Alphabet Deal

I didn't receive an order confirmation, I've contacted them several times by email and phone within the last week and no one will talk to me and my payment has cleared my bank account. I feel they are a scam!

Alphabet Deal is a fantastic online store that delivers on its promises. They have amazing products at affordable prices and excellent customer service. They also have a generous return policy and a secure payment system. I trust them with my online shopping needs.

Refunded a product and it's been 8 months since I returned the product but they still haven't refunded my money. Every time they email me back they just come up with another lame $#*! excuse and have ghosted me for the past month. Buyer beware. A cheap product that is over price and literally the worst customer service.

It may take awhile to get in contact with a customer service representative but once you do they will be in contact with you quickly. I was able to communicate via their Facebook profile page then via email.

Customer Service did not follow up after I asked where my order was, not very responsive. I had to email again. I received one item, it is damaged. They tried to tell me there were 3 items in that shipment. There were not. There were several other items that had not even shipped out yet, per their records. Ultimately their customer service told me to dispute the charge on my card rather than them refunding my money.

Horrible! I placed an order for two items and never received any of them. Then reached out to Alphabet Deals and they told me that there is nothing that they can do to assist me! The worst customer service ever and now I'm out of money! Do Not Buy from here!

I can find almost everything I need here, and it's quick and comfortable. The site is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The prices are very reasonable, and I didn't have any troubles with the quality of items and shipping. Gift cards are also one of the reasons I like Alphabet Deal; choosing gifts has become much easier.

Very fast order processing and fast delivery. More than once I buy from this store. Great service and quality. So far, everything went on five. I liked the design of the site, it is convenient and easy to choose the goods.

I placed an order on April 14, its may 4th! I still haven't received tracking or my product. They have taken the money and I will be disputing it with my bank. I have emailed 3 times now, and asked for a refund twice. Have not gotten an email back or a tracking number.

There are only a few legitimate reviews of this site. They will sell you merch that is out of stock - so they don't have when they list. Mostly it is imported junk. My advice is to stay away. I used PayPal for the transaction I did and won the dispute to get a refund. Check BBB!

Beware, the masks in the photo are NOT what you get (see their photo). I got 4 white, 4 black and 4 very bright tie-dyed. I already have tons of black and white masks. At least I can give the tie-dyed one's to my granddaughters. This was a FAIL.

The bra's were thickly padded. It said nothing about padding in the details. There were strings everywhere & 2 even had little holes in them. I consider them to be poor quality. Wrote in to return them & get a refund. I just hope they'll let me without giving me a problem. You get what you pay for I guess.

I returned a 2 pack of pants that did not fit my husband. The company received the return on 6/21/22. As of 8/2/22, I still have not received my refund. I have been in contact via email and received two response emails from the company stating I would be getting my refund (this last email being over 2 weeks ago). I tried contacting the 1-800 number provided in the email, however no one has answered the phone. I have never had so much trouble getting my money back on a return. This company at this point has stolen money from me.

I cannot effectively rate this company because I haven't received my order! I have no tracking information unless I make an account, which I do not want to do at this time. I will submit a review based on the outcome!

I am a seller and they tricked me into listing and selling my products on their website (dropshipping model). They said that they will pay me 7 days after the customers receive their orders, but it's been 2 months since the customers received their orders and they haven't paid anything and now they stopped answering me.

They are tricking sellers into selling and fulfilling orders but when it's time to pay they won't answer anymore.
Do not sell your products on Alphabet Deal. It's a SCAM and you'll lose your products and money

This is the worst company ever. They handle situations unprofessionally rather don't even handle situations!

30 day free return is a gimmick! This website is the worst experience of my life and I have literally lost $50 of my hard earned money to buy from this company!

I hope my CC company will help me file a claim against the charge and then i can trash there horrible products!

WORST COMPANY EVER!

Company changed my review from a one star to a five star on a product. I purchased an alarm clock with charging capabilities and it doesn't charge my iPhone. Company gets a one star because they changed my star review from a one star to a five star on the product.

I was charged for the product, however, never received it, nor did I ever receive a confirmation email. I would not recommend buying anything from this site. I did receive an order number from them trying to send it a second time, and still haven't received anything.

The best shop！The widest range of goods, affordable prices, attentive, polite and knowledgeable staff. Using the services of the store for many years, all very satisfied. Also pleased with the system of bonuses.

I've been trying to return the items for refund because of size. I was sent a return shipping label that had my shipping address as the return address. The postal service came and then knocked on my door that the package would be returned to me.

The response was quick but they sent an incorrect return shipping label. I’m still waiting for the right label so that I can return the package for a full refund

Horrible expierence! I will never buy from them again. I do not reccommend this shopping online website. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 months now, for a no open box return. Back and forth emails with an excuse everytime. They are scammers trying to get your money.

I made a purchase on 02/20 and have not received it nor a tracking number. I have contacted this company on three occasions and only one response. And that response was a discount on a future purchase but no information about the purchase I have made. The phone number listed is not answered you only get a voicemail. I still have not received my order nor any communication.

This is a horrible company. The customer service number is not in service.
I placed an order November 8,2022, and never received the order.
I have emailed them multiple times asking for a refund. The first few emails someone responded that I would receive a refund. The next couple of emails the company responded that the company was having technical difficulties and were trying to resolve the issue. That was in December. I asked them to call me to discuss this and they have not responded to the last several emails I sent.

They obviously intend to keep my money.
