THE WORST! RUN DON'T WALK!
Placed my order with MATT and he told me they had my High Performance radiator in stock. I asked him to double check because everywhere else I called it was out of stock. "YEP" Matt tells me. Then I get an email (after paying big bucks) telling me "status for your order has been changed to NO ETA" NO ETA? Whats that mean? You will ship it in a year? I called 5 times. And even talked to MATT again (who transferred me quicker than lighting.) Every time I called you get transferred to the Abbess line and even held for 54 Minutes (just to provide a point) and once answered, they hung up on me without even saying Hello.
REALLY?
I am going to tell my bank this is a rip off internet company and to reverse the charges.

The lines required alot of epoxy to get them straight. I requested a refund of shipping and product return they told me to keep the bumper they would give me a 150.00 credit. That left me with a bumper to get rid of and a 400.00 loss I would not recommend doing business with them

In December of 2010 I ordered 4 creeper wheels for $10. The shipping cost was to be $15. Oh well. Two weeks later I emailed them about why my order wasn't shipped. No reply. One week later I called them about my order. The customer service guy (checked the warehouse, they don't have a warehouse) told me they were shipped that morning. The next day no email with my tracking number. One week later I called again about my order, he said Dorman didn't ship them. I told him I might cancel the order, ho told me to go ahead. Really. One week later, I called again ( 4 weeks after I placed the order), customer service guy told me more bull so I canceled the order. If you use these guys, go over their mission statement with them first, if you can catch one of the 4-5 employees.

First off i ordered a windshield banner, the one they showed on there website advertised, its a vortech supercharger decal, supposed to be dark silver, first off it costed more to ship the item then it did to buy it. Over 2 weeks never received after multiple calls and emails. They didnt even carry the item they had to send off to someone else, i could have done that. Why did i pay 16$ in shipping for a item that costs 2$ at most to ship and wait 2 weeks,! Stay away from these guys!

I ordered a flywheel and after 3 weeks, I had not heard from Andy's, I went to there website and it showed that it had been delivered. I called and they told me that they showed that it had been delivered a couple of hundred miles away to someone. They said that their supplier was closed for the day (2pm) and they would get back to me within 24 hrs. I waited for their call; when it I didn't hear from them, I called. At that time, they said that I would have to buy a clutch from them also. I cancelled the order. The flywheel was billed in August; it is now November and I have not been refunded my money.

I ordered two cold air intakes, one week goes by I get an email saying they only have one and will be refunding my one purchase and ship me the other air intake, three weeks go by then they tell me they dont have the intake in stock so they will refund my purchase even after I thought my one intake was already shipped, never got a refund and I emailed back and forth with customer service and they refused to give me a refund or even apologize for the mistake, terrible company.

Bought what they said was a full passenger floor pan and they sent a quarter size, didnt even cover anything close to full size and they made me pay to send it back and a restock fee for something they messed up on

I was concerned about receiving my Silla Radiator from Andysautosport.com after reading all the negative reviews on here. Of course I ordered before finding these reviews so I had to just wait and see what happened. I couldn't be happier with the quick shipment to my door. I ordered on a Monday afternoon. And the Radiator was on my door step the following Monday. The Quality of the radiator is a bit on the low end, but I knew this when I ordered it. A $150 radiator isn't going to be as well built as a 4-$600 unit. Now Ill just have to see how it holds up. Great service from Andysautosport!

I've ordered the radio antena, price of the product 10$ + shipping cost 97&. I was negligent enought not to pay attention to shipping price, In my worst dream I wouldn't expect that it can be 10 times the price of product - I've noticed it after submitting the order so straight away I've send email to them with request to cancel the order. They responded two days later offering me to bring down the shipping cost to 40$, but I've found it still too expensive and told them to cancel whole order. Next day I'm getting the email with shipment tracking number and. Of course they charged me original price. I'll be fighting for a refund.

I ordered an antenna stub from here in May. I got an email saying my order would ship out on 6/9/2020. I never got it so I contacted them the beginning of July and they said due to covid the order was delayed and would ship out on 7/13. It's now 7/31 and I contacted them again. They responded saying my item was out of stock and would now ship out on 8/14. This is ridiculous, I know it's a small part but that shouldn't make a difference. I'm extremely dissatisfied and upset with this company. I'm never ordering anything from here again and I'm getting my money back

Had my order canceled, was given the excuse the part was on back order. However when I contacted the manufacturer they assured me the part was in stock. When I confronted Andy's auto sport I was given a different answers, i got we can't find it in the warehouse, and we can't sell to your state anyway, even though I have purchased from them before. In the end, I got blown off and purchased from a different vendor. Learned a lesson and told myself never again.

Poor $#*!! Customer service my order******* has been returned they sent wrong $#*!ing parts on Dec 23 2019 i send part back they took 2 weeks to send new parts then wrong tracking number 1Z************** in which UPS Never heard of an i still dont have my lowering kit!

Got a set of Konis for my mr2 spyder. Just what I was looking for at an unbeatable price.
I have no more to say, just fulfilling my 100 characters. Actually don't know why I should just not submit this review. Maybe I should downgrade my review because of this annoying survey!

Very satisfied with my experience with andys auto sport! Super fast response to backorder products and fast shipping once products became available. Products fit perfectly on my vehicle as described will def return!

I ordered some over fenders for my 240sx. They sent the wrong parts and want me to pay for shipping to return the parts and to pay for shipping to resend the correct fenders.

I spoke with a manager. I did not catch her name but she was completely rude and didn't care one bit that their website was inaccuratestablished or that they sent the wrong fenders!

I wished I would've done research before ordering from them! And I hope that this review stops people from buying from them!

Seriously find some one else to buy from!

Ordered my part the 13th supposed to ship out the 18th supposed to get the 26th did not show up then get an email 20 minutes later sent is not in stock going to give me a refund see how long that'll take

Taillights on backorder was to be shipped 09/01/17 called 09/01/17 to confirm Aden says they are to be shipped 09/01/17. He said he will email me confirmation as of today 09/05/17 I have not received anything. I would like to know for sure if they are being shipped or not order number ******* Thanks Paul

I shouldn't of been able to add items (Brembo rotors) to my cart, pay and complete the order if the items are no longer stocked - and hadn't been for some time. A (less than favorable) resolution was sorted out, but it shouldn't of occurred in the first place.

Shipping details from the original shipper (Fed Ex) were sent, but details when my items were given over to the secondary shipper (USPS) were not given and this point was just a little bit of a sore one on the above mentioned stuff around.

For what it's worth, even after this debacle, I checked out their website to see if they'd removed the rotors to prevent the issue reoccurring only to discover the same rotors I originally purchased still available for this to all occur again.

Ordered an carbon fiber hood that was listed on the website, and later received an email stating that the hood I ordered was discontinued but I could buy one that was over twice the price of the one ordered. Ended up settelling for a fiberglass hood that cost more as well. The "discontinued" hood is still on the website.

I live in Sydney Australia and ordered a front AMG style spoiler for for my wife's Mercerdes from Andys. It arrived well packed and undamaged. It fits perfectly and looks great. I would have no problem in ordering from them again.

I order some stud for my car about a couple month ago. Came within a week at first i was glad, once i put them on i notice it dont fit. I call several hundred of time never get threw been on hold for hr tons of time never get threw... NOTE "andysautosport have poor customer service"... i email them cus i want to ship it back to them n the guy say he'll email the address... never did i email a couple of time but seem like im being ignore... been month im fed up... I DONT RECOMMEND SHOPPING@ ANDYSAUTOSPORT...

I purchased a body kit for my son's car. They took over 4 months to actually get it to us and then the parts were damaged. They will not compensate or replace the parts even though I have sent them proof of the damage. Now I have to pay the shop who is installing a BRAND NEW body kit to repair the BRAND NEW parts.
