I wanted to book jasper in Alberta and in the search the hotel that came up was econo lodge which i booked and when i checked it wss for jasper, Alabama which I rang up straight away but nobody wad interested just said sorry we cannot refund. Surely this should not happen. So disappointed I have lost £59. I would like the £50 voucher to compensate to reboot please

Well cant hardly say much just that when I booked through your website it was very easy and very professional handled as I can have the option of paying in many different ways and the prices are much better than any other travel agent that I have booked through before, my congratulation to the online staff for their manner in treating my booking.

I have booked holidays with alpharooms for the past two years and I always find the booking process very efficient and easy to navigate. The prices are great too. I would definitely recommend alpharooms

I had scrolled every hotel website that I could think of and up popped AlphaRooms I then proceeded to enter the hotel I was looking for in Venice and it came up trumps. Same hotel, same dates everything marched except the price. AlphaRooms was the cheapest.

I have browsed many times on other hotel sites but I decided to give alpharooms a go and complete a booking. I was very happy to see the price quoted was the price you pay, plus the option to book with low deposits. The site really takes the stress out of planning and booking a holiday. Thank you.

It's good to get what you want but I tried ringing alpharooms twice and on two different days and they told me the accommodation was not available or the flight was not available, then they wanted me to change airport or date,, on another occasion the flight was not available.
However if you see it and keep trying the web you can get what you want.

Recently book a week away including flights it was very quick and easy. I also booked my holiday that I have just returned from with you also have booked several holidays with you and have no hesitation in recommending you to my friends. Great deals thank you.

We attempted to book a hotel in Lisbon on the Internet and after entering the hotel of our choice, together with the date of arrival and date of departure, the web page would not let us go ahead with the booking.
After several attempts, I went to the Alpha Rooms advertising page and eventually completed the booking process. (Something I would have preferred not to do.)
There was no email confirmation and I got a bit anxious that it might have been a scam by an unauthorised site.
In the event I telephoned through to Alpha Rooms as I could not get into My Account. I was told that there had been some problems, and suggested that I should use a different browser in future. Satisfied once I was assured that the booking had been received, I asked for an email confirmation so that I can print out the booking form to hand to the hotel on arrival in Lisbon.
Still waiting for the email as I speak.

I'm sitting at the Sofitel lounge and spa in Marrakech hoping to get checked in early and I've been informed my booking is with the Sofitel next door. Tried calling alpha rooms but their phone is switched off! No way to sort my room out until the mangers turns up to work in a couple of hours.

Very easy to book and great options to pay, we decided to go pay monthly which suited us, the website makes it easy to see price variations on rooms which we could easily select the perfect room package for us

Have used Alpharooms several times and have always found the prices very competitive. Booking is easy, and the low deposit option is very useful. Hotel descriptions are very good with a good selection of photos.

An interesting and cost effective method of booking a holiday. Proved to be slightly cheaper than a package holiday. The booking system was straight forward. Recommend to others as an alternative method.

Wasn't happy with the modification process online and needed on line chat to help sort it and even then the agent needed to call me to sort it.
Still waiting for a refund of my original booking I understand that it will take a few days but why should it. The booking is cancelled so why not instant refund

Tried three times to book and pay for my holiday to Cyprus, I was trying to pay the full amount, but system was going back to home screen, so I tried paying half and got booked up. It would help if a message comes up and prompts as to why I couldn't pay in full. Once sorted no probs.

I have now booked via Alpha Rooms several times and have waited until now to review the experience. I have found the service to be great. The process is simple and efficient. Additionally I have found that Alpha Rooms give great value for money, I know for a fact that I can book cheaper via Alpha Rooms than going direct to the destination web site. The hotel/apartment voucher always arrives almost immediately which is a bonus. I will continue to use Alpha Rooms.

The whole booking experience was excellent. The way the whole process is carried out is very user friendly and the members of your team were both very professional and very polite. I would have no issue booking with Alpharooms again and in fact look forward to booking again in the not too distant future

Room was found quick and easy and by far cheapest price on the web. We havent yet been on holiday so cannot comment on whether the room will be of the standard as described on the website but so far so good

When we went on the website it was very clear to us how to book a hotel, the website page was easy to use. We also phoned using the number that the website showed us and they were quick to put us through to the hotel to book over the phone. Lisa was the person that was on the phone to us and she couldnt have been any nicer, she knew exactly what she was doing and gave us lots of advice and gave us £25 off our holiday which is fantastic. She went through all of our details to double check they were correct which not a lot of people do. Im a very pleased and happy customer, I also recommended the website to my friend who was also looking to book a holiday and they said they same that the customer service was great.

Have used AlphaRooms for the last 12 years and have had the best service in every Hotel we stayed in. Always recommend Alpha to everyone and have had great feed back. They in turn recommend Alpha to their friends.

I have used AlphaRooms before with no problems and expect this booking to be the same. I have used many other booking agents before due to cost and this was the lowest price I could find for this AlphaRooms booking. I have been to this hotel before so have no worries about this booking.

Booked our hotel with Alpharooms for the 2nd time. Same hotel, same place as 2 years ago. They were the best on price as well as giving me a faultless service. I will be using them again for the next holiday.
