Placed an order online. Waited for about a week. No email confirmation or receipt. Attempted twice to contact them using the online "contact us" form, No response. Called. "Mailbox is full." Downloaded an auto-redialler. Set it to call every 20 seconds for an unlimited number of times. After approximately 20 calls, the voicemail picked up. I voiced my concerns. I was emailed in response with an apology and a message saying that the items would be packaged that day and picked up by FedEx the next. Another week went by. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Ohio State's Attorney General's Office. Approximately 5 days later I received my items. I informed the Atty. Gen.'s office that I'd gladly drive the distance to pursue the matter through the judicial system. If I were you, I'd avoid this merchant. They did not respond to the BBB. I'd like to believe that the Ohio AG's office was what turned the tables on them.
