I ordered two spec-d headlights from them. They both looked fine. I put them on the car and the next day they both were cloudy and foggy.So I sent them a email to try and resolve it. Which in response they said return the product. Like yes so I can drive around with no headlights and rack up tickets. After going back and forth they showed nothing. Like they didn't even care. Watch where you buy your parts at. Customer service here is trash.
At first I was upset and it was not even Andy's fault. It was the delivery service that screwed up.
When Andy's found out they went the extra mile making sure I was happy.
I was very disapointed in the quality of workmanship, i could hav made the exact same thing at home, a bit of tin with a few folds, and it looks like they used a brickie"s chisel to add beeds in the floor pans, i was expecting the same cotour and shape and abeed roller finsh on the floor pans, i would not recomend or use again
Good people, I totally forgot to change my shop address they didn't send my part because they thought it was a scam until I told them it was my shop. In my eyes that means a lot

INCREDIBLE! Placed order for 4 new rims for 1978 VW Rabbit. They took my payment on August 27, then called on August 31 to inform that the rims are discontinued and asked whether I wanted to order different rims. I instructed them to refund the payment and that I would reorder different rims later, when I had time to browse their site. They said they would process the refund August 31 but that it could take 10 days for refund to hit bank (debit card) account. It's now September 14; called them again. Spoke to 2 other reps who said it should've hit bank on Sep 2 or 3! They gave me a transaction ID # and said the bank could locate the refund with the ID #. They also said the bank must've made an error... I replied "how could the bank make the error? The bank did not process the electronic refund!"
The bank says the Transaction ID# means nothing and would be no help for locating my SUPPOSED refund! The bank said to come, in person, and they may be able to file a fraud report against Andy's Auto Sport... I'll also turn it over to the State Attorney General.

Andy's customer service was fine but the product that came from Extreme dimension was terrible. It was disappointing that Andy's stood by the product. It was a learning lesson for sure.
I called you guys told you guys what parts I was looking for the guy said this is what I need I told him exactly what I needed wrong parts have to Parts in the Box when the distributor sent me the new parts still wrong
Bought Premium Brand DuraFlex polyurethane body kit, turns out to be fiberglass? They would not take kit back? Had to throw kit in dumpster. Crap. Beware, shop elsewhere!

Poor build quality Doug Thorley headers with poor welds and poor customer service. Not happy. Had to take my headers to a weld shop to correct them. Cheaper than dealing with return fees and shipping
Said they were shipping (did not)called said they shipped yesterday (did not) called said sorry glitch in the system going to ship tomorrow. Canceled the order. Would not do business with them again.
Awesome quality product, fast international shipping considering they are made to order. Arrived 2 weeks before estimated delivery date. Perfict fit and excellent finish.
I ordered on line an item listed by Andy's and proceeded to checkout. At no point did it say ( not in stock) or months to deliver. That was 6/20. On 6/22 I received a notice the item had not been shipped and billing to my PayPal account had stoped. I moved on and purchased the needed item from others. Then over 30 days latter up pops the devil. They took Andy's canceled transaction money from my bank. Yes PayPal did this for Andy's. Andy's then shipped a broken auto guage lens. Yes broken 1" across the speedometer@ 12:00.

No I have not contacted Andy's, as a buisness owner of 40 years they are a text book example of bad news! I will never allow them acess to take money from me again.
1. They sell items they don't have and can't have drop shipped by manufactures.
2 They take orders and don't tell you if the item is out of stock, when proceeding to checkout. Just get your credit information for future authorizations.
3 They think you order and can wait to receive your order until they decide to ship.
4. They sell broken defective items@ high prices higher than almost every other parts company.
Don't order from these people, move on to the next seller of the item. You will be glad you did and pay less and get it quicker!
I ordered a part that was on the website and in the description it said the part fit my car but when I got the part it didn't I sent the part back and they didn't want to send me my money back it took them a month after I threatened to call the BBB I had to call several times I won't advise anyone to use this site they are a third party site anyway so just order from eBay or carparts.com not this company I almost felt like I was getting scammed
Placed a $180 order for tokico blue struts, received an email with confirmation etc. About 2 days later i receive another email saying there is no estimated time arrival. Acouple weeks go by and i figured i'd call was on hold for about 15mins and the woman gets on and tells me they dont have them in stock and they dont know when they will be getting more in. I asked the woman when they were planning on telling me this as i am waiting on the parts to install... Ridiculous if i never called they would have just left me in the dark waiting... DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT. I DIDNT EVEN GET AN APOLOGY
I order a body kit and come Brocken 3 parts also side are not the correct one

I ordered a sway bar for my car on 12/05/22 and they said that the delivery date would be 12/10/22so after Christmas and the new year i decided to contact them to see what happened ( this was around 1/05/23 a full month later,,,so i called them up and talked to the representative he said they had an e-mail to the company but wasn't getting a response. I said i would give him another week to find out what they said…so i called back a week later and the same guy answered the phone.he had a very distinct foreign accent …(this was 01/12/23.i asked him again if he heard anything and his response was NO…so i asked him ti cancel my order and his demeanor changed. He got very short with me and said i gave you your money back!BYE! And just hung the phone up like he was mad! Very frustrating seeing i waited almost a month and a half for something they said they could have delivered in 10 days …….i ordered the same part from someone else and they said it could take 8-10 weeks (they were being honest).i ordered the part and it was at my door in about 5 days! I'll. Ever do business with them again! GOOD RIDDENS

Hi Memphis, thanks for your feedback. We emailed you right after you placed the order and let you know that this item was on backorder with the manufacturer. At that time we said that they were telling us to expect it to arrive in the middle of December. It is now the middle of December, but they still don't have the product in. I'm not sure if you've seen it in the news, but all the ports have enormous backlogs for incoming freight. This product is made overseas and it's coming in on a ocean freight carrier, and due to the traffic jam at the ports, there is literally no way to be sure when the product will be in. This isn't just affecting your order or just affecting the car parts industry. This is affecting the entire United States economy. It's a major global issue that is caused by the pandemic. We mentioned in that original email that this sort of uncertainty was surrounding any out-of-stock orders.
We can truly understand your frustration. We wish there was something more we could do about it! If you would like to cancel your order, it's no problem at all. If you want to wait for the order, please just keep in mind that ultimately we have no way to be sure when exactly it will ship out due to the traffic congestion at the ports that let in overseas cargo.
