I was scammed by this company, and they took my money through dishonest means. I lost money that I worked hard to earn. They wouldn't let me withdraw anything and kept demanding taxes. Altcointrader.co.za is a scam organization. Once they get you to pay investment registration deposit, your troubles starts from there and you never get your money. You then get various scam brokers calling you with dodgy generated phone numbers to scam you more. This company is unregulated and they must not have access to personal info. I was rescued from them when i hired the services of(solvlyin) on telegram this chargeback team are life savers and they did got me my total refund.

Its been more than 12 months since Altcointrader, a crypto currency exchanger locked my account without any valid reasons and what is worst iz they locked the account with my funds in it.

Imagine if you have your life savi gs or emergency funds in this exchanges and suddenly your àccount is blocked without a reason.

This gives cryptocurrency a bad name since this centralised exchanges can take all your money and tell you theres nothing they can do.

All i want is to withdraw my hard earn cash but the support team keeps saying theres nothing i can do meaning someone from altcointrader exchange stole my money.

Becareful of this decentralized exchanges and **** Altcointrader.As soon as you have alot of money in the exchange they lock your account and tell you that theres nothing you can do.

Its sad to lose hard earn money to a company like Altcointrader.

If they blocked my account, Why dont they let me withdraw my hard earned money that i deposited to their exchange.

They are just useless. I'm tired of calling them and asking them to do the same thing over and over again

They play around with technicalities like IP address, public IP address, VPN IP address and more. Their goal appears, as scammers do, to outsmart the client and keep the money for themselves.I recently got breakthrough on my recovery after reporting them to an agency who truly does their work.
