When I was buying my first home the very first thing popped into my mind "what's about protection, I needed warranty" and that was the way I found this service. These guys are real professionals at helping those who have houses but don't have any insurance on the stuff in it. So, I use their services, and recently my TV broken down. Due to them, I quickly restored it, without paying a lot of repairing. That's valuable for me. So, guys who want to protect everything they have from unforeseen circumstances - welcome.
The service in general has been really good so far, however, the reason I put a 1 star is because of the timeframe I will receive my reimbursement check even though it's an estimate.
Customer service is great but I'm disappointed with the claims department because I'm currently having an issue with my AC but the motor itself is not available anymore and I'm worried for my mother due to the heat.
There was a delay for a response on my previous claim but in the end the result outweighed the wait time, and I was able to get money reimbursed for the repair I paid out of pocket for.
To save some money on home issues and as long as they continue to come through in the end, then I'll be okay.
Great attention however I would like to get more detail information in the future, no one told me I needed to send a diagnosis for the fridge and I only sent the invoice.
