Found a good value hotel at the right time. Employee called me and assisted with booking and set up for payment. Had another phone call shortly after from someone else trying to do the same thing. Haven't travelled yet so not finished yet.
Paid for 11 rooms arrived at hotel only 10 booked, owner of hotel wanted extra £300 from me even though I had 11 accommodation vouchers. Customer service is a joke saying they'd sort it but they didn't.
Chrome auto-fill settings used my son's name as the lead passenger on a hotel booking. Phoned alpharooms to correct the mistake, spoke to Melissa who said it was a non-refundable booking and I had to rebook. I hung up and managed unfortunately to get Melissa again. She repeated that she could not change the name and that I had to rebook, I told her I wasn't going to pay £450 to rebook the hotel so I phone the hotel directly who sorted it out for me. She was very unhelpful. I would not book with this company again.
I havent previoualy used alpha rooms but searching the the net for a cheaper hotel deal i come across this site. I booked the hotel using this site and was amazed at hiw quick and efficient it was. Immediate confirmation
I went into Trivago to book a hotel in Spain and AlphaRooms came up with a good deal. It was easy to do but I must admit I was trying to book the flight at the same time and by the time I'd done that the cost of the room had gone up so that was very disappointing.
I recently tryed booking a hotel online and noticed I had been charged twice for the deposit before confirming or agreeing to what i had booked online. I then phoned the support line where i met a very helpful gentlman and he proceeded to reassure me that my booking was what I had picked and he walked through the whole booking process finished the booking there and then. The telephone booking was definitely alot more secure to me than the online way but nevertheless I still will try alpha-rooms for future bookings going on the strength of there support team.
I rang up to confirm my hotel details to be told it had been cancelled. I had previously emailed as i was concerned it hadn't been booked to be told it had and all was fine! As it turned out it wasn't and for whatever reason had been cancelled so it's a good job I rang to check. This was dealt with professionally and all sorted out and the hotel 're booked. Never got to why it had been cancelled even thou i was told it wasn't in the email.

The website didnt work properly but managed to book over the phone. It was quite quick. The only downside is that the customer service advisers dont speak English very well. That doesnt look alrght to me. You wanna understand what youre told but its quite hard.
I was looking for a hotel in the Disneyland Paris area for a short break away in September this year, having done a search alpharooms came up with a fantastic price for the 3 nights I required the booking process on their site was straightforward and simple to complete and secure payment processing my booking was confirmed immediately, will definitely to to use this site again in the future for hotel accommodation.
Found booking this hotel very easy on line and it was cheaper than anywhere else, I have used alpha rooms before as have my family and definitely will be using them again. Many Thanks, Teresa
Very easy to use. Only thing wrong on site is its charges which should be when you select your hotel showing nil to direct debt then credit card charges as some sites do not charge fees
Why Bobs your uncle, Well it was so quick, no fuss, found a perfect hotel in the centre of Benidorm, with H/B, at a Brilliant price, So I would recommend Alpharooms, for your own Bookings, Im going to use them from now on,
For the last three years I have booked four holidays with Alpha rooms, never had a problem and very reasonable prices compared with other booking agency's.
Service great, no issues, booked it and then when I re-looked at the room on a different site it was £30 cheaper so obviously disappointed. Suggest you consider price matching like John Lewis.
Have used these guys for last 5 years. Only gripe is the 4.95 admin charge each time you pay some money off. They will need to review this to stay ahead of the rest
Customer service is appalling. Any issue takes at least 20 mins to amend. Attendants on the phone are inexperienced and somewhat rude. Will not be booking with this service again.
Excellent site to use, easy and much cheaper than many other sites for same hotel. Customer service agents very helpful if you need to discuss details or pay over the phone.
Liked that the stay could be paid off in installments if needed or all in one go, had no problems booking and paying and confirmation emails came through promptly. Looking forward to our trip!
Love the £1 deposit and pay up scheme, makes booking a holiday affordable. Lots of choices on line and when call to book the price matches unlike competitors who raise their prices within minutes.
I have used Alpharooms lots of times and never had a problem there website is easy to get around. Only downside if you pay in instalments you will be charged 5 pound each time.
I recently booked a hotel in Crete through Alpharooms. It was easy to navigate and worked out cheaper than any other website. We're now looking forward to August for our trip!
As before with Alpharooms website the booking process was simplicity itself, plus only have to pay £1 deposit. Have used this site many times and has always been spot on!
