Much better than the original ambien - I tried the original ambien and sometimes woke up in the middle of the night, the new CR version is great for when you have to travel and change time zones. Just don't take it on the plane especially if you have to wake up in less than 7 hours. Might be useful on those long flights to Europe though.

Sleep aid or the true spanish fly - Ambien plus a shot of whiskey equals a crazy night. I gave my girlfriend one of these pills and let's just say it was a pretty crazy night. This drug is a hypnotic and people do all sorts of things on this drug and don't remember any of it in the morning. It is like a prescription rufie.
