The item that I needed for my customers' vehicle was easily located and purchased through this website. The parts were as described, of good quality, and priced reasonably when compared to other sites with equivalent products. Keep up the good work!
I ordered two spec-d headlights from them. They both looked fine. I put them on the car and the next day they both were cloudy and foggy.So I sent them a email to try and resolve it. Which in response they said return the product. Like yes so I can drive around with no headlights and rack up tickets. After going back and forth they showed nothing. Like they didn't even care. Watch where you buy your parts at. Customer service here is trash.
Ordered a harness bar, price appeared to be good, 95$. Next thing you know its up to 140$. They charge 25$ to ship within the Bay Area :( Contacted customer service and was treated poorly. I would not ever deal with these people ever again. With as much competition there is they need to figure out what customer service is. They just suck.
This company is terrible! They sent me damaged parts. Then when I went to return them for a refund it would have cost me more money to ship them back than the parts cost in the first place. I do not recommend ordering anything from these people. You will be disappointed.
Do not under no circumstance purchase anything from this company. If your money is not important to you. Then go ahead and shop with them. It's a major gamble that the item will work. If it doesn't work. You will be out of your hard earned money. Read the reviews online. Stay away!

That was enough for me to choose not to order from them. I suggest that you find the part you want on that site then go look it up somewhere else.
We carefully went through the website to make sure we got the right seat covers for our 2007 Range Rover HSE. Took almost 3 weeks after we paid to receive the seat covers which cost $67.00 and $32! To ship-- the box weighed less than 3 lbs.
Came with no instructions and did not come close to fitting our seats. Called to return and was told we could only receive $35 refund after they sent us a link to refund. That was a week ago and still have not received that link. Horrible company!
Placed an order for headlights for my daughter's car, it had a long lag time of over a month before it would ship. That date came and went without any notification, waited three weeks and called only to be told it would be another week before it would ship. That too has come and gone and still no product. If my order ever does get here I hope it's worth the wait.
These people are a total joke. Ordered a hood from them, was told, "In stock, you will have it in three days." A week later, I call, I'm actually given a tracking number for the shipment. Two days later, an email saying item is out of stock, Speak to a rep, again, more lies, this time, I'm given another tracking number for the shipment. Two more days, another email, out of stock. I have demanded a refund. Basically, this is a handful of people sitting in front of computers, with absolutely no inventory, hooking people on the web site. They have no control of anything and try to lie their way into completing an order. Absolute waste of three weeks time on this project! They should be shut down.
I bought products from here in 2022 - the service was excellent down to making sure i had the right parts. Maybe the company had a good year that year. This year 2023 i decided to do it again and order another kit assembly for another job. Total opposite experience the customer service was not available and seemed as they did not have the knowledge and they sent me all the wrong parts. The return policy is no good - so thank you Andy but i will not be using you again I will order closer to home
All the reviews blow I have no doubt occured. I have my own issue along the same lines as everyone else. Bottom line dont waste your time taking the "gamble" on the parts from this company or it alone.
The product has cracks in it arrived. As well as when I tired to return my bumper spoilers they were only going to give me $5 out of a $582 purchase that's includes shipping. They also wanted me to pay to get it shipped back.
Order from them twice, both times they emailed back 2days later saying, " we dont have that part anymore". My case is currently open with Paypal. I ll get refunded one way or the other. But this place is a complete joke and should not be taking seriously.
Ordered replacement driver's seat and universal bracket. Neither fit my vehicle, and it wasn't even close. Driver's seat had recline on wrong side for my vehicle; it was too large to fit anyway. Bracket was for a flat floor, my Jeep model has a ridge; totally incompatible. Andy's Auto Sport sent an email saying that their vendor said it should fit and they've been selling them for 15-20 years. No refunds, no returns.

Will never order anything from them. Order a few times and not a single order went the way it was suppose to. Wrong parts one time. They forgot to send the parts another time. Than late on another order. Your only a # to them and they don't care what their sending. If you have to spend a extra 20 or even 50 bucks to go with someone else do it. It'll save you money in the end and a lot of headaches!
Terrible customer service, I ordered a part for my truck and was shipped the wrong part by the supplier. I was told that I would have to pay shipping both ways and if they didn't like the way I packaged the return they would send it back to me at my cost. I am not wasting any more time or money at Andy's.
Customer service wasn't bad, but could have been better. Had an issue with a headlight that wasn't coming in for 5 months. I had to contact them twice to find that out.
They were very prompt on returning my money once I told them to cancel the order.
Supply chain problems around the world probably contributed to this issue.
Ordered a roll pan may 3rd. They listed it as a in stock item. Got an email saying they were contacting the vendor to get a delivery estimate.
This went on for another week and then they stopped communicating.
I finally put a claim in with my credit card company today, May 31.
When I informed them of this by e-mail I finally got an acknowledgement, lets hope they actually send the money back.

Only negative is that the frames were supposed to match to the floor bolt holes and they did not - I had to take them to a shop to get them modified. Other than that minor detail - this is a great company to buy after market products for your vehicle!
Ordered ram air hood for my 2002 firebird. Received order after 2 weeks and the delivery truck driver calls me to say they cant drop it off to my house? Had to rent a truck to meet off highway to get it home. Just to find out it cant be installed. This hood like my child molded it from a play ground. Imaginary workshop... the screws were wrong. Couldnt swap parts from original hood. A total waste of my time and money...$399 in the wind...
After reading most of the negative comments about this company. At first, I was reluctant to order anything from them. Well, my wife purchased a 2013 Scoin XD, and of course it did not come with an arm rest. Needless to say, momma was not the least bit happy. So, everyone knows when momma isn't happy, there is no one happy. I ordered the arm rest from Andy Auto Sport, and to my surprise the item was received, and it fitted perfectly. I contacted Eli, once and he was able to provide me an arrival date. In fact, the arm rest arrived three before it was expected to arrive. Eli, I would like to thank you personal for ensuring the my part arrived.
They try to sell items they don't have… bought a hood on 4/19/21, one excuse after the other why it hadn't shipped yet. It's now august 21. Nothing… asked for a refund and they refuse to refund the money. This place is a scam. Do not waste your money with them.
I spent 600 dollars on a steering wheel/quick release/hub adapter kit and they said they didn't have the part, i asked for a refund-after shipping it back they gave me 118 dollars back! It tooj 2 months to get the refund and a lot of yelling at supervisor s who liked to only use excuses. Now im out over 400 dollars with nothing to show!
Well i've ordered a few things for my 92 integra and many times it came back that they were out of stock or back ordered so i had wasted my time ordering and had to reorder with someone else. This wasted a lot of time for my project and delayed the vehicle being completed
Product arrived damaged and they keep going in circles. Sending me the same email asking for pictures. I have sent pictures. The box was perfect. It honestly looked as if the product was damaged prior to wrapping for shipping. And now we are going to have to pay to get them fixed by a shop because they are refusing to help me rectify the situation. I read reviews. I warned my husband about the reviews and here we are. Ugh!
My bumper dose not in any way line up with my hood, I was told it's not installed properly and my hood which has never been touched was not installed right either. Now I'm stuck with a 2 inch gap and andys doesn't care. {They got paid.} and don't care anymore.
They don't actually have the products they list on their site. The fun part is you don't find that out until after they take your payment. Then they won't refund until they check if their vendor can cancel the order ( even though they know it's on backorder for months).
Too many reputable sites out there; don't waste your time and money with these guys

Hi Michael, you have definitely been waiting an extremely long time for your order! Things are unfortunately really backed up due to covid (so many orders exploded in with all the stimulus checks, and manufacturers are struggling big time to keep up). I've never seen anything like this in the industry and I've been working here just over 20 years. Not only are manufacturers like Harwood backed up, but many can't even give us realistic timelines for when items will ship out.
We still continue to sell special order items (parts that are not in stock) because many people want them. Many items are only available on a special order basis.
I see the email where you requested a refund. We definitely did not refuse to give it to you. We communicated that we would make sure that Harwood did not ship it out first before refunding you. At this point, the refund has already been completed.
