I could really go on forever for how bad I feel treated by alpha rooms but in a nutshell I paid for a holiday including flights only to be told after I questioned them that they'd only paid for my hotel and would require £300 more for my flights! This is even after confirmation emails confirming flight and hotel payments were paid for in full! I honestly don't know if my hotel is even booked now and I may of just been robbed! Please do not use, I ignored the bad reviews in favour of the good and have definitely paid the price

I have used alpharooms many times and rate them highly but my last booking was not confirmed as they had cancelled it without telling me. I Happened to check reservation 2weeks later and when I called them to find out why it was cancelled, I was told my £1 deposit had not been successful.! If I had not checked I would have been oblivious to this cancellation. Make sure, if you book with them, that you get two emails one with booking reservation number and another with booking confirmation number. Luckily the hotel was still available on the dates I wanted and it is now booked.

Found the price to be very good and that's the main reason I booked. £1 deposit was also very attractive to me. However, I received a £25 booking voucher a couple of days later - I felt that was pointless as it had to be used within 30 days!

I did not receive a receipt confirming the booking which unfortunately meant i did not see that I had boomed the wrong month. I called to get confirmation and so realised the error only to be told I can't change it. So feel fed up with Alpha rooms

When I was making my booking, i felt the agent that helped me book my hotel was helpful and understanding. There was a problem with my previous booking so he did all he could to help me with this issue. The booking went well and the agent went through every step of it clearly and I had no issues while booking. Very good service and I would book from this site again.

I have just booked a holiday with Alpha rooms and found that the price could not be beaten by their competitors. I also needed to contact their customer support by phone and found them friendly and helpful.

I burned an apartment later I got a new offer cheaper I could convert my first booking via Modify I did and now I have to pay 65.00 Euro fine. I do not mind it when they do it like that!

Straight forward no messing transaction. Found alpharooms also to be the cheapest to book with for the accomdoation I wanted in Torremolinos. Would recommend to anyone and will be using them again. Great service.

Very good site. Quick and easy to use. Only negative. Not recieved a confirmation email. Have checked in Alpharooms on My Account and holiday details are all there. But would have liked confirmation email.

Once again I have successfully booked another hotel in 2018 with Alpha rooms at a price that could not be beaten by any competitors.
The booking process was easy to follow and complete, I look forward to booking my next hotel with Alpha Rooms.

I've always booked my holidays with alpharooms they are by far the cheapest for hotels and they have the best reviews so you pick a descent hotel. Highly recommend booking a holiday with alpharooms they have a great way for paying too 1 deposit only!

Booked my holiday on the 7/1/2019 with Mike. From the very beginning Mike was extremely helpful, polite and he went that extra mile to make sure my holiday was everything I needed. Mike is an asset to your company and I would definitely book again.

I used the site to book a hotel in Ibiza and got an amazing bargain through but when I paid the minimum £1 deposit I was not aware of an admin fee of £4.95 until the booking was complete. Also, be aware that the admin fee is per payment if several payments are required for the one booking. However, if you pay in full at the time of booking you should be charged admin fee.

Just returned from corona blanc a gran Canaria this hotel was fantastic rooms very clean staff fantastic nothing was to much trouble we have booked again for next year we would have liked to book for September this year but fully booked thank you alpha rooms everything from fight to transfers and hotel was perfect we will return.

I am not satisfied... my reservation (Astra Village) from October 2017 was prevented in implementation in May 2018... I feel cheated... We also bought tickets in November and booked holidays... in return we got offers about much worse in quality... We will never go with alpharoom... Of course, we chose a replacement offer because we had no other choice... That's why your employee Chris dismissed us and ignored... no he spoke 9 days... you should dismiss him disciplinarily for his contact with the client

First time using this website and i would probably never book with anyone else from now on... it was very straight forward no nonsense extremely convenient with payments and hopefully will enjoy marroco finally!. We always wanted to go there but never actually afforded.so thank you alpharoom!

I have been using Alpha rooms for a number of years for golf trips abroad and family holiday bookings, I have found them to be the cheapest and they offer the best selection of Hotels amongst other things they offer are flights ect. I have recommended them to many friends. They are always available to offer advice if you have any queries..

We were delighted to get the hotel we wanted after having trolled many sites previously so good we recommend it to our friends who are now joining us on holiday (they booked alpharooms uk) will be our first choice to book with again. And great idea if 1euro deposit.

Despite a good concept, the service and site let you down.
Booked a twin (as showing on site) but the hotel charged me extra to change from Double to twin. The requirements you choose may not get relayed to the hotel. Guess what their customer service took 28 days to get back and did not bother nor update their site nor refund.

Have a holiday booked in Spain 13th September. Have phoned alpharooms 5 times, 2 hangups, one left to hold for half an hour, 2 persons. Who answered the phone did not have a clue that our hotel was closed. We have no idea what to do. Have paid the final balance which they took out on Monday, also Transfers and Flights.

This has been the worst booking experience i rver went through due to moneys being deducted from my account and a confirmation was sent to me while there was no availability at the resort.
Bearing in mind that we traveled 5 hours by car and waited 3 hours at the hotel lobby calling your rude agent on the phone who was telling us to sort this problem with you directly and that he didnt want to be involved in any of it.

I found the alpharooms website helps me select any type of apartment or hotel, any board using the filters in place, i can also book transfers etc all within the website and know i can be satisfied it will be a quality product and a competitive price.

I would like to thank Alpha Rooms for making our booking so easy and would highly recommend them. Very easy to use website with lots of choice and price options. Immediate confirmation. Booked through Alpha rooms before and will definitely use again.
