Found a good value hotel at the right time. Employee called me and assisted with booking and set up for payment. Had another phone call shortly after from someone else trying to do the same thing. Haven't travelled yet so not finished yet.
Paid for 11 rooms arrived at hotel only 10 booked, owner of hotel wanted extra £300 from me even though I had 11 accommodation vouchers. Customer service is a joke saying they'd sort it but they didn't.
Cant recommend this company enough, I've been booing with them for myself and family and friends for years now I wouldn't book with any other company also great prices
Its was a superp site and i will certainly be using it again and telling all my family about it so hopefully the will will use this site to book there next holiday and thank you once again

I Booked a holiday with alpharooms in January. I booked our holiday for three people to Tenerife paid in full, I had to cancel my holiday due to covid 19 as my partner is a front line staff member and was not permitted to leave the country. I cancelled my holiday a month and a half before we were meant to fly out. When I cancelled my holiday on the alpharooms website didn't hear from them at all I had to ring them to make sure that the holiday was cancelled. I was told that someone will be in touch in a months time and that was it. A month and a bit passed and someone from alpharooms got on to me just bouncing emails back and forward getting nowhere. They refused to contact the hotel and the airline for a refund. I tried to contact the hotel and the airline but they would not accommodate me as I did not book the holiday. They have stopped replaying to all my emails and I still have not received any refund it has now been three months and still have not received any refund of any kind. Alpharooms have pretty much robbed me of my money.
I would advice everyone to stay clear of Alpharooms. There is nutting Alpha about Alpharooms.

Was very easy to book the hotel room and had a good time Marrakesh. Hotel was as describe. You can also book flight, cars etc. But this time only booked a room.

What a horrible $#*!e company. I booked and paid for two rooms in lanzarote on 27/12/17. And got confirmation right away. 7 weeks later alpharooms sent me a email saying the hotel was overbooked and I was moved to the opposite end of the resort. When I phoned I was basically told take it or cancel as it was too late to book another hotel I had to access it. When I finally managed to get through the to customers service I was assured that I was in my original hotel and to print off my confirmation voucher. Surprise gets to the hotel it's overbooked they got us a room for that night (2 couples in one room) and sorted a hotel for the rest of our holiday I've been arguing with alpharooms rooms for the money it cost for the room and taxi to new hotel, since March and they just blame me saying I accepted after numerous calls and emails and being told crap and lies by them I'm now going through small claims court thE money doesn't bother me it's the fact they treated me badly and have cheated loads of customers. They are the $#*!iest company I have ever dealt with please if you read this don't think of booking with them.

So from now on I just look for hotel through alpha rooms, that's it.

Not used alpharoom before. Was very impressed with the choice of accommodation and the price. Payment options very good. Website very clear and easy to navigate.
I had previously booked few months back and thought I Had a good price until I seen Apha Rooms Price which was Cheaper. I then Cancelled and Booked with Alpa Rooms. As a Frequent Traveller I was very impressed with the whole process of booking alpha rooms & will be using them in future.
Everything was easy to follow, from flights to choosing the accomadation. All the extras to choose from if required at the end if booking. Ie insurance, car hire, transfers. Great value.
Easy booking and good price. However, wasn't happy with the person I spoke to on the phone prior to making the online booking. I found him rather rude.
Really simple to navigate and quick and easy to make payment once decided. Lots of options to make sure you get exactly the accommodation you want/need. Would reccomend!

Thegentleman I spoke to Saturday night from AlphaRooms explained everything clearly & fully. He was aware I was English & spoke clearly & precisely to me. H3 was a true gentleman.
Absolutely disasters to deal with... Received email from Aer lingus start of November that my flight had been cancelled for 29th December so was told I would be refunded throw the agent which was alpha rooms I have been ringing almost everyday spoke to atleast 10 different customers service employees jasmine, Lauren Benjamin Mike Hanson kenneth Stanley ANNA ( AND ESPECIALLY REEVES WOULD PROMISE YOU THE WORLD) And today was told the same old stories they haven't received the refund from Aer lingus or that you will have to wait 1 year till fligt was ament to go or we will give a voucher or 3 months till fligt has gone money will be give back that was by floor supervisor Mike which was the only email in writing of alpharooms. Know Stewart greene the manager has told me to be patient for couple more days and all phone calls recorded they have been given me every excuse not to give me my money back €1800. 00 know over 6 months waiting still waiting. ABSOLUTE JOKE STAY WELL CLEAR

Very simple to use, great service, highly recommend - I was recommended by a friend to Alpha Rooms he has used them for years so I had a go myself, very pleased with the results.
I booked a hotel in the wrong country to join my family on a big holiday. To the cost of £1005. They said they're call back in 2 hours. Nothing. Callled back, no information anywhere, guy kept lying about why I didn't get a call back and was caught out.
He said they're speak to a supervisor and for me to call back in one hour and ask for Benjamin, (his name apparently, considering the call center is in Asia I doubt it).
Called back got out through to Benjamin and it was another guy with a totally different voice who knew nothing. Got through to supervisor. Supervisor said he called hotel chain who refused to transfer booking and explained the situation to hotel. Asked him to repeat this and said I was recording, sunnenly I am out on hold for an age...
Called hotel, they said up to alpharooms not them!
Although non refundable, an easy mistake to make and they would make more money out of us as the other hotel is cheaper! They didn't even call and ask as the hotel chain said they would say yes but need alpharooms consent!
They have ruined a family holiday that we have saved hard for just because they won't ask a quick question for us. We are devestated.
