Recently booked through Alpha rooms. Enabled me to reserve rooms for £1 with option to spread payments over 4 months. Great site have used many times.

Do not book with this company, paid £720 for 2 rooms only to be told 2 days later that only one room available and to complete the booking for the other room would need to pay £550 instead of £360. This company has gone downhill and please check your credit card/ debit card statement very carefully. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Great service and easy to book, not had to make any amendments so fingers crossed all goes well. Price was very competitive for the holiday and we look forward to October

So simple to book with paperwork promptly sent unlike some agents who can take up to 72 hours to confirm booking only to tell you price has increased. Will use again

I have asked alpharooms to provide me with a travel voucher (which is a fancy name for a confirmation message/document) which has all our names on it, not just the lead passenger. When I have booked my hotel (2 rooms for 3 adults), I didn't even had the opportunity to add more names, I could only add mine as a lead passenger. This would not be a problem normally, however one us is from outside of the EU therefore requires a visa to enter Spain. In order to get the visa, the consulate requires her to provide a confirmation of accommodation with her name being present on the document (well, obviously for confirmation reasons). Alpharooms was not able to send me a hotel voucher with all the guests name on it, which is a shame as it does not sound like a very difficult task. When they told me that they could theoretically change the name of the lead passenger for an admin fee of £30, I told them to get lost.

Dear all, if you are in the same boat and your visa application will require an accommodation voucher with all the names present, forget about this joke of a company and book it directly from the hotel itself, will be slightly more expensive, but at least they are professional, unlike alpharooms.

Honestly, this is beyond joke.

I received an email saying my hotel was cancelled 18 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE and I could have a credit note valid for a year and if any money left over I could have the rest refunded.
I asked one question on live chat, was waiting over a half hour for reply and when answered it was what was in email sent, I queried again and got a longer version of same answer.
I'M NOW AN HOUR ON THE COMPUTER LIVE CHAT... AND TOLD TO EMAIL CUSTOMER RELATIONS... I'LL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN. I STILL DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET A REFUND NOW AS I WONT BE TRAVELLING FOR A LONG TIME.

Iv been using alpharooms for many years now. Its always been user friendly and the best deals available.

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING ALPHA ROOMS, I URGE YOU TO READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. After a sudden and unexpected event, we unfortunately had to cancel our holiday with Alpha Rooms. Wow was this a big mistake. I was quickly told that there was a 'no refund policy', despite the fact we were still in the middle of our direct debits. We had made it very clear that we were cancelling and that we no longer gave them permission to take money from our account. A week later the took the remaining balance of £178 from our account against our request. After this they ignored our emails and phone calls (last contact with them was nearly a month ago). We were left with no other option other than to raise an official complaint with ABTA who regulate Alpha Rooms.

Super easy to use and quick to book any room, found the hotel I was looking for, for a fraction of the price anywhere else! Would book through alpha rooms again :) ***** star service

I found Alpha Rooms very easy to understand while booking our holiday i went with them before and didn't have any regrets hopefully it will be the same again this time also Stanley the man i spoke to non the phone was very patient and helpful so at the moment I'm looking forward to my holiday in May, I will definitely recommend Alpha Rooms so far so good!
