I have booked through AlphaRooms on many occasions now. Both flights and hotels and hotels only. They are great to deal with and never had any problems. My flights got cancelled at new year and I had to contact AlphaRooms and cancel my hotel and they regunded the money very quickly.

Up to booking was ok, I had to see the service at Hilton in Hurghada.
Since I have used your service first time to early to comment.
If the service is good I will use it again and recommend to friends.

I Mistakenly booked two rooms on the internet with this company on thursday and realizing my mistake immediately cancelled through my account. I sent another e-mail and was advised a cancellation charge would have to be paid. This e-mail did not specify what charge was due. I then sent another e-mail advising that I had used the correct procedure and I would not be paying any cancellation charge. I then received an e-mail stating that a cancellation charge was due, again not specified and to ring a number in England. I did and after some angry exchange I was informed that a charge of 30 euro was due. I was also told by Sebastian the rep that they had paid the hotel in full and they would be charged by the hotel this sum. I was also told that if I did not pay the cancelation charge the monies would be charged. Be warned that these people are sharks and scammers.

I booked a weekend away (flights & hotel). My hotel was not booked when I got there. Worse still, Alpharooms told the hotel I hadn't paid! I phoned Alpharooms to get it sorted and was told that I had to phone their supplier myself (who is in Brazil!). I complained and asked to speak to a manager and only then the woman said she would phone their supplier - I was left on hold for 39 minutes. I phoned back to go through the same scenario then the woman asked to speak to the hotel - on my phone! Can you imagine my phone bill. Alpharooms refused to phone me back and refused to phone the hotel themselves to sort their error out. They were so unhelpful and unfriendly it ruined my weekend away.

Following my holiday in Spain booked via them, they contacted me for a review of the hotel and location with the promise of a £20 voucher to be redeemed against my next holiday. When I had given the reviews, they sent me a voucher VALID for 7 days ONLY.

I am not a member of the Royal family, and therefore cannot afford holidays every few weeks.

I wonder why they chose NOT to tell me about the very short validity of the voucher before I did work for them!

I am going to boycott them, I hope all readers do the same.

Searched many booking sites looking for a specific hotel in Bugibba, Malta, Alpharooms was not only the cheapest, even cheaper than booking direct but the process was made so simple, you can pay in instalments with no interest or a single full payment, no signing up as I paid with Paypal.
Five Star service from Alpharooms, highly recommended.

I booked with alpha rooms in the belief I would only have to pay a 1 pound deposit before my next instalment is due next month. I had to cancel due to reasons beyond my control& alpharooms have advised I need to pay 90pounds to cancel the booking. I have asked to speak to management but they are not interested. Complete Scam!

You have a cheap hotels and package, but you do not resolve customer complaints and you do not delete the hotels that are closed and on the website is open and you ask for money.
One of the hotels is Kleopatra Ada Hotel in Alanya, etc... Before you sell something, make sure you solve your customers' complaints because sometimes they are very serious and they are undergoing financial fraud. You can not rent a room at the hotel and the hotel is closed for a few months, this is called fraud.

I am devastated as I used Alpha rooms to book a holiday for my 40th wedding anniversary. I am due to travel in 4 days and they have cancelled my holiday by email which I found by accident as it went into my junk. I have paid a large sum of money and Alpha will not refund my money so I can go an celebrate my anniversary. The reviews are true they are a scam. How this type of company can be allowed to operate is unbelievable. People have come out of the terrible Covid situation and worked hard to save to go away and enjoy a little bit of pleasure. This terrible uncharitable company have removed that from me. I hope this review helps someone.

I had a conplaint regarding one off the tour operators that alpha rooms use. And i got the issue dealt with promptly this is a great way to save money and service is amazing i am usibg alpha rooms on booking all my holidays.

I recently booked my hotel with alphrooms and the price i was quoted ended up being £65 pounds more. When i questioned it when i got back they said it was due to the exchange rate which i was not told about. They only replyed the once and then ignored my e-mails. I booked a package holiday with Alpharooms which was cancelled due to coronavirus. I have been offered vouchers but I want a cash refund which under the terms of package travel regulations 2018 I am entitled to a cash refund within 14 days. Alpharooms flatly refuse to pay up even though they have already been refunded by Jet2.

Wish i could give no stars.

Holiday cancelled due to Covid which i understand. No refund issued.

I actually cancelled my holiday before my final payment was due and they still took my money. They tried and got nothing and two weeks later they took again.

Generic response only and they have done the same to many yet other companies been great.

Used alpha many times and would have used again but never again

Every time I think about a holiday I think alpharooms.
I have tried the rest but they don't compare to these guys. If you are uncertain they will guide and help you through the entire process.
All you need to do is deicide where and they will do the rest.

I thought it was simple and very well priced compared with other sites and looking forward to seeing the quality of the rooms with my grips as its my 30th birthday and I have planned this trip with my group and the location is prefect for our type of long weekens

Never heard of alpha rooms before until a friend told me... it was so easy to use To seatch for specific hotel... and with the offer alpha rooms gave me £1 deposit it was bard to say no... and im suppose to be daving money lol

I have booked holidays and hotels with AlphaRooms for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with the prompt, seamless and courteous service provided online and by the staff over the phone. I was particularly impressed by Andy who assisted me on May 3rd this year while I was having some difficulties booking online (Thanks again, Andy). A couple of minor issues arose over the years, but they were due to hotel problems and not AlphaRooms and they were resolved easily. I have booked again on August 1st and look forward to another relaxing break thanks to the ease with which AlphaRooms allows one to book online. I unreservedly recommend AlphaRooms to everybody seeking to book a great hotel easily and quickly..

Very interesting place. General Manager and all the managers and chefs super and quality meals and variety so much. They are also giving positive energy and always smiling people. They respect to the customers. They are trying to do their best and their uniforms so clean and tidy. Lots of drinks and pğlenty fruiıts. Very reasonable price. One of the best place to stay as long as you like. Thanks for AlphaRooms.

I have tried every possible way to contact these people as I have to change my booking I have been trying for 3 weeks the seem to have disabled their chat facility as well as their telephone lines and their contact section on the website
Will never use them again after their appalling service

Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I recently booked a holiday to Cyprus with them. I booked and paid for a transfer. When I was on holiday my transfer was cancelled, when I checked with the booking agent they told me that Alpharooms had cancelled this. I tried to contact them by phone but after waiting for 45 minutes on a premium number I gave up. When I returned to the UK I emailed them, they apologised and promised to send me the taxi fare I incurred. His was in June, the money never arrived and despite trying to contact them via my account they don't bother to reply if you look on the net there's loads of examples of the same thing. Its constantly happening and theyre not doing anything about it. My only hope now is to go through the small claims court. BEWARE

Booking through AlphaRooms was a good expeirence. The site is easy to use with lots of photos and reviews of the hotels. All hotels are rated with filters so youcan choose your preference of accomaditiopn. You can also add special requests and airport transfers. I found prices on AlphaRooms lower than their competitors and will definitaly book through them again.

I booked a hotel for my parents 50th wedding anniversary as a surprise and incorrectly booked B&B instead of half board. You know want to charge me £120 (£30pp) to change this! Alternatively If I cancelled and rebooked I would loose my deposits and as I paid above the minimum £1 it just isnt worth it. 1st time Ive used you to book rooms and this would make me think twice about using you again. I know the error is my fault but its disappointing the charges are high to make an amendment!
