Wasn't informed there was a extra charge until it was to late for paying in 3 installments. This was an unnecessary cost of £15 as I would have payed in full had this been explained.
This should be written in bold letter before holiday is booked NOT after booking..

System allowed us to book a room for 2 adults and one child age 14 on the search engine and then sent a confirmation the child was 6. Tried to sort out and they wanted to charge £90 amendment fee for our room for their error. Representative said it was their error and the search engine has now been changed. The £90 fee was waived after many phone calls and e mails. We were also cut off twice. New hotel booked now.

Good web site easy to navigate and prices of hotel rooms excellent. I would use again but am concerned about the charge levied to pay by installments. I am not happy about this as it was not disclosed at point of sale. It sours the booking experience.

Tried to book package holiday and my mistake the flight could not book so got call of them this was my mistake but I'm glad because each time you use your card they charge 4-95 admin rip off so rebooked and paid in full

I booked a holiday with Alpharooms on the 7th January. Booked online The time taken from first going to the website and receiving printed confirmation was approximately 30 minutes.Not many companies can do this.

I used Alpha rooms to book a hotel abroad, it was a simple to use the site, had lots of different search options and filters which really helps you to narrow down your price. Also the best price I could find online or direct from the hotel.

I have recently booked my 6th trip with Alpharooms and cannot fault the service, everything has ran smoothly from receiving my documents to checking in online, I would definitely recommend them for price, service and customer service!

Do not book anything with alpharooms.com, they confirmed an accommodation booking at Camel Dive Club in Egypt even though they have no relationship with this hotel, they do not return emails at all, will not put anything in writing, do not process refunds, and have the worst telephone operators. Worst experience ever! Complaint never dealt with.

They were rude, repeatedly made promises they could not keep, they have no idea of customer service, and should not be allowed to trade.

I spoke to Anna B***, I was on hold for over an hour waiting for her to send me an email confirming I would get a full refund, after she did not do this for 3 days.

Disgusting service, painful experience, no respect for consumers.

Do not use them. I booked 4 days in malta then the following day I read the reviews and found out that the hotel is run down and not as advertised on their website with new photos so I asked for cancellation or change to another holiday as my holiday is still in Feb 2018, they refused to cancel or change the location, it cost me 135 pounds to book it and alpharooms asked me to pay 125 pounds if I modify the booking. A rip off company. I will never use them. If you pay the initial one pound for booking, you are DONE. It's a one way ticket with them once you book you can not do anything about it. No way out company.

This is not first time what I booked my holidays with alpharooms. I was always happy and the offer and description met my requirements. Also the prices compared to the similar sites are very competitive and most of the time better.

I looked for best price for our favourite hotel in Sevilla. Alpharooms came up. Booked. 2 days later they email to say due to a technical error the booking is in a different hotel. Little by way of apology. Take the wrong hotel or a refund. Their response was slow and defensive. Seemed they hadnt read my reply.
If this is their level of efficiency and customer service, AVOID

I initially was told by a colleague at work about your site in September as I was looking to book an apartment in December. I booked with yourself and found it so easy with a minimal deposit. Once paid in full printed off voucher and was dead simple once at apartments. Have now booked again for August.

Having booked with another agency I thought I would do a comparison using Trivago and was delighted with the outcome. Cheaper rates for the room itself through Alpharooms and also favourable rate for half board.The 5 star rating of the hotel was fullu justified and we were give free sessions in the Spa as part of deal, The breakfasts were unbelievable and again were included. Excellent value and we will use this company again.My birthday trip was a total delight, thank you Alpharooms!

I knew where I wanted to stay and your company came up with the best price. Making the booking was straightforward and I like the easy payment method of paying monthly. The booking confirmation appears to cover all I need so noe Im on countdown to enjoy some time away. Thank you

Would not recommend. Could not give us original hotel so told us they had booked us into a hotel 10 minutes away when it actually turned out to be 1 hour away and would not offer any other alternative other than cancellation with no refund even though we had not got what we had paid for otherwise false adverising. We tried to speak with staff which was otherwise useless as they did not understand us which is not their fault but if you are running a customer service surely they should be able to speak English. They could not understand what we were saying therefore going around in circles. We then changed our transfer times as the airport told us there was delays. We rang alpha rooms to change our transfer time to an earlier time which they confirmed that they had done. Only for us on the day to be sitting waiting/ running late an hour. A joke of a company to be dealing with and I will never be using again. Shambles of a website. Stick to booking.com or hotels.com

Nash was very helpful and made it easier to complete my booking as it was a group one. I left my number and he rang back asap. Quick and simple will definitely book again as I used this company a few times but forgot about it over the years.

Please to get a telephone call within the first hour letting me know that my booking hadn't gone through due to an issue. I had not realised and this may have caused me to lose my booking place. This was also late evening so well done

Ive given this fantastic company a five star rating because in my experience they deserve every star Ive awarded! After many bookings with Alpharooms I have nothing but high praise for this company.

I live in America, and had to call overseas (several times) in order to cancel a reservation. After several attempts, they insisted that they could not cancel it online or via email. This resulted in international calling charges on my phone bill. I have used alpharooms.com in the past and had been pretty satisfied with my experience with them. Their prices were great and I had found it fairly easy to make a reservation, even from across the pond. Unfortunately, it's not easy to make changes or cancellations. If you live in the US, I wouldn't recommend them.

This is a great website. Often cheaper than other ones. Easy to use with great filters. Love that you can pay off in instalments when you can BUT there is a charge of 4.95 each time you do this. Way to avoid this is to pay it all in one go 2 weeks before holiday. Pity they had to bring this charge in. It now makes me look at other websites first.

Booked week in Lanzarote and while giving names for flights auto spell decided to call my wife Ryanair instead of ryan called customer care and the rep called Ryanair and explained and they changed name for me with no charge. The best way to book holidays.
