Zero stars weren't an option. Purchased a washing machine and in less than 30 days from purchase it completely stopped working. There has a huge BOOM, it sounded like the thing exploded and now it is super loud and sounds like plastic parts are bouncing around inside the machine. Called Amana and after 5 different numbers finally reached a person. They were not helpful at all! They said they would repair the machine. I said it has been less than 30 days and I want it removed and a refund. They said if I had purchased through them directly they would do that but since I purchased from Lowe's they would only repair it. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they would call me in 24 hours, meanwhile my laundry is piling up. Terrible machine, terrible customer service, terrible company.
