I just booked a 5* AI hotel in Turkey using alpha rooms, the website was very easy to use and has a great search facility. I had phoned a few travel agents and their prices were considerably higher than booking it myself so booked it all individually and got a great price through alpha rooms, highly recommend this website and will defo be using it in future.

Your booking was misleading referencing a different hotels comments as your hotel. I have since emailed to let you know that as the hotel wasnt even in the same location as advertised that we did not stay and had to book into another hotel actually in Tingaki. I am therefore looking for a full refund. At the minute you have not replied to either of my emails.

I booked a hotel with Alpharooms on the 1st June, received a letter from the hospital so I had to cancel, which I did straight away but haven't received any acknowledgment from them to say that it's been taken care of, sent 2 more messages but to NO avail, checked my credit card and the monies have been taken.

So much for their superb customer support

I rang at the same time as booking and spoke to eddy who assured me he would arrange adjoining rooms because my daughter is disabled! He has not emailed or phone but instead said ask when you arrive at the hotel on 20th at 10pm... I asked him if the hotel says no then what? That's why he was coming back but he hasn't yet. I think your service is bordering on criminal.

Making lots of mistakes, overbooking, charging twice for one booking, not responding to emails, getting very pricey, when booking flights with them, theres no information about hand baggage purchased or not, its getting very messy now in using that webside

I was able to get a room in a hotel that was showing as fully booked on other sites. The booking process was easy, the room was affordable and the payment options are great. It really took the stress out of planning a trip.

Brent and aaron were stars in getting me back on track with you this week.im a regular customer with you, i had the mishap of a cancelled hotel booking a few days ago with which i was promptly refunded i have to add.the two guys mentioned 5 days ago got me re-booked promptly with an alterative. I have called alpharooms twice now to request a rebooking of my hoilday till next year due to Corona virus. Both times the ladies said that someone would get back to me, and they didn't. I'm truly frustrated with this, and dissatisfied, the lady on the phone talked over me and did not listen to a word I had to say, just wanted to stay on script and get me off the line. I was on hold for a period of time ( which is understandable, but what horrible music). No one has yet to still get back to me in regards to my holiday.

Anytime I use Alpharooms I always come away anazed at the service I get. The fact that as a single parent theres a payment plan is amazing. Great selection of apartments in great resorts and cities. Would highly recommend Alpharooms to anyone looking for a great holiday

I booked room whit you first time. You have nice offers, but Hotels.com is much better to book. They have better page. You can clearly view any room you wish to book. They prescribing the hotel area better, they shows all interesting places around whit walking distance, also payments methods suits me better. I prefer to pay the all amount at the place.so I can book my 2 holiday per year whiteout getting any cost at the biking day.

Had a holiday booked for the middle of May, obviously couldn't go due to covid 19, have e-mailed them several times with pathetic replies eventually coming through, won't give a refund and won't even give a voucher now, going to have to take it further, when we pay early they obviously use our money to pay there suppliers for other customers hence no cash flow and running there business with our money, worrying ethic that.

Please do not waste your money on booking with alpharooms! I booked a hotel in Mexico and the total money was taken from my account soon afterwards. After I had an unscheduled layover and my transfer not showing up I thought it couldn't get any worse UNTIL I arrived at the hotel and was told that Alpharooms had cancelled my booking and taken my money. I would need to pay another 2 grand for another room. After hours trying to get it sorted with Alpharooms they eventually acknowledged their mistake. This is not a once off - the same thing has just happened to my neighbour however Alpharooms now have no room to give her. Avoid this dodgy company unless you want your holiday ruined!

We have used AlphaRooms for many years. All bookings have been stress free and have always had no problems with the bookings. All vouchers sent seamlessly via emails and are always kept up to date with holiday plans. The prices are competitive and the website gives you all the information you need. AlphaRooms are our "go to" site for booking the hotel elements of our holidays.

If you want a great price, a beautiful hotel, near all local amenities you must book with Alpha Rooms as they never fail to disappoint. I have had several successful holidays with them, You simply could not find better, pay a low deposit to secure your perfect holiday or if you wish, you can pay in full. I assure you, you will not be disappointed. Fantastic site, brilliant customer service with understanding experienced agents. I can not fault one single thing about this site. Absolutly outstanding value, service and you are gurranted a perfect holiday.

Booked a hotel in Portugal through alpharooms for my daughters wedding this September. As I thought it was a very good price I contacted some of my family to book aswel. We all received confirmation emails and happy our hotel was booked. A few wks later we received emails saying no room availability and an error occured. What a joke we checked website and they still had rooms available. Will never book with alpharooms again. Avoid!

Trying to book a holiday via the website was terrible it would not let us add on our transfers. We had to phone and book our hotel but the operator could still not add transfers. Phoned next day spoke to Jay he was trying hard to book transfers, he said he would call me back! STILL waiting.

I have used Alpha rooms on a few occasions and it is my first choice to look at rooms wherever I go. I like to pick my own holiday accommodation rather than book a package. But you can do this on Alpha rooms you want.

Online holiday booked at home, cheaper than in the high street and no faffing about or add ons. It was so quick and easy and the option to pay low deposit and pay later was brilliant romantic securing the holiday.

Found booking the hotel a good experience however when attempting to book the associated flight, right at the end it said flights not available and you had to start over. I tried booking flights direct and there were flights available

I had great experience with alpharooms book it on line had little problem and get a call straight away helping me book my holiday very on the mark very helpful and it costs 1 Euro to book answered my emails with all my questions answered straight away will book with alpharooms next time I go on holiday would highly recommend them 10 out of 10 looking forward to my holiday with no stress

Had a problem getting the one euro deposit on the website when i tried to book but when i rang the customer care team they were extremely helpful, and had my booking complete with the one euro deposit in under ten minutes.

I hadn't used Alpharooms.ie for many years, preferring other booking sites, but I booked with them recently because of the 1 deposit offer. However, when I went to cancel shortly afterwards, I was informed that there is an admin charge of 30 per person on the booking even if you cancel well within the 'free cancellation' period. I had to email Alpharooms 5 times to try to cancel, then I was told I'd have to make an international call to the UK to pay the admin charge as it couldn't be charged to the same card the payment for the hotel was supposed to be charged to!

Naturally the phone operator did everything possible to prevent me cancelling, she couldn't process my card because it was Irish. On the phone number for customer services Alpharooms Ireland!

Never again will I use this company that operate so differently to the reputable booking sites.

I tried to book online with another company and had problems completing I then tried Alpharooms. Again due to my error also had problems. They immediately contacted me and completed the booking with ease. Very happy customer
