which allow her to digest her food. So as allvetmed.com STARVED MY DOG! I called them and they said my order was never placed and they never called me to change the brand and I was lucky to get my money back when I asked. This place is a joke. They have no regard for there customers or compassion for their pets.
I own a farm and pastures in Texas, and own many horses, when one of my horses get sick, it’s a nightmare having to go running to a vet to get meds, since we are in such a rural area, it’s so much easier for me to order online, with the tons of horse products that Allvetmed carries and great prices as well, all I have to do is order what my horse needs, and then Allvetmed, contact’s my vet via phone, fax, or email and once the vet approves it, it’s ready to go, and it arrives right to my property…this saves me all the aggravation, and time……thanks for the convenience Allvetmed.
Do not use this company, they will charge your credit card and tell you it's shipped. It takes aver calls and email to get your meds. Just a scam company.
AllVetMed is awesome! I have the opportunity to get my kitty's medication for about a third of the cost of my vet and 1/2 of Petmeds. They have given me excellent customer service when I call and have an issue. I recently had one with the post office and did not receive the medication for my Siamese - and he needs it and IT IS expensive. I waited a long time and had to buy one more bottle from the vet but I'm on a fixed income and knew I couldn't do it again. I called AllVetMed and they sent me out another package the next day, without even getting the previous package back. Don't know where the first package is but AllVetMed knew it was important enough to me to get me out another order, free of charge, fast! We love our furry family members and when they hurt, we hurt and will do anything to help them. AllVetMed cares and doesn't take advantage of that fact with their prices and their customer service. I ordered a medicine for my dog that my local vet did not stock and the site showed the item as in stock. I received a confirmation from PayPal that the payment was made and an html email from AllVetMed with an order number in the subject line but the coding in the email tried to connect to a page that would not load. Four days later I had not received a shipping confirmation order and called the company to find out they did not have the medicine I ordered in stock. I was told it would be in with three additional days... I called again and was told call the next day. This company accepted payment for an item that was not in stock and then did not provide me any notification that shipping would be delayed due to the item not being in stock. After seeing the reviews on this site I determined it is common practice for the company to list items on their web site that are not in stock and then accepting payment for them. I cancelled my order and kept the company rep on the phone until I saw the return in my PayPal account. Company reps speak poor English which for a pharmacy should be a red flag as that means information regarding prescriptions cannot be communicated clearly.
I had a good encounter with Allvetmed. The website was really user pleasant, was the very best I could find online. The thing showed up exactly time and fit. I will certainly use the site again.
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my order was processed. I will definitely order again. The prices on Frontline Plus were half the price it cost at most pet supply stores.
These scam artists took my money, let me wait for two weeks, needing my pets prescription meds. I kept looking for a shipment notice, none came.It is almost impossible to get them to answer the phone, and they DO NOT return calls if you leave voicemail. The long and short are this, I got jerked around for three weeks. I had to order from another company. They WILL NOT refund my money but say they shipped my order the day AFTER I cancelled it. I did not get my money back, I did not get my pets medication. There are hundreds of bad reports online about this company's foul customer service. I too, think the good reports are fake.

Poor customer service. Not the place I am comfortable giving my personal information to. I want my pet Rx at the best price, possible, but I am afraid I will pay in other ways.

I love the prices on the flea meds for the cats and dogs. Our pets love advantage 2. I can always make sure at Allvetmed that I get the supplies my pets need.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They charged my account for an order i never received. I contacted them twice and they never wrote me back. I had to get the BBB involved and they totally lied to them saying they tried to get in contact with me. I never got their emails. If they had the wrong email, they should've at least responded to my emails i sent them.

Our shipment got lost and we called customer service, and the girls were so cooperative and professional. They called UPS and were able to track and find our order. Great job.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a very expensive and very serious med for our dog on april 12th. Long story short. Today is the 24th and it hasnt shipped... Got the run around everytime I called there. THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN! What a waste of time! I'm not really sure but I'm thinking they are scam artists. Fyi... waiting on a refund :(

05/06/2013 – The order was placed.
05/07/2013 – Credit card charged.
05/19/2013 – Have not received order. I sent customer care email asking where is my order.
05/20/2013 – Customer care replied, "We apologize for the delay we have had with the medication, your order will be shipping in 24-48 hours."
05/22/2013 – Received email stating order has shipped, with a tracking number.
06/11/2013 – Still have not received order. Now the tracking number is invalid. I sent customer care a second email.
06/12/2013 – After not receiving a response to my email, I called *******387, asking where my order was. I was told that the order had been canceled and amount credited. Looking at my credit card statement online I did see the credit on 06/04/2013. I asked why the order was canceled. After 10 minutes on hold, the person could not explain why the order was canceled. The person confirmed that they had no communication from me (email or phone) record of a cancelation request. The person offered to ship the product to me in 2-3 days at no extra charge. I explained to the person that they have two options: 1) Discount my order for the inconvenience and the fact medications were already a month late. -or- 2) Keep the order canceled and I would post reviews of my experience. You guessed it, they choose option 2.
I ordered an antibiotic for my dog on a Tuesday, expecting to receive it in less than week. The pharmacy claimed that it would ship as soon as my vet approved it, which happened on the same day. On Thursday I followed up online to see if my order had shipped, but it hadn't--so I called the pharmacy. Didn't realize they only work 9-5, so I left a message. Nobody returned the call, so I tried again on Saturday. Didn't realized they don't work weekends, so I left a firm message imploring them to contact me Monday AM. Nobody returned the call. When I reached a pharmacist on Monday afternoon, I was told that the medicine was out of stock and wouldn't ship until the end of the week.
WHHHAAAT? Someone should have called me immediately to ask me if I could safely wait for what would turn out to be over 2 weeks for an antibiotic. This is medicine, people, not a toy or shampoo that can be delayed. I will never use them again, and I advised my vet let all the drs. At her large NYC animal hospital know about this.
UPDATE: When I contacted customer service with the above details, I received this reply, which was more annoying than no reply at all: Dear Customer, We apologize for the inconvenience.

Two weeks after I placed my order and my card was charged I received an email from them stating that my order had shipped. The tracking number included in the email was bogus and after further investigating them on the BBB it turns out this is a common practice.

They will take your money and you will not receive product, then they will not answer your calls or emails. Go to the BBB and check out the complaints against this company..
