Found a good value hotel at the right time. Employee called me and assisted with booking and set up for payment. Had another phone call shortly after from someone else trying to do the same thing. Haven't travelled yet so not finished yet.
Paid for 11 rooms arrived at hotel only 10 booked, owner of hotel wanted extra £300 from me even though I had 11 accommodation vouchers. Customer service is a joke saying they'd sort it but they didn't.
Booked a 2 week break on 8th April, then 2 days later price had gone down. Been a loyal customer over 10 years, recommending you to friends and family. I have emailed to voice my disappointment and have heard nothing back. I will NOT be booking with you again.
Alpha rooms stated there was a "glitch" in the system and took 400 out of my account which I had not aurthorised. No warning nobody told me till I checked my account later that evening. Rang and customer service was horrible and I did not receive my money for a long time and my mortgage was not paid due to your mistake. Spelled my name wrong and after ringing twice to fix that I'm still called the wrong name.Not a trust worthy company would not book again.
Excellent service, always find very competitive with prices. Especially the 1 booking deal.

Never again will i book alpha rooms booked rooms paid 1 deposit then paid further deposit month later and they have added it on to my hotel balance instead of subtracting been on phone numerous times to sort out just keep getting past from pilliow to post still not sorted getting very annoyed to the point I just want to cancel but then they said I will have to pay a fee for every person ridiculous
This year is the fifth consecutive year I have booked my holidays through Alpharooms. I find the whole process easy and reliable, great prices for the type of holiday that I like. I recommend to anyone booking thier next holiday to check out Alpharooms, I would be very surprised if they couldnt find a perfect holiday.
Booked a hotel because the hotel i originally wanted doubled in price overnight then two days later hotel i originally wanted was same price as the one i booked and didnt realise rooms had spiral staircase which my husband would struggle with so phoned customer services to ask if i could maybe swap as was same price but was told would have to pay 30 pp cancellation fee and book again cant understand how if you only pay 1 pound you can cancel anytime but because id payed in full couldnt advisor wasnt helpful at all ive booked through you numerous times and even booked a september holiday through you but would consider using someone else in future
I knew where I wanted to stay in Benidorm and entered this into Alpha rooms website it came up straight away with the best price I had seen after shopping around, 6 nights for less than £150.00 bargain!
The booking itself was simple and easy and I received an email statight away confirming the booking and the next steps.
Will definitely be using alpha rooms again
I have used alpharooms for several years and would normally have given a 5... until I made a date mistake on booking which I noticed as soon as I had pressed confirm booking... went back to modify booking and was charged 60 pounds for changing even though it was minutes... phoned them and was met with brick wall
Previous reviews left me feeling a bit uncertain about booking with Alpha rooms. However, I took a chance and booked a hotel for September. The next day I received a call enquiring as to whether I needed to book transfers and a request to submit feedback about the call. The next day I needed to change the details and went onto live chat. My question was bounced from one agent to another (you could see it being transferred in the chat). I eventually tried again after an 11 minute wait and got through to be told I would have to submit the request through my account. I submitted the request and still have heard nothing back. Doesn't instill confidence.
Have used Alpharooms in previous occasions. Easy to use website. I like the fact that it details all prices to show baggage/transfers etc with a total price. Other sites I have used which ithought were a good price didn't display all the costs and I've had to call to then find out the overall cost is much higher than anticipated. No problems with bookings and good value compared with same accommodation displayed on other sites.
I booked flights and accommodation for myself and two friends, the search was so easy and the filters then made everything so easy, this makes alpharooms my choice as so many sites over complicate this, also they are great value and offer deposit on accommodation which really helps
Have used Alpha Rooms before a while ago. Thought I would give them a try again. I found the website easy to use & very competitive prices too.
I booked with them to go away in a couple of weeks time & price was very good (cheaper than other companies Id looked at. I would fefinately recommend.

I was having trouble booking and paying for my hotel on line. Next thing I knew alpha rooms phoned me up as could see I was having trouble and done it all over the phone. Well chuffed as got hotel cheaper than any other company
Coming across AlphaRooms was brilliant. Their prices were a lot more reasonable that a lot of the other common booking sites. The ease of booking was excellent and the flexible payment options allows you to plan well for your holiday. Highly recommended.
I booked hotel in Turkey. Few days later they email me to say due to a technical error the booking is in a different hotel and offered for this price much worse hotel. Was waiting for reply for days, replied that " client should understand price for hotel is too less". Awful customer service! AVOID!
A good experience as far as booking holidays go. I had a few issues but customer care staff member chris dealt with them over the phone very professionally. I look forward to doing business with them again once the price is good.
I booked 6 nights in Portugal in February 2020 for July 2020. I paid this holiday in 3 instalments on my credit card. Towards the end of June 2020 when my flights were cancelled by Easyjet I told Alpharooms several times I needed to cancel. Every message I sent was misunderstood or the response did not match the e mail I sent. I even considered cancelling my credit card so they could not take the final payment. 2 days before I was due to arrive in the resort they called me to ask if I was coming on holiday... NO my flight was cancelled and FCO advice was not to travel... still waiting on them giving me a refund. Impossible to call as they never reply. So at the moment I have lost £932 for 6 nights accommodation I could not take up through no fault of my own
I tried booking by telephone but the dates were not coinciding with my flights (My fault) so next day I booked on line and everything went smoothly. The gentleman I spoke to initially, Franklyn, was very kind and attentive and rang me on two occasions with ideas to help me sort out my dilema re flights etc. I travelled on a few occasions with AlphaRooms and so far have no complaints as we got good service.
Arrived at hotel only to be told that they had not received payment from Alpharooms and was told I needed to pay cash to stay in the room.
Since then I have made 5 phonecalls and sent 6 e-mails and I am still waiting to be told I will get my money back.
I would never recommend Alpharooms to anyone or use them again.

Used alpharooms for years but never again. Another company that has no idea of the value of customer service. I would rather pay more and be able to speak to someone who can understand me that an outsource company who have to rely on a script and have no idea how to think outside of the box.
It was a pleasure dealing with alpha rooms! Benjamin who I dealt with was really pleasant and nice and was very professional at his job I give him 10/10. I was booking another holiday on line and got a bit confused and straight away there was a call from another member of your team, unfortunately I can't remember his name, he was also very helpful.
DO NOT BOOK WITH ALPHAROOMS! I have just had a terrible experience which I hope nobody else will have to go through. I just simply tried to pay the balance on a hotel booking but their online system was rejecting all my cards. For the past 3 days I have called their customer service several times a day and I was put me on hold for 30-40 minutes on each call. I opened tickets which were never assigned. I have been passed back and forth from the Customer Service to Accounts and even an Investigation Department! They promised me to call back once they analyse the issue and of course they never did. It was an absolute nightmare. In the end they told me that they could not process my payment before they investigate further. I had to ask them to cancel my booking and I am now hoping for a full refund. The customer service didn't want to send me in writing that they will make a full refund. What a joke. I will never ever use them again.
