This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a Realtor and Agency. Wingman Realty - They forgot to get all kinds of document to us, they lied about the disclosure information, they never went over the contract with us or their agreement. They tacked on additional fees to be paid to their agency without ever discussing that with us. The agent, Melissa, was great at showing us houses but didn't know how to do anything else. The broker, Angela, was hateful and still has not sent all the paperwork we should have received. If you are looking for an agency or agent, run from this group! The only reason we got through this was because of my own past experience with real estate and constantly bugging them to send us information or pushing them to get things done.
