First time ordering from AC. Pleasantly surprised. Not underwear I would normally choose. Was fun waiting to get them not knowing what I would get. The boxer and the brief are quite see thru. The quality seems good and the colours really pop. Received my order within reasonable time. I would probably order again in the new year. Thanks Again! Happy Undies!
I ordered swimwear in November for Christmas and despite taking my cash, AC never lodged the parcel for shipment. After customer ‘service' tried to make me sort it out with the shipping company, AC eventually refunded my payment. Of course, a month later when my parcel never arrived, there's no stock to re-order. I pass on AC' s hollow and worthless apology to those expecting swimwear for Christmas. Save your breath on your useless apologies and get your!@*€ together on good business processes. I'll not waste anymore time nor effort on purchase here anymore.
I have ordered many times an been a satisfied customer and have luckily always received exactly what I ordered. This time my experience was less than satisfactory.
Ordering 3 weeks back and yet paying the extra for faster shipping, it still took over two weeks to get to my destination.
After reading the reviews here, I may now opt to shop in person at a retailer that handles their underwear.
A bit more money, but guaranteed to be in hand, and without the added duress of uncertainty.
Sorry AC but maybe you've just got too big for your britches.

I loved the underwear from this company. I do think that the prices are a bit high for some items. The shipping was a little ridiculous the last time I ordered. Took way too long to get to me. Honestly, this is some of the best underwear out there, though.
I made an order on-line and never received my order even tho it has been listed as being delivered. I called their customer service to report the issue and the women who answered refused to help and told me to call USPS. After calling USPS and having them apologize for the issue but explained to me that there was nothing they could do for me I would have to resolve the issue with the merchant. I then called Andrew Christian back in which I waited on hold for over an hour (in which the recorder kept telling me I was the next caller on hold). After waiting on hold for over an hour a message came on saying "sorry we are closed for the holiday call back during normal business hours" and hung up on me. I called on 7/9/2020 which is not a holiday by any means and I did speak to a customer service member just that day so it's hard to believe that the office was closed. Seems like they're just avoiding calls. Very disappointed that they would take my money and not provide me with any product. I will be filing a report on this issue to the better business bureau & the state of California.
My order is, at the time of writing this, six days late. I paid ~$30 in combined shipping and import/customs fees (paid in advance to help speed up customs clearance), which is more than 1/3 of the total cost of my order.
Just getting in contact with customer service to try to deal with this has been a pain. The submission form on their website is broken, and I was automatically disconnected from their phone line four times when I tried to ring them.
They ignored the first four emails I sent to their customer service email address, over a period of about 36 hours. After I was finally able to get someone on the phone, the person I spoke to acknowledged that my order was late and that I was due a shipping refund. Shortly after that phone call I got a response to one of the emails I had sent, denying that the package was even late, let alone that I was promised a refund.
I've been talking to their customer service for the last two days and when they can be bothered to respond, they ignore most of what I say in the emails.
I don't care if these are the most incredible underwear I've ever bought at this point, because I won't be buying from these people again.
Ordered products a month ago with expedited delivery for a holiday, so needed products within 4 working days. Their website constantly kept saying there were delays. All my inquiries about refunds for the expedited service I'd paid a significant amount for (International customer here) went ignored. Eventually the products did arrive in full and on time, but their Web tracker is just absolutely terrible.
I bought one of their mystery subscriptions as it has a first timer deal on and thought I'd give it a go (what I got was terrible and I'll never wear... The questions asked and my answers don't relate at all to what I got imo) so I tried cancelling... THERE IS NO CANCEL OPTION.
I thought since there's no cancel option that it'd ask my permission each month and what shipping service I'd like. It doesn't. It will bill you in full each month, and use the same shipping you initially ordered with. The cost of this subscription was meant to be about £10 or so plus postage, but according to my order they've decided to triple the price without warning or confirmation, as well as choosing the ridiculously overpriced expedited shipping option.
Oh and their "easy returns" thing isn't an option either... I out my email address in as requested to find my order... Doesnt work, can't find my order. So I can't return it, I can't cancel it, they are ignoring my communications, I can't call them as the number won't connect. Utter trash, never going with AC again, which is a shame as I used to love their products. Worst shopping experience in my life ever.
I ordered an underwear grab bag from Andrew Christian's website. I had heard a lot about the company's sexy underwear. To mean underwear means just that, something I could wear under my clothes. I thought before I spent $30-$40 a pair, I would give them a try on sale. What I got for my "Grab Bag" sealed the deal that I would never purchase anything for these folks again. They sent me a card saying I could return them and my satisfaction was guaranteed but when I went on their site. It said that the item I purchased was non-return able. Fredericks of Hollywood had a better product than Andrew Christian. I got a pair of buttless underwear, a pair of mesh underwear, and a black plastic jockstrap, none of which would I feel comfortable wearing under my clothing. I will say one positive thing, Andrew Christian has a very flashy high-end website that makes their product look a million times better than it actually is. My suggestion is to enjoy watching the models at Andrew Christian but avoid buying thier product.
Very poor customer service. Emails with standard sentences. The customer is not taken seriously. Goods not received after four weeks. My money is gone...
It has been well over a month since I ordered online from www.andrewchristian.com. I understand that the COVID-19 has been making stuff difficult, I assumed there would be delays with my purchase when I made it, despite the information on the website saying that their shipment should be working normally. After 3 weeks of my order being reported as "ready for UPS" I tried contacting their WhatsApp, Phone number, e-mail, website customer service, instagram, facebook, twitter. It has been well over a month, I have yet to receive a single response regarding my order, there is no information. I tried contacting UPS and received a message saying that they know nothing and have not even received a package or request from Andrew Christian and that I should contact them because they have no information at all.
Andrew Christian's customer service experience isn't just extraordinarily bad, it doesn't even exist. Unresponsive and unhelpful. I can't even get them to answer my messages to request my money back.
Ordered a bunch of mystery underwear... only to receive 4 of the same pair. Why would anyone want more of the same pair of underwear. Still no response from the customer service reps.
I made two large purchases that valued over $700 each and received an empty box for one order and the other order just never showed up. I contacted their customer service about the incident and they took 3 months to a refund to me and then when I attempted to make another purchase recently, I was unable to. After contacting customer service again, I was told that they felt as though I should go purchase from a retail store so that way I wouldn't have anymore issues with the delivery. Mind you buying from a retail store would have not only cost me more, but they don't always have the correct sizes and nobody has time to run around town to different stores trying to find these items. I don't recommend anyone buy from this company as they don't take any accountability for their lost items nor do they hold the shipping company responsible for mishandlings of packages, but instead say that it's the customers fault and that they should do something different which is highly inconvenient and not advised, especially during this time of COVID-19 when it's unsafe to be around other people who you don't know if they're infected or not. They would rather customers risk their lives instead of just owning that there was a mistake on their end of things.
I received a pair of underwear with a hole in it, and their customer service team never responded to my email.
They handed the delivery to another carrier and my package got lost and they blamed me and won't do anything about it and I'm now out the money and they won't do anything about it! DO NOT BUY!

I had my package stolen off of my front steps and was on my birthday gift to myself and I contacted their customer service here at Andrew Christian and let me just say it was the worst experience I've ever dealt with with any retailer ever! They told me I needed to contact UPS and I had a tracking number for this package even I paid the 2-day shipping so you would think that should give me some security on me receiving my package and you would think such a large retailer like Andrew Christensen would it be willing to compensate for something that isn't even my fault to being stolen. Maybe being out and me being the customer. I contacted ups and they told me I needed to contact the retailer and that they did I filed a claim with them they did I did the whole form and everything with ups and they were going to forward the information back to the realtor and when I called Angie Christianson they just basically are seeming to be no help at all and this is ridiculous I would never buy a pair of Andrew Christensen underwear ever again this is bull$#*! and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! Worst bday ever thanks for nothing Andrew Christian!
