Had difficulty in securing accommodation at our chosen location in Lanzarote. Tried numerous agencies but Alpha Rooms had exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Booked through them on numerous occasions in the past and have never been disappointed.

I have booked with AlphaRooms before and continue to re-book with them as I find them to be More helpful than travel agents such as love holidays. My most recent booking I looked online but decided to ring to book as I needed some special request to be noted down. The man on the phone was really helpful and successfully booked my room without any problems. He was polite and friendly and even said he hopes I have a good holiday but you could tell he actually did mean it. I will be booking with AlphaRooms again.

First time booking with AlphaRooms following recommendations from family and friends. I completed my booking within ten minutes all information was clear and easy to understand and £1 deposit was even more convenient it meant we could book along with the rest of the family and not miss out. Monthly payments are set out clearly so you know what you are expected to pay. Happy so far

This was one of the most easiest bookings I've ever done on the computer. I am quite a novice at doing this sort of thing on line, but I found the whole experience very easy. You could see everything on screen that you could choose from and nothing appeared to be any trouble to enable you to book with them. Having a phone no. For Alpharooms was also very reassuring. Found the perfect hotel that we wanted to stay in but was very pricey everywhere we looked due to it being the kids holidays but Alpha Rooms not only got us the exact dates we needed but at a cheaper price. From start to finish they are very professional and will search until they get the best result for your needs

Alpharooms always look after me very well, I have been using them for the past 9 years and I have never had a problem.

I like the fact that there are no hidden fees.
But the accommodation I booked for has 2 buildings, each with a very different level of comfort / facilities (found out on Google reviews) and it's not clear at all which you're booking on the website.
You should have pictures of the actual room booked and not the generic pictures of the hotel's best suites - that is deception in my books.
I have not yet used my booking and I will revisit this review if there are any problems.

I have booked several times with Alpha Rooms and have never had a problem. Quick and easy to use and if you want a live chat the staff are very helpful. I would warn people though that there is an admin charge for every transaction if you chose the flexible payment option and this can add up.
Other than that I would recommend using this company.

I switched to Alpha Rooms recently and am absolutely delighted with their service. They do everything to help you book a good value holiday, covering flights, transfers and hotel. The prices are not to be beaten and you can pay for your holiday over a number of months, with no pressure

I had been shopping around for a good few weeks for best prices and I managed to secure a great deal and a great saving booking with alpha rooms! Fast efficient and even though I have booked through them many times I am still surprised on the bargains to be had on site. Highly recommended.

So far so good, the booking process was easy and I received a telephone call immediately to confirm my holiday followed by an e mail. AlphaRooms were the only company that could match the flights and accommodation I was looking for rather than price.

As above. The only negativity I have is that they are too rigid with their t&c's.
For example. I wanted to change my hotel to a more expensive one a day after I made the original booking. All the staff were interested in doing was charging me the cancellation fee.
Instead of moving me to a more expensive hotel that I had selected, which I assume would have made you more money.

I am now contemplating cancelling and using a different company

Purchased my holiday just last week. Had trouble with the website so I rang Alpharooms. Phone answered almost immediately and it took only 3/4 minutes to sort out my holiday over the phone. Having looked at other major companies, AlphaRooms came out on top and their prices were very good for the same holiday and I saved a lot of money, which I am very pleased about.

I had no problems with the booking, all was very smooth and looking forward to our holiday.

Being fairly new to booking holidays independently online, Tylor made the process very easy for me. He was very patient with me and gave me all the information I needed about the hotel I wanted. He also catered towards my budget by giving better suggestions that were good quality and in my price range. They were so good that I ended up changing my mind and choosing his recommendation. He gave amazing customer service and made sure I was 100% happy with everything before proceeding with the payment. Amazing!

Very user friendly and fuss free. Being able to pay for my hotel instalments has enabled us to book a hotel we really wanted to stay in but would not have been able to pay for up front. So glad that this service is available through AlphaRooms

I booked my Holiday on line. The whole process was easy from start to finish, options on deposits and payments, details of flights, rooms available and descriptions of Hotel and what to expect. Clear step by step directions on how to complete your booking along with booking shuttles and suitcases. I have used Alpharooms on more than one occasion and will continue doing. Recommended

I have previously booked with AlphaRooms and wanted to extend my stay
Rather than charge me £60 to change the booking, they happily booked the additional nights stay as a separate booking and made sure the hotel was aware its the same people and to make sure the the rooms are not too be changed.

The £1 deposit and then the ability to pay instalments when affordable was a great highlight for me as I can work my budget around this.

All in all, a fantastic company, great happy service and brilliant prices. Highly recommended.

All booked for next 2018, easy with just £1 deposit.

Having booked for the first time with Alpha rooms I found the web site easy to access and even easier to find the perfect hotel in the perfect location. Very straight forward to book and pay securely by card, I got a confirmation e mail within 5 minutes of booking with easy links to print off the accommodation vouchers. I would certainly use this company in the future. A very good first time experience all round.

We have booked with Alpharooms for years. All we do is book, pay, receive our vouchers. Every thing that they do is done smoothly and easy. Never had a problem. All the details of the accomodation are spot on. Hope they keep up the good work

This was the first time I have used AlphaRooms and I must say the simplicity was a joy.
Not only were they the cheapest by some distance for the villa that we wanted their site was easy to use with no frustrating close outs whist deciding.
Great to use
