Ordered my barcelona phone 3 months ago, it still hasn't arrived. Ankaka informed me my only options were to wait until they figured out what happened to the package, or buy another one from them. Seller responsibility doesn't seem to exist and the customer service is complete useless.

I am very disappointed. I ordered the goods as a Christmas present, anod now, half a year later I have no gift or back money!

Venditore non affidabile, scarsa comunicazione oserei dire assente, regole scritte in calce sul sito non rispettate, a distanza di 7 giorni dall'acquisto il pacco non era neanche pronto per la spedizione, anzi mi hanno risposto che avevano bisogno di altri 8 giornì, diffidate.
PESSIMA ESPERIENZA, UN CONSIGLIO EVITATELO.
