I ordered two spec-d headlights from them. They both looked fine. I put them on the car and the next day they both were cloudy and foggy.So I sent them a email to try and resolve it. Which in response they said return the product. Like yes so I can drive around with no headlights and rack up tickets. After going back and forth they showed nothing. Like they didn't even care. Watch where you buy your parts at. Customer service here is trash.
I had a few issues with the cut on the side skirts for Monte Carlo and after providing pictures and videos, the manufacturer still needed more pics. Andy's stepped in and made it right by reimbursing me for the side skirts. I'm a bit disappointed but definitely happy they helped out.
After attempting to buy coilovers and a front bumper, I immediately got DOSarrested by the site for over a day unknowing if the order went through or if they just took my money. There was now way to find out from a representative if it went though since all phone numbers/email addresses are on the website i can no longer use. You know its a problem when I now trust ebay parts more than this website.

Took over 2 months to get my spoiler and for like a week they had my delivery address all wrong so they wouldn't deliver it. When I called to get some info customer service rep for Andy's said call fed-ex and figure it out! I had to go pick it up myself in the end and when I opened it was chipped!. Worst experience ever...

I had ordered a part from this company about 3 weeks ago and I was told that the item I had ordered would be at my house in 4 to 5 days. Needless to say its been over 20 days now. I just got off the phone with the customer service and they said.my item hasent even been shipped yet. They could not have cares leas about this I didn't get a sorry or anything. I don't even know of they would have ever shipped my item if I had not called. This has to be the worst online purchase I have ever made and I am very upset about how it was handled by the company..
I purchased online for a set of Xenon Bodykit through this site costing to USD1600 including international shipment! They never ship the product, given me a invalid tracking number from the freight company. Called them on the hotline and they are not responsive or simply not interested. One star is too many. They totally suck! No customer service, press 4 for customer service and wait on hold for 20 min. (my break is 15min at work), but press 3 for sales and get someone every time... Only that person will NOT help you with your already placed order. Where is the customer service in that?

Terrible... ordered a hood and it came in wrong hood and damaged from the vendor then andys is trying to fight with me telling me thats what I ordered after sending them pictures of my receipt and of the hood. I should have read the reviews before buying they suck!...

They try and sell you products on their site that they don't carry anymore and charge you for it until you request a refund and when they say they are refunding you it takes a long time it's been over a month and still haven't seen mine. Will never buy from them again
I ordered a spoiler and custom body kit for my car off this website. It was a universal spoiler and the website said it was MADE of Carbon Fiber, when it got here almost two weeks later, there was a huge chip in it, it was cracked across the top, the edges were frayed and not all the screws were in the package, not all the holes were in it for the screws to put it together, the platforms were cheap and to top it all off it was made of cheap plastic! I called customer service they told me to call next time before I buy anything because some of the stuff is crap and that the spoiler was just carbon fiber design. They said they would take it back in exchange for a refund but there was a 20% restocking fee. The body kit was decent and the front bumper popped right on but the rear bumper didn't fit. I would try to find anywhere else but here for all your auto needs
Dont order anything from them, i ordered a hood and it came in damaged then after contacting them they kept ignoring my call and emails and blowing me off, once i finally got ahold of them they said its not there problem and i need to figure it out on my own
Don't order of these! I waited two weeks for the wrong part to come! The number on the website is blag! Asked them to phone me threw alive chat they said no! I asked for address to send my part back, they gave it! Sent it back with a note, never got the right on back and no refund! I don't think they can talk english as they blank your emails
Body kits was not the right fit, I was told by the customers service that I have to make some modifications on my car. Advertising online indicates that body kits will fit. All kits was useless and Andy autsports dont care once the items was shipped they dont give a crap about your order onces it leaves their hands. Once paid your left hanging very bad store and customer service speak poor English
Shipping is horrible from this company along with customer service. If you ask for an update on your order expect to hear back from them a couple of days later or expect to hear that they will reach out to their vendor. Not a pleasure to do busy with and will not do busy with them again.
Terrible customer service, I ordered a part for my car and was shipped the wrong part by the supplier and then was told that I ordered the wrong part. I had to pay shipping both ways and then was charged a restocking fee. I would advise people to never shop here as it will be a terrible experience.
I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered a set of taillights and headlights came out to a little over $200 I waited 3 months for them every time I called they had some bs excuse for me finally had to threaten to sue to get my money back
I ordered a throttle body and a position sensor. Package came quickly. Went to pick it up and felt light. I opened it and all that was in there was the throttle body gasket and throttle position sensor. I called and emailed. I was told that there supplier said it was in there and to check to box again. I explained that the throttle body is not a small part and would be very obvious if it were in there. I also explained that the shipping weight of the package should have been a tell tell sign that the part was not in it. The package according to FedEx only had a weight of. 03 lbs. I had to take pictures of parts and package that they sent. Now it's a waiting game. They didn't even send a receipt with order. Horrible!
Do not order anything from their site! I had called in asking if they had an addco sway bar in stock and the salesman told me they had 3 on the shelf and that it would ship out that monday as I was placing the order on friday as they don't ship on the weekends. I received an email that evening stating that it would ship out that wednesday. Not a huge hassle as it was only a few days more. I went online to take a look at some of the reviews and the bulk were stating that they lie to you and tell you they have it when they do not. I placed some calls and sent several emails to find out the status. After calling the manufacturer directly this morning, it appears that they have not shipped this part to them in a long time and further more this product is on back order without an eta. THEY FLAT OUT LIED!
If you enjoy being lied to and waiting indefinitely for your product, hit them up. If not, take your money to a more reputable business.
I ordered a hood and a spoiler from this place, they showed up at the custom body shop and I was advised it was the worst excuse for a part they have seen in over 40 years. The hood wasn't square, had holes in it, too thin and not straight, spoiler was the same, very poor quality, and they charge a huge fee for shipping. I was also advised you have to provide pictures of the parts just to try to get a refund, this is still in the works, advice, don't order anything from these people.
Waited n waited n they would say it should b coming n never did it keep getting pushed back longer so I finual said. I asked for my money back but only got back what the item cast. I paid tax n shipping but didn't get that back wow cheap place!
Avoid using this website / merchant. Order was canceled, and they still went through and processed it. I was billed without them even telling me if the parts were all in stock. When I emailed them for a refund, they told me they would have to wait for their vendor. Been over a week and I still haven't been contacted. Highly WOULDN'T Recommend.

The fender flare kit p/n ******* that was purchased at Andy's Auto Sports but made by Extreme Dimensions are poor quality told to me by my body shop person as well as seeing for myself. They are beating around the bush as I am wanting a full refund for this crappy merchandise that I purchased...

Hi David! Yeah with coronavirus, there are lots of manufacturers who are totally messed up on production times. NRG, who makes the steering wheel you ordered, is a perfect example. What makes it worse is sometimes they can't even predict definitively how long it will take to make stuff because things are so hairy with the covid situation (in terms of staffing and in terms of materials supply). Very sorry you waited so long and still hadn't seen the part by the time you canceled!
As far as not being refunded in full, that's absolutely not true. You were not charged shipping or sales tax. That NRG steering wheel has free shipping on it. And you live out of our state and are not responsible for sales tax for this particular order. We never charged you sales tax or shipping. You were refunded exactly what you were charged: $149.99.
