Items came on time quality was good... one item was to big but it's not worth complaining
Boots look great but are a little tight. All in all always love the styles and prices.
My clothing items quality could have been a lot better but I love my shoes as always.
To AMICLUB WEAR... My order number is *******, as a new customer I must say I was not impressed at all.
I am terribly disappointed in how I was handle as a customer. The items received were incorrect...
I spoke with customer service the day of the order and requested that a black two piece bathing suit be removed and replaced with the green red leopard two piece swim suit...
Instead I receive the black two piece as well as the replacement two piece and they removed my one piece swim suit.
I should have received a credit for the difference between the replacement bathing suit and the removal of the black two piece
So not only did I not get the requested items I also did not get the credit for the difference in the cost of the swimsuits.
Customer service was not helpful I had to send two emails and place three phone calls only to be told they listen to the tape of the call and I confirmed I wanted the black tow piece which I know is not true.
I love every pair of shoes I get, when I walk out the house all eyes on me. I'm like a live barbie.
I always get my shipment on time when expected. And i love the sales they have.
Very dissapointing and bad I haven't received my item yet and its been 3 weeks if not more.
A lot of the items I received was damaged or one size to big to its primary discreption.
We ordered a pair of boots on 14th of November. They arrived in Germany in December but USPS never delivered them to us. As we were able to track the package we found out that there has been a mistake and USPS mentioned that we asked the package to be help and not delivered (which was not true). We contacted immediately USPS and they told us that only Amiclubwear would be able to correct this mistake, by "opening a re-investigation proccess".
As the parcel was still in Germany we contaced by email Amiclubwear ( on 3rd, 6th, 7th, 12th, 15th, 20th and 23rd of December!) explaining them the situation and asking for help.
They did NOTHING at all.
Fiannly the package arrived back to them and now the informed us that we have 2 choices: either to pay again 61.95 U$ for transportation costs, or to issue us a voucher to purchase something else.
Conclusion: As obivously it can not be true that we asked for the package to be held by USPS ( and on the same and the coming days) begging Amiclubwear to find a solution for us to receive the package, it is obvious that something went wrong and it is not our fault. Ami had the chance to solve it and they did nothing.
We consider this as a totally unacceptable behaviour from Amiclubwear, so we ask them either to resend the package for free, or to refund the total ammount that we have paid on our credit card.
We will keep you all updated on the final decisions of Amiclubwear very soon
It was great! No complaints! Always get my shipment and items on time and correctly.

I just got my shoes and one pair had two different shoes sizes.
