Found a good value hotel at the right time. Employee called me and assisted with booking and set up for payment. Had another phone call shortly after from someone else trying to do the same thing. Haven't travelled yet so not finished yet.
Paid for 11 rooms arrived at hotel only 10 booked, owner of hotel wanted extra £300 from me even though I had 11 accommodation vouchers. Customer service is a joke saying they'd sort it but they didn't.
The internet wouldnt let me book online but Alparooms called me and sorted it all out over the phone.
4 days try to get answer for one question:
I made 2 reservations, but to be sure at the rooms hotel i got it correct, i taked and chatted with several person: James, Jane, Tom, One by phone as speak by indien accent, which she totaly lost" she said for this Winter Palace in Luxor for 3*" as seen in alapharooms as 5* and my 2 reservations it there.
Any way until know i didnt got any answer, and i consider to cancel, to make the right hotel as Sofitel winter Palace wing and not the Pavillion winter, as this was my question and i wait for Jonatan n to get back to me with the answer!
I wrote to Costum service as well, bot no any response untill now.
I always use Alpharooms because I have used many comparison sites and Alpharooms are always the cheapest.

I have booked my hotel at Alpharooms for Crystal green bay resort in guvercinlik /turkey.
The availble. I have booked for the first time and i was happy untill i called the hotel to check my reservation. I was shocked when i heard that i will get a standard room with a bunkbed as i did not see that in any details during the booking neither in confirmation. This is totaly misleading offerning same room standard and family accomodation and both have a bunkbed with a price difference. Im not happy about this misleading offer and i will also complain at diverse instances. You should clearly mention this family accomodation comes with bunkbed. I would have selected the cheaper option. Totaly not happy i will not book anymore from alpha rooms as your fees and cancelations rates are rediculios. Booking.com is much better in offers and services.
Please look and tell me you see bunkbed mentioned in description for family accomodation... even look in t your confirmation or terms and conditions - really poor services and misleading

Well i got to my hotel and as i mentioned- misleading continued. AFTER CHECK IN THEY LEAD US TO OUR ROOM ..LAND-VIEW WAS A JOKE THEY GAVE ME A "FAMILY ACCOMMODATION ' WITH WALL VIEW. I HAVE PAID FOR LAND-VIEW ...OFF COURSE I DID NOT ACCEPT THIS AND DEMANDED ANOTHER ROOM WITH LAND-VIEW. WELL LAND-VIEW I GOT A VIEW ON CAR PARKING LANE. I DID NOT MAKE ANY TROUBLE ANYMORE AS I WAS TIRED FROM MY ROAD-TRIP. I GOT A BALCONY BUT COULD NOT OPEN THE DOOR AS THE BUNKBED WAS PLACED BEFORE THE DOOR. BUGGER..
ALPHEAROOMS HELPED ME FIND THE PERFECT HOLIDAY TO TENERIFE FOR THE BEST PRICE AND MET MI REQUIREMENTS VERY HAPPY. THANK YOU.
Why do Alpharooms contact me with problem in my alpharoom account? (chances of seeing are "ZERO") instead of contacting DIRECT?
