I've been buying from this site for a while, I love their shoes! I have like 15 pairs of boots and I gotta say they are just as beautiful as advertised. I order my regular size which is 8.5, but if in the image I see that the shoe comes not so wide I'll prefer a 9. Their shipping is always on point. You can contact customer Service if anything is wrong but to be honest I've never had an issue. So I've never had to contact them. In total I've made about 5 or 6 orders, and they were all what I expected and more! Most fabulous styles, as well as affordable! Will definitely keep on buying from amiclubwear
They have a "no return" policy, which I can understand under some circumstances, but then the product they sent (supposed to be medium/large) was obscenely small and completely unwearable. Smaller than what you would consider an XS. This is a scam. $34 wasted.

Purchased an item online for my wife although their website showed item was "delivered" we never received anything. All our packages are delivered to our front door, someone is always home, ring camera, surveillance cameras, guarantee package was not delivered. Inclusive, there was no tracking number nor would anyone answer the business phone or return phone call. Anyway, if you look on yelp or better business bureau website you'll see several similar complaints of charge, no item received despite company's claim, amongst others. This company appears to committing theft/fraud. Do not purchase from them.

I am so unhappy with my purchase. I have to warn other customers of how awful these swimsuits are. The quality is terrible, fabric so thin you can see through and the size "large" bottoms are so small they barely cover more than a thong. Complete false advertising! Worst quality bikinis I have ever seen.
Adorable and well made astronaut costume! I love the royal blue color. It has beautiful hints of purple too! I had to adjust the leg straps because the xs size was way too big! I am 5'2 and about 120 pounds. Loved the glasses too! I wish I could have found the silver thigh high boots to complete the look! Overall great, I would wear it again!
I love how big the dress, swimsuit, and shoe selections are. I love the different styles, colors, and themes that they carry. I have bought from AmIClubwear once so far and I most likely will again. I don't like how there are no customer reviews so it's hard to tell the quality. Out of the 10 items I bought for $169 (USD) Which was a great deal, I only really liked 4.5/10 Items In this order. I say 4.5 because of the 2pc track jacket & pant set, I only liked the jacket. The ones I liked, I absolutely loved and the boots I bought were great besides the fact my calve couldn't even fit :(. Shipping was fast, packaging was perfect, and products were 50/50 honestly. I really wish the website had reviews like other online stores like them have, but not all do so I can't judge that too harshly. I would love to test their shoes and swimsuits in the near future.

I would check Youtube Try-On Hauls and this site to see if there are any reviews on items you want specifically from this store. The Website has a mix between amazing quality and not-so-great and their website does not show any customer reviews.

I purchased 3 items. 2 dresses and a lace teddy. 2 dresses are ok nothing special, very see through and one is cut weird. Lace teddy looks nothing like the picture and when I put it on I'm scared the lace will tear that's how cheap it is and it's COMPLETELY different to the picture. Spent $100 and waited over a month for items I won't wear. They don't even have company name tag or Washing instructions that's how cheap they are. Not cool AMIClubwear. Will post pic of lace teddy. What I ordered to what I got. Much better companies out there. Never again

Ignores emails and when you call up you're placed on a long hold only to then speak with a nasty customer service agent who is extremely unhelpful and unapologetic. Do not shop here!
Okay so the people leaving this place 5-star reviews definitely work for them or have horrible taste in fashion. They can't tell between something that is high-quality vs. shoddy. I ordered 5 pairs of boots. The shoes are made to be one-time use lol. They already looked bad upon arrival, but after 2 wears, they looked 10 years old. Even Shoedazzle is better quality. DO NOT BUY! Don't be fooled by their 90% off sales! That's the only way these things will sell!
I ordered from this company for the first time this past weekend. A few days have passed and I have not received an order confirmation number or any shipping information. They did hit my account with correct amount--still pending. Their customer service might as well be non existent. Their automated system hangs up on you after 15 mins of being on hold so I've spent over an hour waiting to talk to a representative after calling several times. I would like to know if I will be receiving my order. I do not recommend ordering from them.
Not the same company anymore. Clothes are way cheaper, shipping has increased over the last three years, nothing fits right anymore. Been buying from them since 2010 & not they teamed up with some cheap Chinese company. You can't return anything so you won't get your money back. Just avoid it.

Not shopping here again. This website cannot guarantee shipping dates. After placing my order, 3 days later it still had not shipped. The customer service rep advised me this is normal. I shop online all the time & in most cases my order ships within 24 hours & I'm given an estimated delivery date. I requested a refund due to the delay & was advised it would be processed within 24 hrs. After over a day & still no email confirmation I called back AGAIN only to find out the refund was never processed. The whole experience has been horrible. They don't keep items in stock & do not tell this when t you place your order. You are waiting with no explanation. From now on I will stick with more reputable companies like Amazon.com.
First let me say, I've been ordering shoe from this site for a few years. Never had any issues or complaints. Loved every thing I ordered. I must have been lucky. My poor daughter in law has a pending order over $100 that was shipped out to an incorrect address (her fault, typo). However, we reached out to AMI and were told if she paid an additional $18.71 they would reship. That was over a week ago. I can't get anyone to answer the phone or return my emails since she paid for the additional shipping fee. The phones are a joke. You sit on hold for 15 minutes only to be told there was a system error and then it hangs up. I'm sad not to be able to order from them anymore, but this experience has soured me. I've never written a review on anything prior to this. I'll be searching for upper management to see if I can get a response from them. I work in customer service, we would be shut down if we ran our business this way.
I ordered from AmiClubWear a year ago, and I mistakenly ordered a size that was too small. I liked the style of the clothing, but I just needed a bigger size. So I emailed their customer service department (because they don't have a telephone number) asking what their process was for exchanges. Today, over a year later I get an e mail from AmiClubWear saying that my request has been answered - "We are not accepting exchanges, only returns" - by this time, I'm married with a child and don't go clubbing anymore and therefore don't need clubbing outfits. Here's the kicker - their return policy states that they can accept returns within 30 days after purchase. I spent a good $150 on clothes that I'll never be able to wear, and never be able to get my money back. Don't waste your time.
I wish I could give this place a -5 stars. So many issues from delayed shipping, long waits on hold just to be disconnected, poor customer service, worst service from the manager, Carmen, lying about their return & refund policy, the 25% charge for restocking and a week delay in receiving my refund.
The items (swimwear) I ordered were very poor quality and their sizes are misleading (both items did not have a size guide). Keep that in mind. They do post their very detailed return policy - which is within 30 days of them *receiving* your order confirmation, not from when you send a return request. I have made the request since January 9 and they haven't responded since January 15, nor have they issued a label for refund/exchange of my damaged item even though said that they would per their email correspondence. I also inquired about the other poor fitting item; I have emailed them several times, waiting 24-48 hours for a response each time, with no luck. I have tried contacting them by phone during their normal hours, but with no one picking up. Very rude to not be responsive to your customers.
I ordered 5 pairs of shoes only received 4 with a note saying they will send soon as it's in. I waited 2 weeks and then requested my money back was told a 2-4 weeks it's been 6 weeks. No one returns calls or emails. Now I'm going to put a negative review on every site I can. It's a shame to because I have ordered from them at least 2 times a month for 6 months straight now that isn't happening anymore.
Worst online shopping experience ever! I ordered a 2 piece outfit. After 3 weeks passed I sent an email inquiring about an estimated shipping date. Several days later I was told it was on back order. When I asked for a refund they said it could take up to 30 days to process. If you are going to call them you need to plan on holding fit at least 30 minutes before speaking to anyone. I ordered several pieces of lingerie. In the description lingerie takes 3-4 business days to ship. This was December 2,2014 when I placed this order. Here it is December 15,2014 and my package still has not been shipped. I call during normal business hours and the store is often closed. When I am able to get a hold of someone they tell me "they don't know why it hasn't been shipped yet but please be patient it will be to you soon." What kind of answer is that? I'm beyond disappointed with this site. Do not order from them..

I was so excited to receive my items and when they arrived they were so cheap that I literally have to return everything. The bathing suits run small, I ordered 6 and none of them fit. Since swimsuits are non refundable it was a complete waste of money. They only give store credit for items that you return. I'm so disappointed. I spent $300 on this site, I should of just stuck with fashion nova. I'll never order here again. After I use my store credit I'm done. The swimsuit material isn't for swimming either. I'm very upset and I feel like I got played.
My first time using AMIClubwear and I will not ever be using them again. My boyfriend decided to spoil me and spent over $200 on the items he got me and we haven't even received so much as a confirmation email, but they can keep blowing up my inbox with "great deals". Not only that, but i have no way of accessing my account because it never sent me a confirmation for that as well. So now we're just playing a game of chance and out of $200 with nothing to show for it. I am truly beyond pissed that companies like this one are even allowed to operate.

You get what you pay for! Very cheap material on ALL items. No cash refunds only store credit. You have to pay for shipping and returns. Just not worth the money or headache. They won't be in business much longer.
I often purchase from this store but one of my last orders still aye on hold. I received everything but a pair of my shoes and I still have. O idea where the shoes are if I am getting a refund anything so I do not know what is going on there needs to be better communication in this aspect. And I don't lie that you don't get points for the things you purchase anymore. Also the shipment with the missing shoes I was supposed to receive a free gift and I never got anything free.

Ordered a blouse from here and they sent the wrong item they said they would reimburse for return shipping and item but never got anything back, never credited me my shipping and never refunded my purchase after my tracking said it was received... you cannot get through to a real person just email correspondence make sure you pay by PayPal for an extra layer of protection
