Found a good value hotel at the right time. Employee called me and assisted with booking and set up for payment. Had another phone call shortly after from someone else trying to do the same thing. Haven't travelled yet so not finished yet.
Paid for 11 rooms arrived at hotel only 10 booked, owner of hotel wanted extra £300 from me even though I had 11 accommodation vouchers. Customer service is a joke saying they'd sort it but they didn't.
As above I have no complaints! Great price! Simple and easy process and the staff were very polite and helpful.

Alpha Rooms always my first stop when booking holidays and hotels. Just back from Lanzarote and thanks to Alpha Room all went smoothly.

I had made a mistake on my online booking so I had to call. This was handled really well and all was sorted. Will definitely use them again
It took me over 3 months to change a booking that I wasnt able to do online. In the end it got eventually sorted with a phone call

DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY, WAS MEANT TO TRAVEL TO TENERIFE ON THE 28TH JULY, FCO SAID WASN'T ALOUD TO TRAVEL BECAUSE OF COVID-19, ALPHAROOMS WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK NOR WILL THEY GIVE ME A CREDIT NOTE, AND THEY NEVER RETURN MY EMAILS, NOR RETURN MY PHONE CALLS, PLEASE AVOID!

I STUPIDLY booked a hotel in Spain for my son and his partner to travel on the 3rd of May 2020, even though his flights have been cancelled and a refund offered (thanks Ryanair) this despicable company will not give a refund on the hotel booking even though the hotel is CLOSED DOWN due to Coronavirus, firstly they wanted to charge me £562 if I cancelled it from a £900 booking, now that there are no flights and all the hotels are closed they are saying that they will have to see what their supplier says and we may not get our money back or have to have a credit note, even though the law is clear that they have to offer to rebook or give you a full refund. I had a booking for myself and my Wife on the 7th of April with Jet2 and they gave us a full refund no problems, thanks Jet2. NEVER EVER will I use this despicable company Alpharooms again and I urge anyone who reeds this review and the many other that are on this site,,,,, DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS HORID COMPANY.
AlphaRooms offered the best price for my preferred accomodation in Puerto de Santiago and their booking process was very quick and user friendly.
